Not achance, A letter of intent is a non binding document. That won't happen until an acquisition happens. A LOI is nothing but a letter stating they are interested parties

They have already shown the change to Movement Industries so they want to start the information flow with the new company name and ticker

The company can retire the securities.In order to retire stock, the company must first buy back the shares and then cancel them. Shares can not be reissued on the market, and are considered to have no financial value. They are null and void of ownership in the company.
