the pullback in late may lasted five days so i would not be surprised to see the same thing happen here. all depends on the next pr really. i'm still thinking it will dip to around 8 cents tomorrow. I think the next base will be around 9 based on what i wrote in my last posting (or maybe 2 ago, can't remember). but then agian i predicted a slow and steady climb and not this recent leap. i have some money to put back in but i'll take the chances on another dip.
any thoughts on these price estimates...
$125M sales projected by company over next 3 years
$42M per year
Let's say the company's stock can be fairly valued at the value of its sales per year.
$42M / 450M shares = $0.093 (fair market value)
Considering the late May run up and pull back of 50%...
HOD $0.145 x 50% = $0.0725
LOD = $0.077 (not too far off)
Could the correction that took a few days before on lighter volume have occured in an hour on heavy volume?
any thoughts??? JMHO.
Come on I wanted some at $0.08. Can we dip just a little more for me? PLEEEEEEEAAASSEEEEE?
Ok, I'm still trying to do my DD, but could someone help me out on one thing? With the 15M "free trading shares" gone does that put us at a 20M float or not?
I think we are just experiencing the investors that don't watch the stock as much as we do. They come home from work last night to see how high HISC is and some decide to sell a portion of their holdings. Just like yesterday though we burned through those sells in an hour and then headed north again. There is way to much momentum to stop this stock right now. I'll start to worry if we break below yesterday's close for awhile but I'm still holding long with what I got. Could just be a normal correction after a huge run. Has to level off somewhere for a bit. Another thing I have been thinking is that most people get paid on the 15th and then either wire or send a check to their broker so I am thinking that will help this week as well. Any thoughts?
Can anyone tell me if Pro Sec ("a middle eastern security company") is a distributor or end user of HISC's products? Seems to me that they are redistributing the CYBER TRACKERS they ordered and that this may give HISC a sort of sobsidiary in the middle east. The CEO of Pro Sec is a former General in the Lebanese Anti-terrorism unit. That is just as huge as Bennett here in the states. The is a connection that I haven't heard anyone mention. Lebanon is and has always been one of the largest transition points for terrorists traveling from the middle east to europe. I think people are starting to realize that and are focusing on hitting the scum bags in transit to their next target. The potential for Homeland Security type products in Lebanon is HUGE. This is an excellent "foot-in-the-door" for HISC.
we started the investment club with $2000 and today I took that out of our HISC holding. so the rest is pure profit for the club. i'll ride it to $0.50 or $1 if she'll go there. GLTA!
$0.125 would be a nice close for the day. People should be holding for news tomorrow or the next day. I must admit that I did sell a little today but now I can't lose. The rest I am riding into oblivion (spelling?). After $0.25 I'll start to think about a selling price.
I've been buying in small chunks. Not a big stake yet but accumulating. I think this one is set up like HISC in the early stages which would have been around November of last year. This "new" agriculture thing could catch on. Worth a shot at this level. I wasn't like enough to get into HISC below $0.01 but I won't miss this one if it runs. Still alot of DD to do before I put major money into it though. An announcement of a share buyback would be amazing right now. I just don't think the company is in position to do that. At these levels they sure could get them cheap. GLTA.
couldn't this be a big investor that decided to join the show and $0.13 was his purchase price? If someone wanted to pick up 1 million shares at a price like $0.13 wouldn't that keep it there for awhile (assuming there were sellers at that level)? Or likewise, if there is a big buyer that won't pay more then $0.13 then he may be keeping it at this level. One would think that when this order is completed we will continue the ride up.
That was an amazing swing. I have never seen anything like that on no news at all. Beautiful volume. We have got to be adding some more long interest at this point. Any tick above $0.10 should get this one moving into the stratosphere.
Probably bottom at yesterday's close and then move from there. I don't expect any more news today, but the traditional Tuesday - Thursday cycle is just around the corner.
excellent buying opportunity...the traders nation thing will make for a profitable afternoon if you are daytrading. tomorrow's open will be just as interesting as today's.
At first I supported Dog's booting but the more I think about it I guess we should uphold the free speach with limitations rules. My vote would be we continue a sophisticated conversation about HISC (i.e. leave out the profanities or leave) and keep an eye on Dog. Soe bashing is healthy in that it gives me some additional DD work to do. Dog mentioned early a comparison of HISC and Boeing in hopes of showing weakness, but I think that bachfired because some of us actually like our pennystock to be compared to a $53.5 billion company. If HISC proves to be even a low level competitor to Boeing then we are in for a nice ride. One thing I must mention is that when it comes to government contracts they actually CANNOT give all the contracts to the big businesses like Boeing. It is a rule that they must spread the money around to smaller business as well. Boeing is just looking for ways to expand its horizons in that the aircraft business is getting bloody. None of us are looking for HISC to tople Boeing or anything like that. We would just like a little piece of the pie. With the revenues begining to roll in already I think we have a winner. Sure it is risky, heck its a pinksheet still and even a move to OTC-BB only takes away a little risk. So anyways, I'd like to withhold my vote at this time. Thanks for such a great board guys, keep up the good work.
hydroman...good post, I just got out of the Army and I am continuing to run a small pennystock club for my old unit. There are only 40 of us in the club but over half of them are back in Iraq now. Thanks for the support of our young men and women in harms way. P.S. I have a little bit of HISC for our boys and I'm holding for at least $0.10 but prefer $0.25. Thanks!
Any thought on the after market trading that appears to have pulled this back to $0.080? I didn't think they could trade this one after market. Is there a new excutable trade that goes through at the close of the day? Maybe these were just backlogs from the heavy volume just being reported.
I'll bet we see $0.10 next week, any takers?
Staying up above 30% for the day will keep this one on alot of people's radars for the weekend. That should equate to a couple of them doing some DD and becoming LONGS. This is such an amazing company for $0.08 a share. Compare it to any of the listed stocks that are losing a million or more a quarter and you'll still find market caps way above $100M. That would equate to $0.22 for HISC and a pretty decent target. JMHO.
Boy was I wrong. I stand corrected. My prediction for today SUCKED! Go HISC!!!!!
Here's my prediction for today and into next week. Today we should seesaw back and forth across the $0.06 mark with possibly a runup as high as $0.065 and a dip into the $0.055/6 range. I'm guessing though that the long's accumulation will equal out the selloffs today and keep us about even as the day closes. I think we will see MM keep it just below $0.06 IF THEY CAN. I would guess there will be some big block buys in the last few minutes of the close as MM load back up for next week. Monday's open should be at or just above today's close since this company historically saves their releases for mid week. Next weeks PR's will probably be more focused towards the solidification of the company's business plan. I think management is timing this one perfectly. This weeks credit announcement began the solidification phase that will steadily grow the number of long positions. Next week I would like to see some manufacturing and shipping plans. Also maybe a plan for how the company will continue to market its products as the completion of the white papers nears. Additional partnership agreements would be nice as well. I highly doubt we will hear anything about the movement to the OTCBB yet and the white paper are due to be completed closer to the end of the summer (IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE END OF THE GOVERNMENT"S FISCAL YEAR, I must add). I still think that is a big timing issue for HISC. Additional contracts may flow in from overseas and from small schools or businesses until then but the BIG GOV'T contract should begin to flow around September. For an example of how this system works reference the 2003 chart for DHB. Keep in mind the war kicked up in March/April causing their first spike similar to the increases in homeland defense spending right now for HISC and then finally in the Sept?oct time frame Congress got off their butts and got our boys some quality body armor with some huge contracts to DHB. The contracts started off small in a testing phase the the company must prove they can meet deadlines and provide the products to government standards (DHB went up only 50% on these initial contracts). Then once they pass the government writes the fat checks. DHB went from around $5 to over $20 in a matter of less then a year in HISC's stair step form. I really think these two stock will share alot of commonality in the future. Big difference is that DHB has only 45M O/S versus HISC's 450Mish O/S. So, I could forsee a RSS 10:1 in HISC future before the big move to another board which would make these two companies EXACTLY the same. Ok I've said way to much already. Any comments?
I noticed HILL on the ask at $0.057. Has anyone seen this one's activity lately? I don't recall HILL being active lately. Could this be someone who was in early and is now taking profits? I think that is the only thing holding us back right now. Alot of people that got in below $0.01 are taking some profits. Once those shares get into more LONG hands then there will be no resistance. Any thoughts?
Should close between $0.056 and $0.058 today. Any thoughts on what a quiet Friday will hold? Started the week at $0.04 so my thought is we will see some people taking the 50% profit and running. Could pull back a little tomorrow for an excellent bying opportunity. I have another $500 I'd like to put in, but only on the next dip.
It is remarkable how much today's chart looks like yesterdays. I guess will have to see if there is an afternoon sell-off followed by a strong support to close just under $0.06.
Resistance today might be at $0.06. I doubt we can close today below $0.05 now that we have hit this level. Keep accumulating and hold for over $0.10. It was previously noted that this is uncharted waters. This is a very exciting time.
Beautiful close today, very strong. News coming tomorrow? Could be a sign from MM that there is something in the pipes. Can't wait for tomorrow. This is the most exciting stock I have been in in years.
Why would SCHB have such a tight spread? Bid $0.048 Ask $0.049. Any thoughts or is this nothing unusual?
Everyone talks about the last two times we reached $0.05, but this time is alot different. The other two were just spikes in trading, but this is a solid base forming. Probably take a couple of days to shake out the weak. After they are gone then the $0.05 level is going to look just like the $0.03 from June to July. JMHO.
Great buying opportunity, I can't complain. And if you are long then don't worry.
Personnally I'm waiting to see if a base of resistance forms at $0.03 since the $0.04 level didn't hold. Putting my resources into HISC now. If that pays off in a few months I'll check back here.
I'd like to see them hold off PR's for the rest of the week. Looks like we have plenty of interest rolling in right now. Let yesterday and today's trend pull us up to a firm $0.05 and then release a PR over the weekend about a new contract and the OTCBB move and the sky is the limit for Monday's open.
Could the MM have traded 1 share at $0.0048 just to make this one hit alot of investors watch screens? Just a thought.
I thought the Bennett thing was kind of old news, but hinting at his fellow politicians might be joining the ranks is interesting. Personally I think we need to add a military face to this equation next. I hear General Myers is stepping down as Chairman JCS. A figure like that joining the team would skyrocket this company. Ok maybe I'm dreaming there, but still, if we get a well connected military member that believes in these products and possesses a strong ability to sell, then we have it made. If not then I am hoping for a politician with strong ties to Europe. We haven't hear dmuch of the company's expansion in to Europe. With the crap in London I would think someone should be looking into this. Anyone know how many commercial ports are in Europe? I will try and find that out and post it.
chart begining to look alot like mid June when it hung just above $0.02 for a few weeks. i guess it all depends on the strength of the next few pr's.
i think this might be the same situation as the early June run up. we might see a draw back down to a base around $0.03 or just above like in mid June. That will last until the next big announcement. however, if the news comes quicker we might see a base form at $0.04. either way today was an excellent buying opportunity at just below $0.04.
wolfandbear, do you know who makes the equipment for the port in Frankfurt? also, who provides the service if it is manned or computerized? thanks.
I'm guessing we close today at $0.043 since that was the third step back in May. Second step this time. Should test $0.05 tomorrow. Keep the volume up.
rruff...same here, i'm big on HISC. Thinking about adding here since HISC has taken off already. I missed out because I was fishing for $0.021 instead of just taking it at about $0.024/6. Man I am kicking myself now. Anyways, IGTN just needs to let the public know more about their business plan. Doesn't seem to be much out there.
Do pinksheets offer after the market trades? Will anyone be able to tell the premarket level tomorrow morning?
If there was ever a time to release the movement to OTCBB it would be this week. We should see heavy volume all week. Anyone think there will be a late day sell off and how low will it go?
Well I'm a little fish in this pond. Just looking to pick up 100K at $0.0028.
