Hard to get excited about a company with one (maybe two) outlets for its technology. Touting merchandise sales from a gas station mart is not exactly inspiring. This looks more and more like a very long road to FSR, especially with this strategic pivot to one station at a time by an incompetent CEO.
Hope so - might buy some then.
But he look pretty good as a gas station attendant? Remember the pic of him pumping gas? LOL
BTW-how's the divy stock doing? Don't hear much about that any more.
"is that the O2 sensors are no longer triggered by the methanol or additive in the blend." Was this the problem in Canada - O2 sensors triggering?
If it is that high, I will be pleasantly surprised.
Is there such a thing as a robo poster?
We'll see. Financials will be interesting.
If we are making a dollar a gallon that would be great, but I doubt we are making anywhere near to that.
By the way, was this the MEGA news other were hyping? I hope not!
Will wait for the numbers to verify the 'enthusiastic response'.
The street is not even paying attention and why should they. Two Stations....wow!!! At least Ronnie didn't suggest all of mainland China or Russia or any of the other ones - too many to list.
The guidance is from you - not management - and as such is pure hearsay. Ron has issued so many 'guidance' comments that never came to fruition that his credibility is close to zero. The financial reports will perhaps substantiate the hearsay, but until then save you fingers and keyboard.
"But no one knows what Ron is really capable of doing.: Very true and so far results say not much!
Right
Fact-selling fuel in Caribbean. Period!Fact-selling fuel in Canada. Period!
Lot of folks in the dark like to cheer lead too!
And we still have nothing but rumors and hearsay. Maybe this will all change this quarter, but until them this remains a hopium stock.
We'll see soon enough.
Oh-that WORD LOL
What word just got out?
We'll see, won't we.
Mike, I wish all participants on this board would pay close attention to your posts. You make a ton of sense. Very refreshing after all the less than useful 'hype' posts. Thank you.
LOL!!
If we are wholesaling the previously advertised 85% methanol fuel with high profit margins, that would be very exciting but I somehow doubt that is what we are selling. Having said that, selling anything that incorporates our technology is a plus.
Obvious to you but not the financials which means so far not to customers. Perhaps that will change soon. Hope so.
Hope springs eternal!. Maybe you will be right.
Fully expecting an "adding here" post any moment now.
Building the revenue stream one tiny bottle at a time. This is a long road to get FSR.
Where can these pics be found?
Thanks. You make more sense than most (not all) others on this board. Really appreciate your clear thinking.
This response is inconsistent with what has been said by others. Regardless, as long as he is selling something, that is good news, but without the promise of methanol based fuel, it is a pipe dream that this will make us all FSR.
Sadly I do follow them and there is scant mention of methanol being used in our fuel. Is methanol still part of the program? Yes or No will do.
Shipping what and to whom? Certainly not methanol based fuel.
Thanks! Very helpful as I try to figure out margins/revenue potential from buying 84 octane, adding our magic mix, and reselling as 87 (or higher).
Can you find a number for the difference or how much of a markup is there from 84 to 87?
You are probably right. Just did a simple google search for the price of methanol. You are also right that buying 84, adding the additive and selling as 87 is a significant difference, at least as I understand it. Not the same profit margin as selling the 'old' 85/15 blend, but better that the typical 5-10 cents a gas station makes on selling gas - at least that is the assumption.
What is wholesale cost of 84 vs using methanol/gas split as previously advertised? Or was that narrative false too.
spot price of methanol is $1.13 as of today - not on par with gasoline as you say. Selling gas with additive has much smaller margin. Filling tiny tanks of bike not particularly exciting.
Maybe it is not a material change. After all, we are leasing exactly one gas station, not sell "alcohol" based fuel. Therefore we are not making the large margins promised in the past. So nothing really changed. Why file an 8K for this?
Thank you!!
