No one is leaving MMEX. We're all holding our shares for financing. There's a fact.
MMEX stronger than ever.
Oh, have you seen the road to the soon to be build transfer facility and refinery? You should check it out on the MMEX website.
I must be looking at a different one. I see that date on the paper, but just above the article is says sometime in March 2018.
What date was the article written? I think maybe this is an older article. So now its even closer.
MMEX
That's nice! Thanks. And Setting thinks we're going to trips. lol.
MMEX
2 Billion OS and another Billion authorized! And for what, nobody seems to know but it must be something huge... lol.
If the paid 100ks for this audit they got severely over charged. Just my opinion. And where did they even get 100ks? Lol. Well that's it from me on this one. Best of luck hope I'm proven wrong.
3yrs of financials on 21 pages. I'm sorry, but I don't get the excitement here. What are they selling? What service are they providing? How are they making money? Is this a real company? I had some of these last year and got out before the fall. When I noticed it rise this time I didn't buy in because I don't see anything here only shares being sold. I hope it works out, but this doesn't smell right to me.
Your last sentence before tic tock .. almost made me spit out my coffee. lol
MMEX
Thanks.
MMEX
You don't seem convinced MMEX is the real deal. A little on the fence about the whole thing are ya? Well I wouldn't wait too long to buy in. This thing is gonna take off soon. Read the shareholder letter for the correct info from the one who knows - Jack Hanks. Financing expected by the end of Sept., money in the bank in Oct.. Unless you have verified, "insider" information to the contrary that you'd like to share. If not, I'll stick to Jack's version of events.
MMEX
Well if you're saying an up-listing to a major stock market after a RS would essentially wipe out shareholders, you should look up the word "wrong".
MMEX
Just for clarity, are you saying that a RS for the purpose of up-listing to a major stock exchange would wipe out shareholders?
Its a penny stock. PPS is irrelevant except to flippers. Not knocking flippers, but what matters to me, because I'm long, is whether or not Jack builds something that makes money. If he does the PPS will go up. I think he will so I've added a lot during this PPS downturn. That's the chance I've chosen to take. If it all sounds too risky for you, don't. IMO
MMEX
Jack is considering a RS at some point for the purpose of uplifting. Anyone surprised by this? Mountain/molehill once again. Non issue. Next.
MMEX
90% chance of financing. That's pretty good odds. I I were planing a hike today with a 90% chance of sun, I take a sun hat and lots of water, not a rain coat. Just makes sense IMO.
MMEX
It might be a good idea to buy as many share as you can down here, so down the road, when the RS that gets us out of the pinks happens, you'll go into NYSE with a higher share count. They'll go up from there IMO.
Long term play here.
All IMO of course.
MMEX
Good assessment. I agree.
MMEX
You mean other CEO's don't do this on a regular basis for their shareholders. Wow, Im perplexed. But I'm an unsophisticated retail investor. And I can't type 200 words per minute. The only salter I know about is the one by my stove. Oh, its a desalted though.. see. What do I know. lol.
MMEX
I wonder how does MMEX's response to multiple shareholder questions compare to other penny stock companies that have responded, officially, to shareholder questions. 25 of 'm.
Anyone have any examples of other penny stock companies that have done this for their shareholders?
Sure would be nice to see one so I can compare. Jimminjy, pepeoil, glow... any examples?
MMEX
Are you folks new to penny stocks? They are considering a reverse split... considered also by every other penny stock that has existed in the history of the world. What's new with this one is an honest CEO who answered 25 shareholder questions straight up. Now that's a rare thing and something to be admired. IMO
Refinery will be built 9/10 for financing. That's also a honest answer.IMO
MMEX stronger than ever
Some awesome DD here. The PPS is low and carrots. If that don't change your mind about MMEX well I don't know what will.
Anything else you'd like to say about the PPS. What about the PPS. Have you heard about the PPS. Anything to add related to the PPS. The PPS is low. The PPS is lower that is was a while back. The PPS is down 80 something percent since sometime way back before now, how about that?
News flash, everyone knows what the PPS is. It will change to the upside soon. IMO
MMEX
I think you're wrong about requiring extra permits. The current build permit for large construction will suffice for the building part. The operating permit was already acquired for the CDU and storage tanks. Money yes, permits no.IMO
MMEX
Hey, we'll watch your oil for ya no problem. $10 a barrel.
MMEX
Smack on there sir!
MMEX
That's, sniff sniff, beautiful man, sniff.
MMEX
That's all for me today folks. Tune in next time when you'll hear Doctor Rob1982 say - now where'd I put that desalter again and again? On the next episode of Market Makers in Spaaaace.
When Gandolf the Grey is finished fighting off the dark forces of the Permian, I'll have him drop by and take care of the MM problem ok.
Well it doesn't take a genius to state the obvious. However, here's a couple of points that didn't jump right out a grab ya. 1- MMEX is seriously under valued considering all the milestones, articles etc. 2- "can't get financing" is not the same as doesn't have financing yet. MMEX does have a term sheet, and the rest will follow IMO. To say it can't get financing is a tad premature. I hope this helps.
MMEX
Check on MMEX website under "about". its one of the articles there
I don't know, maybe something related to revolutionizing the shipping industry by producing low sulphur diesel to, again, help rich shippers comply with the new upcoming rules regarding the types of fuel they will be allowed to use (you know big boats that take stuff places). I don't know, could be anything, virtual currency... who knows?
MMEX
He is smart, but IMO that's not a good idea. Too far to the gulf for a channel. Its better to build submarines near the ocean. However, we can't help where the oil is. Its far away from the coast in the Permian Basin. Its been described as an infinite source (hyperbole, but yo get the point). What Jack wants to do is help rich oil folks get this oil to the coast, and help other rich oil folks to get more oil by selling them diesel etc.. Its really not about the money, its about helping rich oil folks get what they want. IMO.
MMEX
Solar, storage, shipping, refining... Looks like Jack has a very diversified business plan. No fail strategy IMO. Diversification is the key to a successful business; especially when dealing with the ups and downs of a primary industry.
MMEX
You do know that they actually have those right? Well, maybe not for subs, but for ships. Don't need more though. The tanks Jack is building is to store and ship oil for mega-rich oil people. And they're gonna pay us, I mean me and the other MMEX investors. IMO
MMEX
Anyone (namely Jack) who can raise millions of dollars to build an natural gas powered electric generator on the "wrong" side of the Andes Mountains, in the middle of the Peruvian Jungle, where other major players saw no use for the natural gas there due to the location, can most likely raise money to build a refinery and solar plant where they are needed and desired - the Permian. Also, the permian has large amounts of oil and sunshine. Yep, this should be an easy one. IMO.
MMEX
Looks to me like it needs anther spike.
MMEX
Exactly! Awesome PennyKing. The tide is about to turn.
MMEX
Maybe a little too "quick". I think the reason you do not believe MMEX will be successful is due to your lack of proper DD. May I, with the sincerest of concern, suggest you take your time when researching topics and consider the opinions of those who are more experienced and knowledgeable than yourself.

"As the Texas economy continues to grow, electricity consumption has correspondingly increased. Environmental regulations and various market pressures have forced a significant amount of generation to exit the market in recent years while older generation sources continue to be retired. Thus, new solar generation capacity is required to meet the Texas market's demand. With appropriate state policy that removes, or at least does not create, market barriers and recognizes solar's benefits, the Texas solar market should see significant growth in the coming years."

"Municipally Owned Utilities (Munis), Electric Cooperatives (Co-ops), Investor Owned Utilities (IOUs), and Retail Electric Providers (REPs) proving that Texas offers a conducive environment for community solar. Moreover, Texas is poised to further expand community solar thanks to its permissive regulatory environment, availability of financing (in part due to the extension of the Federal Investment Tax Credit), and falling solar costs."
