Holding till .20 and above :D
But seriously, we on this message board probably own half the float, we should all just hold until above .20 :)
Yeah, honestly Im kind of worried about it...The CEO sounded like he learned his lesson with the toxic, dilution financing...in the interview he sounded embarrassed about the pathetic share price and basically explained they didnt know how the financing deal really worked...so why the hell would they do more of the same financing now just after the old convertible notes were finally used up??
Doesnt make any sense to me :/
Does that mean that our calculations of the remaining shares were very very off, or that the company did another convertible financing plan? I thought pristines guess of 1-2 mil left seemed spot on...
I thought pristines calculations seemed accurate though? And he thought there should only be 2-3 million left as of a few days ago.
What do you mean by BMAKs reload? They didn't do another shit financing deal did they? :/
So much for dilution being over :( Wish I hadnt bought a bunch above 4 the other day. In the long run it will still be a damn good trade, still sucks though :/
And if it wasn't all dilution today-which i doubt it was-what idiot is selling their shares at 3-33??? -_-
Well we've stalled out it seems :(
Yeah, I plan to hold this long term and sell for no less than .15+ maybe .20+ depending on how things are going. I believe this is one of the rare sub penny stocks that is actually quite valuable as a company (not just some pump and dump swing trade crap etc.) And if they managed to keep expanding and increase revenue at a steady rate, in a year or two this could easily be 1.00+
BMAK all done? Or just taking a holiday today? ...the trading has really stalled out this afternoon.
crap dont know how to delete a double post :/
BMAK all done? Or just taking a holiday today? ...the trading has really stalled out this afternoon.
Could you explain what you mean by "blocking the ask"? Im quite new to trading so dont know all the terms and whatnot yet.
But how do you tell the difference between someone purposefully doing that and someone just closely following the level 2 quotes and deciding to pull their sell order when the price was going down etc. I frequently modify my orders throughout the day to follow the price trend.
Yeah, I mean first of all even the market makers often engage in what could be considered "price manipulation", by submitting to the open market only a fraction of what they intend to buy/sell for their own purposes etc. Hell, a great majority of price movements on the OTC stocks largely come down to price manipulation one way or another...the sec is pretty much a joke.
More importantly, with tiny trades like this they couldnt prove shit anyway. Were all allowed to have buy and sell orders open at the same time, right?
Anyway, I would always be okay with selling where i place my orders if it did happen, i just found it unlikely. But if it sold at 48 earlier i just wouldve turned it around and bought more back. Hardly hardcore price manipulation here :p
Maybe we ought to all put a few million up for sale at .0048. To drive the price down and accumulate more around .004 :p
In all seriousness though; a few hours ago I put an order up there to sell about a million. And the price promptly tanked down to 42-44...and I bought more :D
At the current rate I should think the debt would be gone by then anyway :)
I wonder if we will see .0034 again if bmak does still have 4-5 million left to go through...hmmm, wonder where i should try to buy some more at
Pristine, I tried to research it a bit but couldnt find the details I was searching for: when the stock price tanked mid to late last year, was that when they initiated the bad financing deal causing dilution etc.? I dont see any other reason for the massive price crash...
And yes, based on the numbers I only see there being a few million left also :)
If there are only a few million left then we should be done this week i would think...
At least .18 for me :) Depending on how their expansion goes, and as long as they dont screw up with bad financing again, we could be seeing those numbers this year.
Okay, thats what I thought. Thanks for your replies guys. It seems like the convertible debt should be all used up by the end of this friday though?
Is there a way to check how much of the convertible debt remains?
Indeed :) Once I actually get a buy order through, I dont plan to sell until were above .15 cents. And at that point, depending on where the company is, I may just continue holding them. This has the potential to be 1.00+ company within 1-2 years depending on how things go with their expansion and acquisitions etc. Just my humble opinion anyway.
Pristine, dont snag all the shares tomorrow man :p
I just hope he has learned his lesson from taking bad financing that he did not really understand. Honestly, if you listen to him in that interview. The 2-3 times his stock price comes up, he sounds downright embarrassed and ashamed of it, gets kinda quiet and trails off talking about it. I think thats a really good sign personally. The rest of the interview he sounds quite confident about the companies position and goals. It seems like he knows they screwed up, hes embarrassed about it, but is going to be more careful in the future and get the stock back on track to accurate valuations. That and get the company to 100 mil revenue and make us all rich :D
Yes, I think my mistake was opening today with my 1.1 million order at .0031. When I saw the buys going through in the .0032s i changed it but i had already missed the boat. Ill try again tomorrow :) I really think this stock should be worth .15+ right now (aside from dilution of course), let alone if they manage to expand their operations even to half the degree the ceo talked about.
You stole my 32s :P Is there any way to get this message board to just display all the posts on one page like the other boards? Im new here and it seems a little inconvenient to have to go to a new page each time...
Yeah, I think I may just 'play it safe' and hit it for 32-34 as opposed to waiting for 2s and then getting stuck having to buy it at 6s instead
Yeah, sadly i only discovered it recently so I missed those fluctuations and lows. However, now it would seem that after the dilution has ended we should begin to see price correction towards more fair values. Then with some good PR/ a little recognition and increased trader interest, I would think we should see .15+ again not too long from now, so once i get in I plan to hold it until then
Lucky you :P What price did you get in at, if you dont mind me asking? :) I have had an order up for 1.1 million shares (my first purchase of this stock) at .0031 and then later in the day .0032 for the entire day and have had no luck :(
I know the conversion notes should be all used up soon and at that point we should begin to see price correction(if i understand all this)? Should I just buy a bit higher, but still under .004 to avoid missing it at these prices, or wait to see if it hits around .003 again the next few days...it makes a difference since i dont have much to invest with here.
Does anyone know their conversion prices (and thus the prices they will buy it)? It seems they were buying up quite a few around .003, but today went up to around .004 and mostly stayed there it seems.
Thanks for your replies and thoughts :) I fully agree with what you said. If you wouldnt mind, could you please explain to me how the convertible notes work here a bit? As I said im pretty new to this and there is a lot to learn. So when someone is cashing in the convertible notes, is it adding new shares to the overall number of outstanding shares? And thus significantly diluting/dropping the prices? I take it the convertible notes have a expiration/date they must be executed by and thats why they are going through them all now?
Thanks so much for any help :)
Why is the price so damn low?
Hi guys. Im not trying to bash this stock or anything. Im fairly new to trading. I was wondering why this stocks price is so god damn low after reviewing the available financials, listening to the CEO interview, and doing my best to research in general. Is it just a scam or something?
Ive heard a bit about some rather toxic financing the company got into recently, but cant find many details about that. Maybe that has something to do with it?
Can anyone explain to a relative newcomer whats going on here?
Thanks for any replies!
