Looks like to me since GZFX is still on the Circuit City website that the agreement goes for one more year...? So this can't be a bad thing even if CC doesn't do much or we think they haven't done much?

Good news! read...

I have been keeping a list and updating the inventory. For starters I "DID NOT" update Games yet and books are now "DELETED"...If you read the first row you notice "ACTION" reads 5756/8204, this means that when I originally reviewed the inventory from day one the website there was "5756" movies listed under Dvd Action....then a few months later I re-counted and the inventory was 8204 movies as of today "recent" reflects the current amount now listed on the website as of today...so the good news here is inventory took another step up in a good way...the stock is still a POS though currently but the company looks better!

It appears the info that was included on the SEC filing is wrong and to another John Fleming...my concern is why? Who fills out the SEC Filing? Was it JF's Mistake or did the SEC fill out the filing for him...I emailed the SEC for an explanation nevertheless so at this point lets just let it go and I'll get back soon with what I heard from SEC

Agent, Murdoch yes I know of them...but they don't own GZFX or any part of it and therefore I don't see any connection, seems just another person/co. doing it here in the U.S...did I miss something?

I would like to know how the wrong JF information ended up on the SEC filing...doesn't JF have to fill this info out? or did the SEC fill out that part on JF's behalf? I suppose a simple email to the SEC to ask wouldn't hurt
