Ok sure, but you addressed the most useless part of my post.
Have a good day.
Why is the number of authorized shares still the same? They were supposed to slash 500M. Then another 500M later.
I have over 700,000 shares here. All I needed to sell was approx. 15,000. That's barely considered as "flipping"
Manning rule? Basically they're preventing me from selling. which is illegal - as per that rule.
Question:
I put a sell order in for a few thousand shares cuz I need the cash; the order didn't fill but the SP went up higher than my ask price. Is that normal? This has never happened to me before.
I think Matthew Dwyer is legit.
Check out the link below and correct me if I'm wrong.

I have over 700,000 shares here but you can't blame some of us for asking questions. Especially when the company doesn't respond to their investors, their ceo is known for being behind suspect companies in the past, and going red after slashing 500 million shares. I just want answers that's all.
Hey Militaryman. I'm in here heavy. why/when do you think this stock will run? what's your take on this whole scam thing?
Why is this interesting? All they did was repeat what was already known.
Okay. What's everyone's consensus here?
Is this company a scam or are they actually building something here? What does everyone think??
License is real. Share reduction is real. I mean, how good is this guy of a scammer to actually scam the state of Wisconsin to grant this company a license??
He could be a big con artist or he may not be. What does everyone think?
Edit: Even if this was a scam, I'm sure they'll try their best to make this thing go up higher than it already is before the ship gets sunk.
That's how I look at it...
If you look at our security details below, you'll see that Oustanding shares currently stand at 595,000,000.
The reduction in Authorized shares is pending.
Regardless, I'm pissed off that the reduction in outstanding shares had absolutely ZERO IMPACT on the sp.

This CEO Matt Dwyer is an incompetent douche. I feel like dumping my shares from the simple fact alone that it has been 2 weeks since I sent him an e-mail and he hasn't responded.
Maybe so but what does this mean?
What good came out of this share cancellation?
smh
OTCQB?? So what's this talk abouit listing on the NYSE?
Trading on the OTCQB isn't that big of a deal
Well, either not many people know about this news or it's immaterial.
Btw...How come the company doesn't elaborate on the S-1 document? What exactly does it entail. We all know the purpose of it is to uplist, but you'd think they would explain it further for those who haven't done the research and don't know what it is.
I guess no news release today after all...that's kinda messed up. They had all week to execute.
They must be. Matt Dwyer was on the call talking. He even mentioned the s-1 form
Question about Global Consortium : How is IGPK linked to them? I don't see this company mentioned when doing my DD. Maybe I'm not going far back enough. Regardless, it was Matt Dwyer on the call.
S-1 document : I heard him mention this but my sound was horrible. Did they explain how they'd go about trading at barely 2 cents to uplisting? ($4 minimum)
Conference call:
Anyone care to summarize? I could barely hear it.
Thanks for the info. But its at 4:30pm ET in the afternoon, not tonight.
It was specifically aimed at Hooty. She's just throwing random numbers out there. The only way to find out how many shares the bank bought, you'd need to be a paid subscribed member. Unless she did that, I'm not sure where she's getting her numbers from.
Yeah, I did some serious DD over the weekend in regards to the S-1 document and like a previous poster stated, they would need a minimum $4 sp requirement. Obviously they know something we don't. Nobody gets up one day and says "hey, let's cross our fingers and hope our share price hits $4 and try to uplist". That's not how things work. They obviously know something we don't.
If the 500 Milion share cancellation isn't a hint, I'm not sure what to say.
I still don't see where it shows how many shares of IGPK they bought. Not sure what you guys are talking about.
Where do you see they bought $500 worth?
Exactly, and if you notice. Most of these 2 purchases have a sp of $50 and higher. Only one other one beside IGPK is listed at a penny or less.
Research goes a long way here: First National Bank of Dora just bought some of our shares. Check under 'new purchases'

I'm guessing if they're looking to apply for the S-1 document, they're expecting the sp to go higher. But again, who knows. My #1 rule: Never speculate in the stock market.
Why are people selling with all the upcoming developments?? Smh
IGPK on the NYSE?
This musta flew on top of everybody's head yesterday. It's from the last NR
"Integrated Cannabis will retain Counsel no later than 04/05/2019 to begin drafting the S-1 Registration document. IGPK's target goal is to file the S-1 Registration document on or before 05/01/2019"
Mind you, the S-1 form is an application form to trade on the SEC (major exchanges)
It's clear what's happening here.
People are dumping to push the price lower so they can accumulate more shares before this takes off. There is literally NO negative news for this thing to be dropping this way. But There might also be a market correction which is why a lot of stocks are in the red.

I think people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the Safe Banking act to pass today - supposed to have been yesterday. It's no coincidence it's so quiet out here today.
This article makes zero mention of IGPK
Runs out of steam? Do you people even know how the stock market works? This thing is just getting started. If you're looking for this thing to go to $1 overnight, you're in the wrong game.
You guys have no Idea what you're talking about.
I remember buying this at 0.27 in November 2017. It skyrocketed to $2 before January 2018.
Fact is, this is the stock market. Nobody knows what the price is going to be at a particular point in time. The whole MJ is down at the moment. Saying that you'll be surprised if it hits $1.65 is ridiculous. How on earth can you know what will happen?
What makes you say this? how are you so sure?
Please explain. It's easy to make bold claims.
