Hopefully with Oi2 and the marketing firm running some of the show, your distaste of the CEO will be lessened
Woah, BS is starting to catch some feelings for Viva huh haha... always knew you'd eventually come back to the pro-OTTV crowd
And that calculation is without advertising revenue and ppv... this could be astronomical
I've been wondering that too... could you imagine if there was a loophole that would enable Viva to overlay commercials during that... would be bonkers
The advertising might be the star of this whole undertaking... it could dwarf revenue brought in for subscribers and ppv
I think a dollar could be possible by this time next year, and absolutely dollars in 2-3... I also hope they undertake a buyback effort once revenues start hitting, could be earlier than we think
This could blow up in a month... imagine what it could do in a year, two years... it's unbelievable
And two per day per station seems like a very very VERY, conservative estimate... the most interesting part was about the ad revenue, that's astounding
The problem with the person visiting HelpComm is that HelpComm is still a private company and not under the umbrella of BVTK... therefore for a shareholder to show up to a private company is ridiculous and should never happen... business is business, and you don't just walk into someone's private business to "see what's up"... if people can't understand this, then they are low class
Relax dude, you're on an anonymous message board lmfao... who cares... just ignore if you get offended
Lmao this post is so wrong on so many levels... you do realize experienced investors make tons (millions) on penny stocks right...
That is also true, a 2-1 or 3-1 type deal... but I'd rather them exhaust all possibility of buyback before that
I believe that an R/S will not be necessary for this to reach multi dollars... obviously it won't be able to reach 10+ or maybe even 5+ on this share structure but a few dollars is absolutely possible... furthermore, I would hope the company would pursue a share buyback before evaluating a R/S... I'm not sure if people realize how big this could be... this could be bigger than Roku and Netflix... obviously not in the short term, but in the long term absolutely possible.
An R/S is not absolutely necessary... share buybacks should be fully on the table, and with enough revenue the current share structure could support it.
Any noteworthy channels or specific demographic channels ?
If Viva produced a PR/8k outlining the Oi2/Viva relationship when it comes to Oi2go... we'd be off to the races
THE POINT I WAS MAKING IS TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ON IT THAT THEY NEEDED TO READ THE 10Q... I WAS TRYING TO SAVE PEOPLE TIME WHO MAY NOT UNDERSTAND THE DYNAMICS AND TIMING OF THE FILING... YOUR ORIGINAL POST MADE IT SEEM LIKE THE 10Q WAS IMPORTANT SO LESS SAVVY INVESTORS MAY NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THIS TIME PERIOD WAS BEFORE CC AND THEREFORE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TGGI OR CC EXCEPT FOR CURRENT PURPOSES... you need to relax and not attack other investors, so far this board has been fairly amicable, and it needs to stay that way.. your private message was completely uncalled for and immature... you don't go around calling others dumb and a crybaby... you fit exactly into the OTC stereotype of immature investors.
What the hell don't you understand... I'm not saying anything about the filing of the damn 10Q... why don't you read my posts, I have no idea why you are berating me with this... I understand a 10Q needed to be filed, and yes they filed it, nobody is arguing with you about that... ALL I SAID WAS THAT THE 10Q ITSELF GAVE US NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON CC... what don't you understand...
What are you talking about... I have no questions, and in nothing I've posted that you've responded too has been me asking questions... are you trying to pick a fight with someone ?
ALL I SAID WAS THAT THE Q3 FOR CC/BDIC DOESNT GIVE US ANY NEW INFORMATION THAT I HADNT ALREADY KNOWN... stop trying to argue about nothing...
Dude relax... wow... all I was saying is that there was no additional information to take away from the Q3... obviously it's good that they remain current, but I'm pretty sure we all expected they would... and we also I believe were told the shell was clean, at least that's what I took from the PRs and what not... people need to relax with the insults against others that want the company to succeed... you don't know me, or know my knowledge of investing... no need to hate on other investors
Not much to take away from it since it was all before CC
What do you mean...?
Lmfao how can you believe this... he hasn't provided anything verifiable or proven any revenues or even solidified contracts... you're blind to what's in front of you, and instead of using factual evidence to make a claim you can't, it's just tweets, and not even good tweets just vague bs
It could be a lot higher than $1, especially when a buyback occurs.
Meant income statement, my bad I'm half asleep haha
I would hope we get a large percentage of the revenues since they are using our middleware and content...
How does the IPO effect Viva... and also subscribers to Oi2go won't count for Viva correct, we will just get revenue of it on our balance sheet ?
Somewhat forgot about this company... what is the current standing and outlook ?
Good thing those companies can have their market and we can have the Spanish and international market... still would make us a powerhouse in the OTT space.
You're obviously refraining from answering the question I am blatantly asking you... why do you not think Viva can grow into an established company worth billions ? All companies (Netflix, Apple, Siri, you name it) started as a small company and grew into what they are today, but for some reason you're saying Viva can't do the same... id like to know why you think that... seems like you're forgetting that growth exists, and greatly with tech companies...
Lmfao I'm holding long, I could care less about the share price in the short term... but it's ignorant to not see the future growth potential within this company
So you aren't going to comment on the other part of my post... no company becomes huge overnight, every company grows from a startup... and currently Viva is just beginning the start up phase, and has grown very quickly in this phase... you don't think Viva could grow to a huge established company ?
Do you not realize that Viva is a startup and hasn't even hard launched yet lmfao... obviously it's not a billion dollar company YET... I hate when people try and compare Viva with established companies... Siri and Netflix were these huge companies over night, it's called growth... you're saying Viva can't grow ? Ridiculous
Bingo, that debunks his argument right there... people need to open their minds and realize what they have
You're close minded if you can't see what's in front of you with this company... the potential is amazing and it's in a market that will experience exponential growth over the next decade... why can't it eventually have revenues in the billions, it's easily possible
I'd hope he would turn down offers in the short term, and wait to potentially here offers once we've been launched for over a year... that would give us a nice buyout premium, like in the dollars if everything goes as planned... or could be a lot more... this industry is huge, so who knows where Viva could realistically be by next Christmas.
A buyout wouldn't be beneficial for us right now, so much more money to be made in the next two years... and a company wouldn't pay us the premium we could be at in a few years
I feel like we all have so many more questions now then answers with this Oi2go offering and slide deck... would be nice to hear from Viva explaining everything so we can understand the magnitude and complexity that is hard to discern from us just reading and speculating.
Somebody needs to help explain how oi2go will help viva and not take subscribers away that would be Vivas... seems like it's marketed in the same market Viva wants, so why not just do it themselves, what do we get out of providing everything for this app Oi2 has... and why are they going public, and what effect does that have on Viva...
What does this mean ?
