Sorry Clancy, I have seen other boards go out of control with OT posts, and I am trying to stay on topic for the shareholders.
Not sure if this is new news or not!!! Medify is back on the website of EMIS
http://www.emis-online.com/about-us/partners/
I am trying to do a service for everyone here. Jonathan is being open and answering all questions. Please read his posts, and see if what he is saying comes true in the very near future. Then once and for all, we will all be on the same page as to the future of our investment. Bv I have nothing against you personally, and I sometimes take things too personal.
Thanks

Response from Jonathan:
At last some common sense. Going long was right and is right, let’s concentrate on the positives and more importantly the facts. The share holders should be congratulated for taking a stance.
I will refrain form posting any attacks of any nature on anyone unless I am provoked or challenged. I will always provide the facts even if they are not what you want to hear and demonstrate mistakes that were made. I will if the ridiculous and scandalous positing continue start to post documents and facts that will identify any and all. So if you don’t believe me continue, if you have any control over the bashing, stop it. Let’s get back to the facts and build this company.
I will support publicly whilst sense remains in play. Going long, can you remind everyone, daily if needed, of your mantra?
To prove the point, I will not post until at least one of the events I predicted actually occurs. Once I have proven my value and worth, then we can start to move forward.
You all have enough information to make informed decisions and I would suggest the best decision for all of us is to hold until we see the news coming next week. I would ask Ian to try to get the 211 approval ASAP so that the company doesn’t waste any of the news, like I did.
My predictions of the next steps stand as per my e-mails of yesterday. If I am wrong I will be proven to be wrong publicly, if I am right we all win. I am here to help and to put things right for the share holders, nothing more nothing less.
I am sorry everyone. This response was from Jonathan, and I forgot to mention that. Have a great weekend!
Tom
How do you do that?
Oh by the way, I will not stop until I have the truth. If you are correct, then we have our answer.
Thanks again,
Thomas
You have no clue. Will you in response to this email, post your name, private email, and proof that what Jonathan did was wrong, then I will publicly apologize to you BVDOG. If not then don't post here any more. If you post without actual cause then I(we) have your answer. thankyou very much.
Tom.
Response : First Bv puppy you would lose.
Ok you win I tried to be nice and it was thrown back in my face Time to take responsibility and sot out this mess for the shareholders.
First of all we need to prove that the stock is deliberately manipulated down by individuals who have an agenda. Rumours and mis-leading stories are told. So we may as well start at the top.
Darryl Cox of EMIS fame posts on iHub. He also has a reason to drive the company down and he also has a secret that he doesn’t want to get out.
So true share holders, starters for ten:
What do we think Mr Cox’s alias is?
Why does he want to hold back Medify?
What is his secret?
If this shit continues, I will publish on the board the supporting documentation.
It is time the truth started to come out and I did say, that I would only fight if I was provoked.
Go Medify Go!
I have to leave the office, I will do my best to get back before the end of the day 5PM est. Have a great day and weekend everyone. GO MEDIFY !!!!! It feels great to say that again.
Tom

Response:
Tom, this constant bitching form certain quarters is becoming counter-productive and a waste of my time. I have the e-mail addresses of individuals who I know to be true share holders in Medify so I will stay in touch with them. Please keep in touch.
Let’s have a bench mark here and I would ask that you e-mail Nik or Ian or anyone at the company for their comments.
Medify has agreed a deal with OnMedica
The rumours about TPP are true
Vodafone will be posting Medify on the corporate site.
Vodafone and Medify have agreed joint provision/commercials for MedifyRemote based on updated info from EMIS – commitment already from two PCTs
Dextra commercials are agreed for MedifyRemote and MedfyMobile
There is a negotiation on-going for a merger between Medify and a systems provider.
Spartan have confirmed that the final stages of info on the 211 have been sent to NASD.
They are the facts as they stand, update is with us, it is all about how quickly Ian and his team can get the product in the hands of the doctor which is down to the speed of his IT guys. As soon as they have it working, we’re off to the races, company and share holders alike.
Timings on all of these:
Sales as soon as the EMIS update is finished – 2-4 weeks?
Vodafone as above on sales and 21st for the inclusion to their site.
TPP on-going as we speak.
OnMedica done as far as I am aware
Dextra already done
Hope that helps but ask the company to conform or deny?
I will put this out to the group.
Tom with reference to BOB’s Vodafone posting of yesterday - "all is not what it seems" - can you please e-mail me a question that you would like answering form Vodafone and I will get this answered for you directly.
Response:
Captain, what is your problem. The best I can do is buy at 3 and sell at 6. Obviously these are great tactics for a supportive share holder in Medify. Why the continual bashing, do you have nothing better to do.
If your claims are true then why are you still advocating trading Medify stock or are you going to leave for the 25th time this month?
You have not been consistent in anything. You lied about the contacts at IBM and then came up with some other ridiculous excuse as to why to did that. A fact for you: Ian has a senior executive contact at IBM, please advise as to who or even what information you want IBM to provide for you and I am sure he will oblige!
Tom with reference to BOB’s Vodafone posting of yesterday - "all is not what it seems" - can you please e-mail me a question that you would like answering form Vodafone and I will get this answered for you directly.
Finally as Bob is without doubt a deliberate basher, if Vodafone place MedifyRemote on their corporate site then do we all agree that Bob has no reason to be posting on the board? If so, bring on the 21st.
I sent it to your private mail box.
Response from Jonathan:
Tom,
Good morning to you.
It is extremely interesting that the major criticism of yesterday was my spelling by individuals who have just arrived. As everyone knows from the past, my spell checker isn’t what it should be!
I know that there are individuals who post as multiple aliases and this constant bashing is absolutely insane. However it is good to see even those critical from the past joking in productively.
Medify Trader you have been in form the beginning, maybe Tom could let the board know when you joined as it is strange that you have been with us for so long and yet have not posted. You have seen my CV. My claim of 12 years of developing the ideas is absolute. For your personal clarification, and I hope Merck don’t find out, in 1993 I started developing ideas around education, clinical disease management strategies, on line learning and utilising the latest technology to provide theses services. In May 1995 I set up my first company as a vehicle to develop these ideas. Hands up I was still working for Merck at this time. In 1997 I left Merck to run the company full time. So I admit it, I started working on my ideas whilst I was still employed at Merck and used my contacts whilst I worked for them to develop my company. Sorry
Please let’s get back to the point here. Medify is on the verge of success, can we not support them?
I would like to make a point that has been made many times by the board, DD is one thing, asking specific questions is another, but bashing the company by trying to discredit me based on whether I did or did not work on this for 12 years is just sheer lunacy. If I am wrong with what I have said about the potential then why did the company receive the statement from Darryl Cox and why suddenly has the over due information now become available?
What I have said is irrelevant in real terms, you either believe me or not but the facts are simple. Lookup discovered something, spoke to the NHS, they confirmed, the proverbial hit the fan and Medify got the information it need to be able to service it’s orders. Fact, positive, provable and what the company needed. There are commitments between Medify, Vodafone and PCTs to roil out the product on mass as soon and the update is available. That was the position when I left and now the updates are with Medify, these orders can be met. It would be interesting if Darryl Cox of EMIS was posting on the board because he would be able to give us some insight.
So I will spell it out once more. The company made mistakes which I take full responsibility for. That has cost time and share price but the company ahs survived. For whatever reason information was with-held form Medify but thankfully it has now received. The NHS are supporting the company and driving this forward and the company has orders to be met as soon as the update is made to the product.
History –resolution –solution-sales! That’s good isn’t it?
Stick to the facts, bash me all you want but those that are true shareholders will be given information that they can act on, do their DD and or ignore. There really is no need for attacks. So if you want me to continue to provide information, please stop having a go at me or anyone else on the board for that matter. We do not need to agree, but we can be civil.
Please let Tom know if there are any more questions and I will do my best to answer. Welcome back the old guard and how’s my spelling this morning?
I will be out of the office for most of the day, so I will do what I can now, and I will be back late afternoon. Good luck to all.
Tom
Medify Trader, welcome to our board. Good luck to you.
Good morning Bob and all. By the way Bob I sent you my private email like you suggested so you can supply me with your information. I still have not received it.
Thanks
Tom
Clancy I have to agree with Solid. I know your history is 20-40 years in the business, but I will tell you that after playing baseball in college and not getting to the minors, I went into the real world with dreams and goals in mind. My father 35 years retired truck driver instilled a great work ethic in me. My mother after having 5 children, then becoming a nurse for 20 years retired. She instilled the go after your dreams in me. So put that together and I have gone after my dreams, and owned 3 retail stores to now owning a Real Estate appraisal firm with 7 employees. Plus I own my own Real Estate investments. It is the people like Jonathan Bryant that compliment the people like you and my father that make this world a great place to live in. By now I think everyone is getting to know me pretty well. I want the best for this investment, and I have met some pretty nice people here. I hope the open communication continues with everyone. Good luck to all.
Response to your reply:
Response to mdfyinvestor
Mdfyinvestor I have no idea why you are now pessimistic and this morning you were optimistic. Today a lot of information has been passed on and a lot of gaps filled. On the board we have had individuals prove their intent and one even has admitted selling stock which has driven down the pps. You should be more worried about the alleged shareholders than me and that is an absolute fact.
Now yes I have 33 million shares and they are restricted. No I haven’t received anything near the amount of money I have and still invest in the company and no the 33m is not for sale. How do you know? Well I am not an officer, director nor affiliate of the company, but due to the number of shares I hold I am a control person by the letter of the law which means I can if I wished sell under the 1% leakage rule. Which means I have to post the 144 rep letter and register through a broker the sale of my stock which I have not done, is not posted and thus has not happened. Thus so far I have been true to the statement I made publicly on this board. I was able to sell my stock form the 8th of February as a point of reference.
So here I am 10pm UK time 15 hours in to the day and I have an idea, probably the red wine.
What if, and I do not know the legal position on this but I am sure someone will be able to tell me, I agree to fund the company and thus no need for 504’s and discounted stock on the market? Hey the company benefits, the share holders benefit and we move forward. Not a bad offer but there would be one condition. That being we as share holders stop the constant bashing and start to support and promote our own investment.
I am willing if you are, ask the other share holders. This is a genuine offer from someone who has put more money and more time into the company than everyone else put together. Happy to do it, happy to help so long as the legal position does not compromise me and I don’t see why it should.
So let me know I will happily fund the company until it needs no more funding and is ion a positive cash position, we can even open book it, that would be a novelty – a real company delivering a real company and providing real financial data.
Your call.
Statement:
Tom,
I would like to thank you personally for coordinating today. I hope it was useful.
All I would like to say in closing is that it is irrelevant what people think of the decisions in the past, the point I have tried to make is that the company now has a very real chance of success.
The company does have significant orders booked and now that EMIS have delivered, it has the ability to service those orders. Remember, the delivery of MedifyRemote is automated and serviced by Dextra. All Medify has to do is make the product available which it can now do.
There were issues which have been dealt with. The NHS have proven that there is demand that they support and no matter how hard people try to put the company off track, the product is good enough to keep the company moving forward.
Let’s support the company and let’s build a positive environment. Let’s believe that we now have the chance pf the success we all planned and hoped for. It is down to Ian to get the development done and get the product in the hands of Liverpool, Doncaster, Barnet or anywhere that is booked. He needs to get the public support from Vodafone and he needs to build the story based on sales sales and sales. They are all there for the taking.
We can ask the company difficult and searching questions but we do not have to make them personal or threatening. We should promote our company not sell it short!
We owe lookup a debt of gratitude and we should no longer listen to the ridiculous lies and bull that is spouted. I will endeavour to answer further questions through Tom, so please, if anyone wants any clarification, get Tom to ask me and I will try to answer, even if I am over optimistic. Clancy, you are correct I am and I ask no forgiveness, but without optimism life is a turnip! Absolute pun intended.
Thank you all, I hope this has been of benefit and I will make contact when Ian finishes off what we started two years ago, bank on it.
Jonathan.
Response to your question:
The company is slightly under staffed but at the moment there is no need to recruit more at more cost. That was my position before I left and until the EMIS activity today, I see no real reason other than some support staff to change that. I have no issues with reinvesting any stock back into the company and it has been discussed. But the company needed to get the info and the pps needed to be in line with what it should be. If as share holders we work and support the company, if the company integrate the EMIS information, I have no issues of re-investing. Let’s see how my performance today pans out. No doubt I will get the usual threats and accusations/ But of me going publi9c helps and if the share holders respond positively I am always open to suggestions form the Medyf board. No one knows this market like me. IO odnt’ know it all, I do make mistakes but I do understand what is needed.
Response to this question:
The two companies were in the same building because I was at one pint
leaving Medify. Certain Board members decided to hack into my personal
e-mail address.
I was then asked to return to take over the board by the company secretary
due to certain activities and as it was my fudicial responsibility.
I had already set up my new offices so I moved Medify into these as they we,
as you have all seen purpose built and ideal.
V2V were already ion situ on the ground floor and from here I introduced the
to Medify as they were a possible fixed line solution to the Medify
proposition. Nothing more sinister than that. Again another misleading line
of enquiry which has come form turnip head which has been proven to be a
lie.
The deal didn't go ahead basically because their valuation didn't match ours
and they were more interested in a cash/traded deal than I stock deal. We
could afford them for cash.
They are doing well and I have a great relationship with them and help then
occasionally ion the healthcare market.
You were not getting jerked around it was a good deal but too expensive for
Medify.
No matter how painful you must allows follow your dreams it makes you who
you are.
I should have said children, sorry it made me sound like a teenanger. I am as of March 6th, 39.
sent.
Good point. I am the first of 5 kids, and that is how my family took care of business. It just came out on the table. Good luck to all.
Please read the previous post where this was answered, and a further response to your question:
I have already answered this and we pulled out. Currently V2V turn over on target 700K, they wanted several million sterling ion cash because they have a\ 5 year plan to sell for £10m. They wanted to follow their dream and they deserve the credit and support for doing that.
Reply to your question:
I have no intention of selling the 33 million on to the market. My only
intent is to get the stock to where it was and if |I can do that best as a
share holder then so be it. I have never hurt this company noir its stock
and I have no intention of ever doing so. That is why I have acted today and
that as everyone knows is the truth and I have proven over and over again.
Don't worry I am here to support he share holders and the company. Remember
the company cannot defend itself so maybe this is a n opportunity for us
all.
Response to your question Turp:
When have I said I am a victim. Hello Sean, good to speak again. By the way, thanks for posting my private details on the web, my wife and kids really appreciated it.
Lets get back to the point and your lies. Remember the one about coming to the offices and I wasn’t there even though you sat in my office speaking to me. Once a liar……….
Shall I post the threatening email you sent me about stick something sharp somewhere. Or all the others.
Sean I have never hidden nor lied. You know where my office is, come for a coffee and a chat.
Tell me exactly where and how Trevor drove the UK deal?
Let’s talk about the 33m shares that have not been sold to date, Whilst we are on this topic of non conformity, your friends and the absolute bull and lies, let’s talk about illegal 504’s, company funds, non-activity, threats and general no good. I wonder how your friends will feel no knowing that you have just forced me to highlight these points.
The 150K you did not give to me. You bought with others 150K of discounted stock which both Trevor and I reinvested into the company. As the accounts will show I have not taken any salary from the company ever.
So no you don’t; know, you have just raised issues that will make certain people uncomfortable and you are nothing more than bitter because the promised return didn’t arrive and you are too damn lazy to earn it yourself. If your huge loss which for the record would be in the 10’s of thousands bearing in mind you are a successful broker, is that important and you could not afford to lose it them why buy the discounted stock in the fist instance.
Sean, your mistake was threatening the safety of my family and telling lies. What goes around comes around so based on your anger and position, you must have been a very bad boy in the past!
Solid, response to your questions:
Can’t go into the Trevor situation, legal’s and all that but the company felt it did have reason. I am sure Trevor ahs his own opinion and it is a shame that it ended the way it did. Sad that both founding directors are no longer directly involved.
Not sure if he is a share holder.
Come back if I am asked, are you kidding, without a moments hesitation.
All board members who hold stock have restricted stock. Ian is the Board lead, there is a new company secretary, never met her, and Nik is a non exec member I believe. I also know that before I left, Ian was planning to bring in some more non-execs and a formal chairman – Bastard! If it is not publicly posted it should be so I would e0-mail Ian.
It was all lined up, unfortunately EMIS did not deliver which led to delays and loss of interest. Vodafone had confirmed that as soon as any locality signs up on full bi-directional functionality they will pout out a corporate release as will the NHS and as soon as that happens, the interest will return.
No idea about the video. If it was me I would work to getting the first locality, and or Doncaster, move rapidly on PR with Vodafone and get them to use the marketing budget allocated to Medify to produce a Video, CD and brochure. Te deal as I left it was that Vodafone would take the product to their existing customers of which they have several hundred thousand in the NHS.
I do believe that there are some doctor quotes on its way but the issue I suppose is that who would believe the company. They put out Voda news and el capitano told the world Nik created the e-mail himself. What chance do they have then is getting the world to believe any quotes?
Sent.
response to your question:
How many units are pending the proposal is for one PCT that all community based nurses have the device. This was hinted at yesterday. There are approximately 5000 nurses here. One site wants 400 and want to Medify to also include e-mail capabillty which is probably where Medify is stepping on toes with other e-mail specific EMIS partners. The rest were first sites within PCTs based on 4 doctors and 4 nurses with the view if successful (update capability – back to the EMIS issue again as they already have view in operation with Drs and Nurses), that they would provide the device for all primary care community staff. This was the case when I left and as proven yesterday is still the case.
So booked and ready 5000+, potential, 15000, and I have no idea other than the releases with regards to new orders Direct form their to the market e-mail campaign. Time line on what I know – immediate as soon as the EMIS information is added into the MedifyRemote application – 2/3 weeks tops?
Either way, if EMIS had delivered Medify would be a significantly different company but I do believe it still will be.
Follow up to your reply :
Clancy, I wasn't removed form the Board I left after a discussion with Ian and the company secretary. It was felt that it would better serve the company and the share holders if was not an officer. Hey I’d one 12 years I was getting threats and being vilified by the share holders. Maybe they were thinking of my sanity?
Being a share holder does not give me any rights as to whether I should be on the board. The Board votes and makes the decisions, the fact that I am the majority shareholder has no bearing. The board is the company.
Ian is on the Board and he has a new company secretary. He has also recruited a strong team on the sales marketing and development front.
response :
V2V was a good deal and a good opportunity. It still has potential but Ian felt it had too high a value on itself and he couldn’t’ justify it. That’s where we are at when I left. I do know that this deal has been replaced with an alternate and it is an established company with a $20m turnover. I think the issue here is that the merger is still on the cards but the pps is too low to justify unless we as share holders want to be absorbed into a group?
response to your question:
Those orders are still in place and they are committed orders.
The issue with EMIS was that they needed to provide Medify with information so we could finish the bi-directio0nal functionality of MedifyRemote. That is, align our system to EMIS’ new A{I so that information could be written back to the patient note held in the surgery. This was a contractual obligation. It was supposed to be available last summer and it was delivered after yesterdays events this afternoon. It is now a simple process our Medify's team to implement and roll out.
EMIS are partnering with Pearl and my personal suspicion is as your. Why would a company or individual with hold information that would have such a dramatic affect. To be honest, I think the response form the NHS relayed by lookup said it all. We are waiting, there is demand especially form the nurses. Medify could have and should have had this information 10 months ago but we were and I suppose up until yesterday the company was given excuse after excuse. Enamoured is the incorrect term. They are partnering with very closely because the solution is an EMIS solution whereas MedifyRemote is applicable to all platforms as will become apparent – don’t the share holders read the quarterly reports?
Cooled their relationship, not sure. Was the company treated fairly? Absolutely not, but because of the NHS’ revelations yesterday, I would assume they had to provide the information.
I was called yesterday and I did speak to an EMIS individual to try to resolve the situation which resulted in their release. To their credit they did provide what was required, but in reality they should and could have done this several months ago.
So were we manipulated for the benefit of others, draw your own conclusions, and yes probably. Has the company got what it needs, I believe so. Is the company entirely dependent on EMIS, well form when I left there were options and possibilities already under way.
I will be out of my office for a good part of the day tomorrow, but I will do my best in the between times.
