Well that adds some legitimacy to this deal but what is it going to mean for Nutritional's bottom line? Our piece of the action for California and Oregon isn't clear but it was nice to hear that our Colorado plant is expected to open soon. Is Purple Haze a public company and who owns the majority shares? glta and dyodd
I was kinda thinking that Boom might have been responsible for the big volume in shares. Positive things happening is good news for this company as long as they keep an eye on the ball of producing our own mipps and oils. Subcontracting is a fast way to get a product to market but you lose the manufacturing mark-up. Time will tell how that will go and the Purple Haze Properties seems to be the push behind the subcontracting. I hope our entitlement to the use of that moniker is secured otherwise why do they need us and what is in it for us. Are we licensed in Effingham yet? Management needs to keep us informed to drive the price up and keep it honest. No more BS!
back at ya but I'm Geo d Can which stands for Canada eh'! That's ok though because the company is an American domiciled company with the initial financing done through thecse.com the Canadian Securities Exchange that has taken the drivers seat for financing for marijuana related stock ipo's. As our US friends and investors know, they have a federal legislation problem with all things drug related. So far the CSE has proven to be a very useful financing exchange that hasn't been tainted by our infamous VSE that has financed and traded many a miner (whos success rate is dismal) but also made a lot of millionaires from the few mines that actually succeed. At any rate I am a proud laid back Canadian, happy to be involved with Nutritional High, a new entrant to the greenrush goldrush, especially since Jim Frazier got involved and is helping the dream to come true. There are a lot of eyes on our successful licensed producer pot companies making medicinal marijuana that is totally sanctioned by our government with an eye to the future of recreational usage becoming legal. glta and dyodd
We could do what the government does with the miners when somebody protests. Buy the lp's out with tax payer dollars and let the whole business flip flop around like it is doing now. I have raised the issue before about the ma and pa growers relying on their weedcrop to support themselves and what they will do to spike it up a notch or two if they have a crappy crop. And forget about the crime and b and e's and no tax dollars to pay for the people who over-do it. I'm not against a boutique business like the wineries and their tours and restaurants as long as the product is safe for those that need that assurance. If the neighbourhood liquor store wants to sell pot it should be tested, regulated and taxed. There is already a contingent that will smoke crotchweed grown over the septic tank or at the end of the pigstye and that isn't going away unless the government lp's can compete. glta and dyodd
I'm gonna put mine up there for $37.50! It's kinda whimsical but Lifeloc got there for the bac breathalyzer and a swab. I'm guessing that you suggested the $9 range after 2 or 3 splits to increase the share float. Red or black! Let's do it. glta and dyodd
10.5 million shares today US and Canada total. The dream is good. glta and dyodd
I wish they had left out the word "coupling". My guess is they said that to insure people understood it was the same sample which gave the same results at the same time in the stand alone model and the mass spectrometer which is the holy grail for results of all kinds in identifying samples of things but also takes a highly scientific mind to run the machine. If our desktop THC model is dummied down so average Joes' can run it successfully and produces an adequate result in a timely fashion, non invasivily, cheaply without outsourcing for back up results then I would say we are ready to subject it to the scrutiny of the legal profession and government. If they had said that they split the sample and tested it in the stand alone desktop model and also the mass spectrometer and got the same results it would have been much clearer and taken the guess work out of the news release. The need for this device might outweigh our objective and law enforcement could run with cheek swabs which would confirm their suspicions that you use marijuana with disregard as to when which would satisfy the 0 nanogram states to get you out of the drivers seat. If that happens it would really define the red or black bet that we made in this company. Tic Toc! Time stops for no one and society wants this. glta and dyodd
Breathtec being launched on the coat tails of Cannabix has been a bone of contention with me ever since it happened. It's like the guys who gave you the bag of cookies took them back and left the party. I have said it before and I will say it again: It is the same technology being re-purposed and not to the benefit of Cannabix shareholders. It is my opinion that this has hurt the development of the THC breathalyzer by diverting investment dollars and brain drain to capitalize on the future potential of the Cannabix breathalyzer to the detriment of existing Cannabix shareholders. The good news is this will be done. I'm not sure when, but I believe that technology will step up to the plate and figure this out. I like our team that has a record of accomplishment with this kind of device. Breathtec launching at the same time is a black mark on this investment and I am sure there will be some legal intervention. glta and dyodd
There is a lot of competition working this angle right now and in the beginning there were some big baggers. Realistically though the chances of this going from a nickel to ten bucks, I think that train has left the station for pot hopefuls. They originally had a great concept and the conductor at the time ran it off the rails and confused dreams with reality. New conductor, new company, marching ahead and making milestones with the original concept of being a mipps manufacturer with the intention of supplying the marketplace where allowed with recognizable products that are tasty, consistent strength and brand identified. It seems that we took a little detour to Illinois but are now focused on our plan for Colorado which has both pharma and rec markets. It seems that we will be value added due to the fact that we haven't got our own grow operation. Value added will come from extraction of oils and concentrates which will imho be the common ingredient for mipps (marijuana infused pharmaceutical products) and if we can do that then recreational products will be easy. We can dream about $10 shareprice and stranger things have happened. Sometimes dreams become reality but that isn't good investment advice. glta and dyodd
you guys south of the border must be getting those news releases. Every time they post them they say not for release to the US. I don't know how they keep that info contained with the internet and all the websites that disseminate news. Good news is what drives shareprice. glta, dyodd and have a good weekend. Long weekend for Canadians. Last one for camping comfortably. Looking for snow in Prince George.
they will probably have pre-rolls! (tic)
your post and connection address the need for a THC breathalyzer for the good and well being of all in the workplace. The insistent toker doesn't see a problem and a lot of workers will ignore their usage on the job until somebody gets hurt. A THC breathalyzer with a 2-3 hour window will keep your workforce intact where existing tests will necessitate dismissal. I worked with a guy that couldn't pee straight pee and got terminated. It was never proven that he showed up to work incapacitated or impaired by drugs but he understood that he would be tested randomly and understood that THC sticks around if you are a frequent user. If legislation goes too far and makes testing mandatory for all or non you will lose key people and a lot more, then there is the medicinal issue if the employee is prescribed marijuana by a doctor. I don't want a guy using prescribed marijuana driving a dangerous goods load through our communities. There is a lot of work to be done as society is leaning towards legal socialization of THC products. I think Cannabix has a well thought out concept for this device. Mineraturization seems to be the hang-up and/or building it so less scientific people can get legal results from it. glta and dyodd
Can you imagine if we get the Americans buying this? I've noticed that a lot of news releases aren't supposed to be released to US investors. I'm sure they can google info up, if they know about the company. For those that do their is a fear from some that the feds will grab their money under their banking rules. Laws have a lot of catching up to do because what we have is a clusterfuch. glta and dyodd
up 50% today. I didn't get filled! It looks like topping up ain't gonna happen. glta and dyodd
our sister company TNY is up 50% on their progress today. I don't know if we will see the astronomical shareprices when marijuana stocks first launched but we can hope. It's possible because some of the mipps producers aren't publicly traded and difficult to get a piece of. glta and dyodd
You have a point. I post on a couple of boards and there was some mention somewhere that supplies can be sourced across state lines. I have been encouraging posters on other boards to come over here for a more active/ positive sight and I apologize if I am preaching to the choir. That was meant for the posters that don't understand that the THC products have to be sourced where they are sold in the US. CBD's the other cannabinoid travel quite freely between states and internationally. I think it is a positive move for us to outsource some products that we get a piece of the action and I am giddy with anticipation that our own long awaited Colorado plant is showing progress because manufacturing our own mipps with our own oils will reduce our reliance on the competition and we will keep the profit potential to grow our own business rather than increasing their bottom line. I have announced my concern for securing names for non-existent products but maybe Posner had something with the Hendrix guys. We paid for it and this could be a way to capitalize on it. Sorry for getting you fired up on that subject. glta and dyodd
I have been reprimanded in a private message to the effect of me spreading bs that isn't true. Apparently it seems that I have a comprehension problem too. I understand that we are going to have products made in California and Oregon by other manufacturers and slap our Hendrix label on them and to be sold out of somebody else's storefronts or dispensaries. I also understand that we have a Colorado facility "under construction" for a long, long time with the intention of cracking oils for mipps. Why don't we go over to Dixie in Colorado and have them run off a few products with our labels on them and get them out to the headshops there to speed things up? I said that for effect to elaborate on the fact that helping your competition is a double edged sword that cuts both ways. I think the points I have made are reasonable and should be considered by investors and I have no intention of misleading any investors with bullchit. glta and dyodd
Don't get me wrong, I am excited that we found Frazier who comes across as an honest, capable guy that is well grounded and has his finger on the pulse of what we are trying to achieve here. Subcontracts are a way of getting a product or two out there and maybe the Hendrix label will be a hit but I want to see our own products manufactured by us in Colorado. Colorado seemed like the most probable chance of success imho because the genie is out of the bottle for both rec and med pot there. Keep up the good work Jim Frazier!!! Shareholder deserve honesty and progress. glta and dyodd
this raises the issue of crossing state lines with THC which is a big no-no according to the feds. It has to be produced in the state it is to be sold in the last time I checked. I don't know how the Hendrix label will go on a medicinal product in California and Oregon. It seems there is a lot of anticipation of being able to move thc products across state lines. glta and dyodd
EAT and SPLIF are the same company just different symbols for different exchanges. glta and dyodd
I like what is happening too and I am on the bid but there are quite a few investors thinking the same way. I might have to hit the ask to pick up a few more. glta and dyodd
It is pretty clear to me that Jeff has a THC drink on his agenda from the nr that says they are in talks with Marijuana producers. I can imagine that the THC product would be even pricier than the CBD product. I don't know what they are wholesaling Hemplify for but to buy it from Amazon you would be looking at about $8 per drink when it is shipped. Pretty pricey by comparison to other energy drinks but people will pay for quality. I picked up from somebody that they already have a name picked out for the THC product. I guessed that they might call it the Tinley Tittty Twister but nobody confirmed that back to me. If they go back to what I thought was the original plan to get SPLIF to produce the THC drink but my understanding is that the intention is a confections line such as chocolates and hard candies. Some are confident that SPLIF has a supplier of pot to extract oils which is a value added product which can be bumped up again by making mipps which gives me reason to believe that we can make some money. The federal legislation is making this whole THC thing onerous for crossing state lines. I can't see any reason why we can't manufacture Hemplify in Canada. We are growers of hemp. I think Canada won't allow CBD's to be shipped into the country. One of these days all countries might sit at the table and come up with a universal plan for unleashing pot on society legally with the same rules everywhere. glta and dyodd
I did get an e-mail from Jeff with a couple of words of encouragement and the news release. This is lift off. Come out smokin'! All or nothing! No turning back now. They need to throw everything they've got to making this successful. I was surprised about the amount of back orders they have waiting for the shelf life issue to be tweaked. Real products cooked up and getting out to retailers by Tinley. I think all the venues they attended got a following from some potential retailers looking for new, good products. glta and dyodd
pls leave him out of it. He's like a 3 winged 3 legged chicken running around flapping his wings and crowing about his dreams like they are accomplishments. There's others too that are connected. Frazier is the guy imho that is delivering results and honest news to shareholders. That's what I have been saying when my messages haven't been censored is that there are strong connections between these two. I post on the other one on this site because the news overlaps. glta and dyodd
I may be in left field on this but I think I have my finger on the pulse. If you have dry powder this is a great release from TNY and very suggestive of what I have figured all along. I think they will pull out all the stops and let 'er rip and then we see where it goes. Big profits in the drink biz. Big market in California. glta and dyodd ps. I'm pretty sure substituting THC for CBD is not a problem because the molecules are very similar and would double the product base to rec and med if it happens. There is still that federal cross border thing to stop free flow between states of THC products.
http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2016/08/29/tinley-provides-operational-and-sales-update. This is the best NR that they have released since they listed this stock and might rub off on Nutritional High's manufacturing plan too. glta and dyodd
http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2016/08/29/tinley-provides-operational-and-sales-update. I think this is directly related and a must read for SPLIF investors. It sort of confirms my theory that the synergies between these two companies could be compelling for the shareprices of both. I think we could be off to the races! glta and dyodd
I am still long. No worries about me dumping until the last nail is in the coffin, which I hope doesn't happen. If management is so willing to share with you then the next time you chat with them, get them to do a nr sharing what they are sharing with you. I think the catalyst will be some product coming off the end of our own manufacturing line in Colorado to drive this shareprice. glta and dyodd
the competition hit $37 plus on their BAC breathalyzer and a couple of other things for market. We haven't seen anything from them for awhile, considering Colorado gave them matching funds for a THC breathalyzer. I can't understand why they weren't on this like a fat kid on a smarty considering they were already in the biz and it seemed like a natural progression to look for the next moneymaker for the company. Cannabix were the first company that I became aware of to provide this much needed device to keep our roads safe. The promoters were very fortunate to enlist the Yost and U of F team to deliver the success of this to reality for all the shareholders. So it's not a handheld! I'm ok with a desktop computer sized THC breathalyzer that a cop can run and I bet they are too. Still red or black and still a race although I don't see much competition making news. glta and dyodd
voice of reason here! I know you guys are excited and there is lots to be excited about. We have gone from the dream boat to some reality. Frazier has been a refreshing new face and showing proper guidance to helping to make the dream come true. The Illinois deal is something, I'm not sure what it will do for the bottom line but certainly there have been connections made. 50% owner bothers me and I think we are attaching ourselves to the coat-tails of an accomplishment with little effort and just a cash input. Our Colorado manufacturing plant hasn't been clearly spelled out to investors because we are unclear of whether we are going to be a chocolate infused with THC/CBD manufacturer or are we going to be an oil extractor. I can't nail down whether we have a supply of the magic ingredient. CBD won't be a problem imho but THC is going to be king imo and the excess supply in Colorado is unclear and can't be confirmed to my satisfaction or are we going to grow our own? If we are going to extract we need some pot. If we are going to make mipps we need oils, THC and CBD which we could make some money on. Any investors here that know the construction biz know that this is taking a lot longer than it would normally take in the regular course of construction which is indicative of a problem. Rumours abound. Facts are facts and presumptions are presumptions. Until Frazier tells us what is happening we are guessing. He might feel the urge to take care of his "baby", Grimaldi and put his effort towards mipps in Florida and cut SPLIF loose. glta and dyodd
It is and they are putting one foot in front of the other with two products. The drink market is one of the most profitable, second only to drugs and if the synergies line up I could see Nutritional High selling the Hemplify product with THC and possibly CBD. SPLIF is making some good moves with Frazier who seems like a stand up guy and if they can't make the products themselves they can contract them from other companies. Oil extraction is going to be the real moneymaker in my opinion and the magic ingredient because of its versatility. I haven't tried it yet because it's not available in Canada but they have it in Ballys store in Vegas and they are doing a demo in California today. They also have their web store active and you can get it on Amazon. I suspect that they have a product in the works with THC in anticipation of California going recreational. If you want more info we will have to communicate on their IHub site. glta and dyodd
and we just got some more financing that is designated to the Colorado effort.
demo sat and online sales @ Hemplify. Two flavour 6 pak.
I don't want to temper the enthusiasm in light of the Illinois Dispensary really happening. Very positive for this company that has been so irresponsible with their nr's . While this is good news it is my opinion that it will take the Pueblo facility with an actual production line to move the share price of this stock. My personal opinion from a guy with a lot of construction experience is that the progress is very slow for the Pueblo facility. While it is nice to see some pictures that show some progress, this won't mean squat until we see manufacturing equipment installed which will show some intent to actually produce something ourselves. We still aren't sure what we are going to be. Are we going to be an oil extractor and supplier or are we going to be a production line for candies and chocolates and such? I can't find out much info about THC supply in Colorado but with the fed's regs we can't cross state lines to acquire the essential ingredient. CBD's aren't a problem but aren't the big money products we are looking for. When we get some of our own manufactured product, whatever it may be then we should see some stock appreciation. glta and dyodd
it would be great if you could post a link because that is good news that I would like to see in print from the author. Tki glta and dyodd
lots of potential from this price. I think it hit .77c before and could easily hit that again with a positive nr. I think when this released to the public for scrutiny it will be ready as in Yost ready. The Yost team are movers and shakers in this kind of sci-fi-bi wizardry and even medchem is back for another run from the looks of it. Yost team has been granted $30 million for research and their research has resulted in 30 billion worth of electrical gadgets. He also had some hands on with the first blood alcohol breathalyzer. A pot breathalyzer will sell, even if it is as big as a desktop computer. Handheld to follow and then one that will detect multiple drugs. Pot breathalyzer is a good start. glta and dyodd
The other dispensary has bud in lots of varieties and strains. Also resins, kief, chocolates. My guess is we are going to be supplying oils and concentrates in liquid form. Makes me wonder if that extraction equipment rumour being shipped to Colorado might have been diverted to Illinois. At this point I would be alright with that if it gets us producing something of our own and we have an oil expert in Billy Morrison. I think oil is going to be the common denominator in this whole marijuana business because of its ease of storage and versatility of several forms of consumption as an additive or in vapes and concentrated to shatter or dabs or however. Some idiot is going to stick it in a needle and inject it and probably die from it which will be a blackmark but oxy has killed tons of people. glta and dyodd
9 states I think but I doubt that this will be on the federal election referendum because federally they are opposed. I hate to admit my ignorance on the subject. Maybe an American can provide the info about whether it will show up on governors elections or ? glta and dyodd
2nd flavour out and for sale on Amazon now. Nate Diaz puffing on a cbd vape should open some eyes. glta and dyodd
everything that I can find on them is about that old and I can't find a listing on them anywhere either. Cannabix has at least let out a couple of teasers and they do say in some of their propoganda that they expect it for testing about the time some of the states hold their referendums. It ain't a slam dunk. There will be a lot of torque built up in it if it is first and best. Google Hound up and see what you can find! Very altruistic i think.
