"accredited investor". Check out the 8k released this morning.
8K out.
A $20 million injection!!!
Someone sees the potential here!
We'll be bigger than Scotts Miracle Grow Company; and if we reverse merge with Hempistry, we'll be bigger than Canopy!
Just my opinion.
..."internal data". Looks like there's a mole at the establishment...I bet it's Mitch.
No wonder Teddy boy never released sub numbers...they're embarrassing.
Once they complete all the acquisitions they'll do a reverse merger with Hempistry then uplist to the Nasdaq. Stock will triple in no time. Everyone here will be very happy.
This baby is in crawl stage...just about walking...then it'll be running.
JMO
Four Twenty!
IMO, once the SAFE Banking Act passes, SGMD will get it's billion dollar valuation.
Canopy just purchased US based Acreage Holdings for $3.4 billion...
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4255386-welcome-america-canopy-growth-purchases-acreage-holdings
"...Meanwhile, Acreage Holdings gets an influx of cash, which is vital until or unless the SAFE Banking Act or STATES Act gives U.S. cannabis companies better access to capital."
Once this Act passes all MJ companies are going to flood the Banks for loans for supplies.
Question is, will Sugarmade be able to keep up with demand?
Report your investigation to the SEC! No one here has any power other than to sell/buy. If your findings are intended to cause selling, it might be working. LOL
Short it, please!
The more shorts the merrier. The more shorts the bigger the squeeze.
I think this 8k was intended clear up rumors that are floating around on social media / the internet / direct emails the company is receiving, etc. Hence the word "propounded". Propounded - to put forward (an idea, theory, or point of view) for consideration by others.
He states that all answers are in past filings.
"Sugarmade Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) makes the following disclosures pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of The Securities Exchange Act of 1934, generally referred to as Regulation FD Disclosure. These disclosures in the form of a summary of questions propounded to the Company directly or disclosures or issues that may have been the subject of social media, unrelated and not furnished by the Company. The disclosures below are intended to furnish and disclose material, financial and other current information and to facilitate disclosure of information to investors.
The questions and answers are merely a summary and they are qualified in its entirety by the Company’s prior filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”). The reader should reference our other disclosures on forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and others, filed with the Commission."
If this was such bad news, the stock only lost 1.75%. Nothing to see here, carry on.
Patience is correct. If Ligand bought in February in the $2 range and this ran up to $7.50 in March, yet Ligand still held, then Ligand knows the potential here.
GL
It would be nice if we merged with Ligand (LGND) and trade instantly at $127 per share. LOL
It usually happens in three's...(LOL)
1. Yesterday Ligand Pharmaceuticals discloses 9.99% stake
2 Today company announces participation in the Jefferies 2019 Global Healthcare Conference
3. Tomorrow FDA news???

This guys makes a good point. If you're not multi-state, you probably won't make it in this industry.
30 times sales...?
30 x "$70 million" puts Sugar at a $2.1 billion market cap.
Current market cap is $32 million so I guess the market says Sugar's current sales are $1 million.
If they recognize $3 million for last quarter I guess the market will value Sugar at $90 million giving a pps of roughly .15

Figured that, even more so now that BMY just acquire Celgene for $74 billion. That Seeking Alpha writer needs to be investigated. He and his buddies probably sold on that BS story and/or shorted near the high of that day knowing it was all a lie.
Agreed. It would put such a company well above any Canadian one.
Was the Seeking Alpha article BS, or was it prematurely leaked? Funny how quickly they removed it.
Hempistry needs to go public; either by IPO or via a reverse merger. The latter would be great if it's with "Sugarmade".
"...Sugarmade plans to significantly expand our operations relative to hemp cultivation.”
Get the reverse merger done already!
I don't know the current short interest, but per the 10K, 15 million is the float but 18 million are outstanding. To back that up, it also states that Dr. Mehra owns 16.7% of the OS so 16.7% of 18.4 million comes to 3 million shares that Dr. Mehra holds thus leaving 15 million floating.
GL
Bristol-Myers Squibb came out of nowhere?
I hope the BMS news is legit. It makes sense for one of the big pharms to partner with Seelos; Seelos is coming up. They just upgraded their accountant to KPMG per after hours 8-K.
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NASDAQ/seelos-therapeutics-inc-SEEL/stock-news/79653845/current-report-filing-8-k
Agreed. FDA announcement coming this week. My guess is Tuesday.
Not only that, it gives Ted more reasons to dump shares to cover the ongoing legal fees.
With 3 billion shares outstanding soon, and only $6 million for operations (which should be considered their marketcap), that makes for a share price of .002
I guess the NY AG investigation was a publicity stunt. NY AG and/or her friends probably had a short position when she made that bogus announcement. If they would have shut this POS down back then, they would have saved a lot of people a lot of money.
Just stopped by to LOL.
I bet a lot of people are in "double down" and "triple down" mode trying to break even...but that usually never works. A lot of dumping by the latest note holder. That last 6 million dollar loan is doing some real damage here. Bye Bye. LOL
The way this has been slowing churning this week, I'm starting to think another institution is perhaps building a 9.9% stake...which is roughly 1.8 million shares. The more the merrier...lock up the float.
Thanks for sharing. Mehra is everywhere trying to spread awareness.
Hopefully Seelos can partner with Biogen, Roche, or Johnson & Johnson on SLS-002, SLS-005, and/or SLS-007.
LOL @ #bestbuds4ever!
A reverse with Hempistry and to trade under the name Hempistry would surely gain recognition. Surely wouldn't be trading at these levels.
IMO, there will be some sort of reverse merger and a well deserved name change. The current name, "Sugarmade" is STUPID has nothing to do with hemp/mj.
4 bucks. Waiting for another premarket or after hours spike; that seems to be where the action takes place.
Don't worry too much about day-to-day swings; set your sell price EXT GTC and don't monitor the stock. We need shorts to short sell this in order for it to run 30 to 40%.
Pending FDA news is perhaps a week away. Everything will be alright. Just know your exit price and stick to it. GL
Just making my monthly check-in. I see nothing has changed since I last visited. Hopefully something by the end of April...particularly a Hempistry update. Go SAFE Banking Act!
LOL.
You're short at 3.87 and the AH closing price is 3.67. You're only in the money by 5%. Should have covered at around today's low of 2.75 for a 28% gain.
So when this goes to $4.01 you'll cover for a 3.6% loss? I thought you were confident that the price will crash?
Anyway, GL :)
When you posted this message a week ago, OSS's closing price was $2.52; today's closing price was 2.12. LOL. Thanks for the advice.
I hope you're not short by a lot here because as they say, this isn't IHUB money. Over 2.79 million shares after hours...that's institution money...pretty sure they've done their DD.
Don't worry about buying your borrowed shares back until this hits $20. LOL. Then again, you'll probably get a margin call first thing in the morning (if not already) off the 28% gap up.
Unfortunately that's how it works...lots of stocks are traded by high frequency traders/algorithms.
Watch this ""60 Minutes" story...1 cent is huge when you're trading 40 million times a day a 1 cent.
Seelos is going places. Nice to see him making his rounds on huge platforms. This will be a billion dollar+ company.
News coming "in a few weeks".
Looks like the human washing machine is at it again.
