Thank you Gint. Enjoy the weekend.
Congrats Nkerimi! A few years ago a good went to work for Amazon in Seattle. The stock was at $238 the day he started. I thought that was high as I remember it at $15 in 2000 after the crash. Today it's around $1700.
The reason I bring this up is that there is no right time to buy. If you believe a company has strong fundamentals, very good leadership, and an untapped market, then NOW is the best time to invest.
We don't know where CMTH/CELZ will be in 2 months or 2 years. However, by spending time reading and understanding the fundamentals, leadership, products and market opportunity, you can then determine if it's a good investment.
Myself and others didn't buy multiple millions of shares in this company on a whim. All important metrics point to a unique opportunity that given time will be worth $.10, $.20, $.50 or $1 or more a share. It won't happen overnight but with patience and understanding, you can mitigate risk and achieve your financial goals. So IMO $.023 is a steal.
Nkerimi mentioned having another big success on an OTC prior, if I'm not mistaken. That is why this order is very well placed. If you believe in the company as Nkerimi has shown by the purchase, buy before it takes off. These types of companies do not come around often.

Beach Trades-Thanks for posting the update. For all investors in DPWW, look at what it says in the statement about Diego. They are positioned to be a vertically integrated company once federally legal to do so.
I've commented about this before. They are a real estate company who are making money off leases. The real value is once federally legal (the US Gov't will follow Canada who are going legal nationwide next month), Diego leadership will then assume control of the dispensaries which have revenue of $7M combined in their first full year of operation. They have built a turn-key operation with beautiful, award winning dispensaries.
DPWW is OTC QB. They are structured to either move up to a bigger board or most likely will be bought out at $.10 or greater once federally legal.
If you have patience, buy as much as you can, hold and lock it away and look at it once a month. I don't post often but have had a significant stake for months at a much higher AWP than today. I have no interest in selling until end of year as this company is unique in the cannabis space.
Do your own DD. Really peel back the onion and you will find an investment (not a good flip) that will pay well down the road. The leadership moved to more of a stock based compensation as they are planning to sell out at the appropriate time and make a lot of money.

Work as a team. We are in this together. Timely hits of the ask and we can get above $.024 to finish the week which would be another strong building block. The CELZ train is rolling nicely down the tracks.
Slow and steady growth with occasional slight pull back will set us up well for when a PR hits.
BB-Thank you for providing this information. Learned something I didn't know which is always good. Appreciate all your efforts keeping the team informed! CF
Well said Difrntstuf! Good morning CELZ FORCE!
Thanks for the info ES. The marketing teaser on Dr. Gershman's Twitter feed is spot on!
Folks talk about the OS increasing. At this point, it's all about using the tools available to get to revenue sustaining. CMTH/CELZ leadership is not diluting/utilizing their available shares for any purposes other than to do handle trials, patents, equipment, trainings, marketing, etc., etc. It costs considerable amounts ($400K) for trials alone.
We are at the entry point where different forks of a river come together and form a large moving river. The rapids will be exciting for all.
Same back to you and Sorc! Appreciate both your comments. With ES at the helm and you guys as first officers, I'm just helping to navigate where possible. Enjoy your evenings.
It's amazing when you open each patent link and begin reading about the what each is designed to achieve. Amit Patel is a very bright man and the founder of CMTH/CELZ with Timothy Warbington.
If folks take the time to read and really do their DD, it's amazing how well they've organized the chess board to have the best opportunity to win the game. Creating multiple cash flow sources with ground-breaking stem stem cell rengenerative medicine.
As you and Fly have stated multiple times, the IP alone is worth $100M+ before revenue comes into play. It's going to be a fun ride watching this come together over the next 6-12 months.
Patience is a virtue which is not a strong suit of mine nor what I've noticed with many OTC traders. But this is truly one of those rare opportunities where patience can pay unbelievable dividends.
Any future investors should take 30 min to read about the patents and then connect the dots back to CaverStem and the fundamentals. It's no accident such strong scientific minds have joined the CMTH/CELZ Scientific Board.
Appreciate your efforts sharing this with the team. CF
LMAO - That's classic Rooster!
CELZ FORCE - I normally would never buy over 5M shares and spend over $90K on an emerging company. What made me comfortable to get a bit out over my skis with CMTH/CELZ is not just the company, leadership, opportunity and fundamentals, but the selflessness of this group. ES has proven over and over that he's here not just for himself, but for all of us to WIN together.
This core group works like a unit. We all have different strengths/skills we bring to the table. However, we can't rely on ES and need to assist and make timely share purchases (even 10k) where you can to help offset his work.
We have 60 days to get to the next 10Q. That should also be when results of the trial are issued. Unless something comes out of left field, we need to follow his lead and buy, lock and wait.
If we continue each day to operate with each others best interest at heart, it will make winning that much sweeter. Watching how everyone operated today with wolves at the door and not a flinch from the core, is a thing of beauty. I'm proud to be part of this team.

Great FLY! Joined you and now over 5.3M shares that are locked at $1. I'm about at my limit. Let's go CELZ FORCE and drop the hammer on the MM's!

For CELZ FORCE, please write Don Dickerson again at coo@creativemedicalhealth.com regarding naked shorting of their stock. He and I communicated on this subject a few weeks back.
It's good for him to get perspective from others on the board who understand the impact of the MM games. The more WE take matters into our own hands, the more pressure it forces on CMTH/CELZ leadership to act. Make sure you address your email to both Timothy Warbington and Don Dickerson when you send to coo@creativemedicalhealth.com.
Let them know you have a significant investment in the company and are concerned about it's impact. He may not respond right away but if you put thought and provide any detail into your message before hitting send, it will have the strongest impact.
It's amazing how well we are doing with all the bashing and manipulation occurring at present. We hold them off now and they will retreat as the strength of the company will force their hands.

Well said Seaheck! Folks should read this post and re-iterate the points over and over again to outsiders whose only objective is to try and cause a sell-off. We are CELZ FORCE. We do NOT sell our shares until we as a team are ready to do so and that is not for quite some time as we are just beginning our ascension.
Well said Doc! Let's move this forward today and get the noise out of our board once and for all. CF
Good morning CELZ FORCE! Let's work together as we do so well, hit the ask and continue our momentum until the MM's throw the white flag on CMTH/CELZ. This is a great team.
To your point, the management and scientific counsel are all very accomplished individuals. The doctors( when you read their resume) are not only great doctors (that have received many accolades) but, many have been involved in prior startups that were bought out (ie Medistem as one example). Many have their own patents and are leaders in stem cell therapies. They chose to work with CMTH/CELZ when they could work with any number of companies.
Each of these individuals has network of other high net worth accomplished people whom they speak with regularly. When those individuals due their DD after hearing about CaverStem and who is involved, they will be buying chunks of shares. They will not worry about paying $.05 for a million shares as they plan to keep them to $.50 or more. They aren't the flipping types.
The more shares are locked, the higher the PPS goes naturally to find it's spot. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how the track record, professionalism and strategic vision of leadership of CMTH/CELZ, coupled with patented regenerative stem cell multiple therapies (CaverStem is first of many), coupled with revenue growth and doctors signing contracts, will equate to a very favorable investment.
As ES and other longs with large share counts have stated multiple times, this is a very unique opportunity. Buy what you can, lock them up in your account and give it 30 days and see what happens. At that point, do what you want. But don't miss the next PR or two in the next 30 days. You will then want to wait 30 more days for the 10Q which will elevate the PPS to another level. Enjoy the next 60 days as it's on target to be exciting.
Very informative piece Swaddim. Thanks for sharing. I've been on the side receiving options but never took the time to understand how they were handled from an accounting basis. A lot to digest in the article. Hopefully folks will read it as knowledge is power.
What I don't understand is why people post rather than reaching out to the corporate office and Don Dickerson with their concerns/suggestions. Makes no sense to me as I always go to the source. But, I am learning everyday since spending some retirement time in OTC land that it is a unique world.
Appreciate all the efforts you provide to the board along with all the other longs. Enjoy the rest of your day.
I appreciate your reply. You are a very logical person and have had success and I'm sure spent a lot of time trying to perfect your investment approach.
I agree that 90%+ of OTC are gambles. I've always invested in large cap stocks and only this year started looking at OTC companies to learn how people trade in this world.
I try to limit my posts as I've never been a social media person even though my friends and daughters generation fully embraces it. I tend to look at fundamentals and cash flow generating opportunities. Warren Buffet is a master investor who rarely looks at charts. He looks at the company and if there is a need for it's services, does it generate cash and can that be accelerated and what competition is that company facing.
I've read most of your posts on this board and feel you have a lot to contribute and would like to see you join us as CMTH/CELZ we believe (from our teams DD) has a good opportunity to succeed. Will it happen, that's to be determined. However, with my significant holdings, I don't want to lose out over a penny at this point. Not when we are now starting to sign doctors after years of hard work and development. The next Q is what I and many are waiting for as it should show significant revenue over previous Q, along with results from the trial. Since doctors are spending capital of $20K+ to sign agreements with CMTH/CELZ and we have a doctor on our team, the opportunity by waiting 60 days to me makes more sense than selling when it goes again to $.028. Because once that next PR hits and better once the next Q hits, we will not see these prices again. I'd rather wait and see the share price go to $.05-$.10 or greater on 5M shares and that value than make $20K and then lose out because a PR hits and we spike to $.04 and then I kick myself.
I wanted to respond as you wrote a well thought out reply and I appreciate it. You would be a good member of CELZ FORCE and want you to know that. Enjoy the day!
Yesterday you asked a question and I provided you with the COO Don Dickerson's email address (coo@creativemedicalhealth.com). Rather than reach out to him for your answers, you change your tune and now keep bringing up convertible notes and what YOU feel is the relationship between the company pieces.
Are you an investor or just here for a particular agenda? It appears you have an agenda which is to cause instability for no reason. No one is making you come to this board, nor is anyone asking you to invest.
I suggest you not be so transparent in your posts as it comes across as amateurish. You will be called on it every time.
If you have constructive feedback, we are all ears. Please don't post again unless you truly know what it is you are trying to accomplish and can articulate it properly.
CF
Seaton-You understand charts and have your method which is fine. However, as you can see, CMTH/CELZ is growing it's base and now moving forward pragmatically. There are reasons why which don't show in charts or graphs.
If you would take the time and read all the carefully crafted DD, see how well the stock is starting to do without any PR's or information, you may just come to realize this is a company not worth flipping. It is a company to invest your money and wait for the next PR and then 10Q and see where things stand.
I had a successful career in Business Development Management working for Fortune 500 companies. The parallels between how CMTH/CELZ leadership operate and those companies (who are household names) is striking. They have a plan and are executing that plan with precision in an expeditious timeframe considering it's bio-tech which takes years to commercialize (if ever). CMTH/CELZ leadership don't over promise and under deliver.
I could flip any of my 5M shares today for a nice profit. However, that is not the best business decision as CMTH/CELZ revenue is growing now and the next PR will show how many doctors have signed. That will move the stock to the next level without much effort. When the 10Q hits in August, it will take another leap forward. There are smart people on this board who are accomplished individuals and understand why they have invested in CMTH/CELZ.
You do what you want, I'm just trying to provide some insight as I was your age once and thought I had my plan all buttoned up. What I've learned in the years since is to carefully look at a company and how they've arranged the pieces on the chess board. This is the only OTC I view as an investment which will be proven out in the next 60 days and beyond. If, you have patience to wait. I believe you have skills. Would like to see you become a member of the CELZ FORCE and be part of something unique.
GLTY
ES-CMTH/CELZ should bottle your passion and give it as a GWP to every man who has a CaverStem procedure! Call it ESP.
Thank you for all your continued efforts and DD you bring to the board. We appreciate it!
For new investors, there is a lot of DD which has been painstakingly been put together by the MOD's and core group to review over the last few months.
CMTH/CELZ leadership runs this company like a Fortune500/Nasdaq. They won't put out a PR until they are ready and have something to say. The core group here have studied this company and know what they are now beginning to accomplish. The commercialization of CaverStem and creating a self-sustaining revenue stream.
Therefore, if you need immediate gratification, CMTH/CELZ may not be your best option to purchase shares in. If you are an investor as many on this board, it is as solid of a company as you will ever find in OTC.
Many of us have purchased and are still purchasing blocks of shares at the current price as we know when the next PR comes forward, CMTH/CELZ will take another leap forward. When the 10Q hits in August, we expect another significant leap forward.
You are getting cheap shares now at less than $.03 because that will be the new norm in the very near future. They want to uplist later in the year once cash flow from CaverStem gives them the opportunity to do so. If you have PATIENCE CMTH/CELZ may be the best investment you will ever have. We are locked in with millions of shares and adding. We are always looking for new team members to join the CELZ FORCE.
Do your own DD, determine whether the company fits for you, and then take appropriate action. GLTY.
We like having you chatting up with the peeps SFT1!
Nice work Gint!
Let's work in unison and slap the ask as we work to build the base above $.02 and stay there. I've hit the ask this AM. For the master chart folks, let us all know when timely hits need to be made to keep MM's scurrying. CF
Nice Bubba!
Good morning CELZ FORCE! This is a great group. Love how we have each others back and work together as professionally as the CMTH/CELZ management team. Look forward to us all celebrating in the future when our train reaches it's destination! CF
Fly-Just want to thank you for all great summary DD on CMTH/CELZ you put together for the team. Enjoy the day! CF
Thanks for the response Fly. I get we'll move up with doc's. Just wanting to understand the contractual requirements for the docs as that is our revenue. Will just have to see what they provide via the next 10Q. Appreciate you moderating the board. CF
Parabolic, NICE! Have you seen anything on minimum purchase requirements of each Urologist for revenue modeling?
Looking forward to seeing next update regarding progression with signing Urologists. We have the list of domains and know of 2 (Freedman/Wachs) that have just come aboard, in addition to Gershman.
It will be valuable to see how the contracts define the initial purchase requirements of each new CaverStem Urologist (ie, equipment/#'s of kits minimum purchased to start/how the geographic requirements work within major cities with high population base where 50 mile limit won't be applicable), etc. Would love to get ahold of a contract to review.
We have 17 days remaining this month to sign new docs. What will the end of Q bring for new docs. We should have a board contest on number of Urologists signed by end of month (Q). Winner gets all expense paid trip to Wally World!!
Your are not alone Scratch! There are some of us with large share counts with AWP's of $.0135. That still is a good share price if management would get moving and deliver. So hang tough.
I don't post often as I told IR I would give them 90 days to enact things we discussed. Still have approx 4 weeks left for them to deliver. So keep the faith and communicate with IR Chris Fisher as they need to do what's right.
Crudeoil- Good suggestion. Can you please email the COO Don Dickerson at
coo@creativemedicalhealth.com. Tell him they are missing an opportunity. Many of us have communicated with him. Good for him to get a new voice.
Thanks,
CF
CELZ FORCE keep hitting the ask. I've hit it twice today. We all need to chip in together with ES to get this over the hump. The resistance will break! Be diligent and stay together like a battle group.
Clint, we can use your help. Start hitting the ask and join the team. We can use your skills to continue driving this forward so we can all make a lot of money together in a few months.
Do not sell any shares! We need CELZ to get above $.02 and settle where it belongs. With a solid base there, we are moving one step closer to our destination!
It's awesome how everyone on this board works like a team looking out for one another. That's what's going to get us through the next 6 months together so we can realize the true value of our investment in CELZ. At that point, I'll be looking at joining you in the car of dreams purchase party!
5.2M locked at $1. Thanks for all your efforts to the board ES! Teamwork!!
