Oh, I see why, news out, AXIM receives positive results on phase in trial
I'll laugh my ass off if AXIM gets
approval AXIMs trial is right here, moving along nicely https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=Canchew&Search=Search
CBD cuisine for muscle pain management and disease on the rise in Los Angeles until FDA approval. Program on VICE right now about it
I think so too, should see some big changes that'll benefit KSHB into this month and on
It'd be my guess that even if the FDA approves CBD for any sort of medical ailment, MJNA will go through the roof, as well as AXIM, federal legalization would also do it of course
I've seen reliable documentation says the market cap and share structure kept that way for uplisting purposes...take from that what you will....
She also joined a union to fire the chief of the DEA, things moving right along here http://archives.sfweekly.com/thesnitch/2015/11/23/us-rep-barbara-lee-joins-chorus-to-fire-dea-chief
Congresswoman Barbara Lee is right behind legalization http://www.ontheissues.org/CA/Barbara_Lee_Drugs.htm wants to get it done asap
Since all these collectives and mmj cooperatives in California will now operate for profit under AB64, that not only means that the California market will be much larger than first estimated, but this is also the road to banking mj money. No law against giving mmj advice and consultation.
Only problem was that just a week ago these places couldn't operate for profit, now that's all changed.
People liked the passing is prop 64 until they realized it's designed for the nation. Other states will have no choice but to follow it this year.
California economy being larger than France, Canada, and even Italy I believe, states will have to follow California guidelines to distribute and grow their weed, etc...if they want to keep doing business. California is the way to national legalization.
California Medical Marijuana to expand to a Pennsylvania town http://via.wnep.com/dGCsI
Anyone who doubts how quickly medical marijuana will be taxed and revenue collected probably even banked in the next couple of months has never been to Los Angeles and seen the homeless issue. https://www.google.com/amp/ktla.com/2017/01/05/mrsa-outbreak-at-venice-homeless-facility-raises-concerns-about-encampment-storage-unit-constructed-near-school/amp/?client=safari
That's a new 'skid row' that's evolved the past couple of years, prop HHH is to be funded by mmj. We're taxing it asap!
Thing that makes MJNA apart from the rest is the large deals they've accomplished and companies in their portfolio.
UBQU is just selling oil online, supposedly
Nah, AB64 is being put into place to follow prop 64, it overrides state laws and allows what were not for profit mmj coops and collectives to now operate for profit. It also states that the places that were operating for profit may now not be able to.
It's blocking store front brick and mortar operations and favoring delivery, as well as a strong guideline for branding as well as being the first law in place to allow California cannabis label branding.
I hear what you're saying about W, but CA is a completely different system in a different time in legalization.
Going to need a lot of containers for all this. Little operations that were forced to operate for free can earn big money- they'll need labels and containers that are compliant immediately
With the need for labels will come the need for more bottles and containers http://m.ebay.com/itm/282316131069?_mwBanner=1
Should see the need for a lot more containers also due to the for profit mmj collectives that'll be operating now.
Medical Marijuana cannabis compliant labels state of California http://m.ebay.com/itm/282316131069?_mwBanner=1
I have a feeling this quarter is going to be a one for the books.
I doubt it.
AB64 is written to proceed overhead of the state of California as well as the government. It's marijuanas law for marijuana.
One of its main purposes is to recognize mj delivery as a means to eliminate the problem of store front dispensaries.
It strictly says in its write up that brick and mortar store fronts may not be allowed to operate entirely, that the medical cooperatives will replace the existing licensees by now becoming for profit organizations.
Might say, well, that's California, well it's also a great plan that solves many of the various problems and eliminates clauses in laws that are states and even countries are facing. The other states will do as California does, they always do
That's why with AB64 in force and mj is sold through medical collectives it can and will be banked. Right now very much $$ is coming in as the price of cards to buy weed recreationally are now 50$. Still referred to as a med card, but it's a walk into an office and pay 50 is all.
As far as the cash problem, there won't be brick and mortar dispensaries under AB64
In short, let's just say I have a passion for the market, and I am in the right place at the right time for the marijuana, both medical and recreational, market to keep up with the most current events and forward movements/thoughts.
Am I holding shares here now? No. was I? Yes.
If MJNA is smart they'd use the news of AB64 and then many aspects of it that work for them.
They should fund some mmj startups that were not for profit and can now operate for profit and get those rolling. These are the only places that'll be able to sell once the mj store front or sign sales go into effect and delivery's take over
Thank you, sounds good. Ok maybe someone can tell me who the heck Paragon Healthcare BR is now?
I'm not gonna throw down the other half of my life savings this morning here without some clarification on that.
Be back later, my dog needs his CBD.
What happened to that guy who wanted the CBD for his dog? Or that guy who invested his life savings here? They musta sold at 19 or so.
Trumps whole mindset seems to be based off that '97 epsisode of South Park with the Mexicans stealing everyone's jobs. Swillary was no better...sometimes good change involves a shaking up, which I think trump will do, but god imagine the guy sleeping with his? What a picture that brings to my minds eye, phone in one hand, twitter app open thinking it's funny to piss off China....he's the little rascal (like spanky) of the presidency
Maybe they mean this paragon healthcare? http://paragonhealthcare.com
Hard to say, that fake news is ambiguous.
Yeah, big news, Paragon Healthcae,
A team of nurses, MJNA bought out by a hospice.
http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/blog/2015/05/new-york-health-care-company-opens-houston-office.html
Lol, Stuart has nothing without my tweets.
Why don't they release news like how AB64 will allow to turn profit on any mmj collective or coop in CA that has been forced forced for years to operate not for profit. That's where the news is, we don't care about a nursing home supplier
Trump is a joke, imagine the guy sitting there behind the desk in the Oval Office phone in hand, tweeting, lol, like a teen in their room with a pouty face.
Trump is clueless, just how I see it
Trump and Sessions don't matter, them and that DEA rumor are just scare tactics to sway mood, I'm just wondering a company that is supposedly supplying the whole of South America with CBD, where are they getting the CBD?
Fantasy land?
Where is MJNA making/getting all this CBD?
Where do THEY the suppliers, get their CBD?
I like to think that the MJ in MJNA stands for Micheal Jordan, especially if you look at the chart lately, slam dunk from the foul line!
It's not about who's studying CBD or how much it's being studied.
How many are studying and looking for the cure for cancer?
It's about the delivery system, and their patent.
Who's holding AXIM up? It sure as hell, or is it, iHub people. Think about this, cannabis chewing gum is growing, it also started in the areas that AXIM is doing their research. I think it's not the best delivery method, thin gum like films that adhere to the inside of the mouth seem to be gaining eyes, but AXIM has the patent for their CBD methods(s) the USA has a patent for cannabis study...can be proven that AXIM is about to start a clinical trial for IBS treatment, IBS my sound rather ridiculous, but it's actually in many cases and as time goes on a debilitating condition.
Given the rise in popularity of CBD based and THC gums and the fact that AXIM is in clinical trial right now, AXIM looks good to me, not at 9$ a share, but what about those mornings when you wake up and see the price at 11 or 12 because a phase of the trail went well, or their delivery method is bought out like Nano***** was not long ago by LM**
That's what's going on, let's be honest, sheep following wolves. That's all, until someone shows me solid proof besides some bs pr that it easy to tell it is written by the same person(s) that written many others, the opening of all of them is a dead giveaway....then I'll never believe ZYNE is up to anything positive.
And it's easy to tell that the motive behind ZYNE was to try and promote it as a failsafe in case mj wasn't legalized, truth is people are sick of designer drugs, and the whole point of studying mj and CBD is because it's healthy and a natural alternative to all the crap out there already from big pharm
Look we all who has what money in ZYNE, big deal. The supposed clinical trial that ZYNE said they have in progress can't be found anywhere, not even here https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=ZYN002&Search=Search
AXIM IS there though
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=Canchew&Search=Search so is GWPH. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=Epidiolex&Search=Search
So where is ZYNE??
Funny how you say you know what's valued at this and that. Who are you? AXIM seems to be holding quite well, know why? They actually are, as I've just shown, conducting a valid clinical trial
Next big moves (as far as this stock is concerned) will come when the amendment to 64 (AB64) has been enforced to the point it states and any and all mmj coops or not for profit will be for now for profit....in guessing march, as stated, or before for that.

Too much non related info there, this is the one I wanted http://www.ontheissues.org/Domestic/Kamala_Harris_Drugs.htm

Stuart soaking up the sun somewhere using CBD oil as tan lotion, peeking through my tweets for his next idea.
