In addition to all or none you can select a min.
When selling I always select a min. Otherwise IMO they play with it 100 shares at a time. Or less.
Which tells me one thing. GIFT?
Please stop posting lies.
The .128 was for 35 shares. :)
Interesting. This could be the BIG news.
Thanks for the GIFT. Loaded up some more. Sweeeet
Filled the gap.
Doors open Jan 1 to rec. Law was passed earlier.
First one would be today at .139
Correct and I would expect hearing about the multiple GIFT contracts soon. Guessing they will be inked before Jan 1.
The PHOT is simmering.
Cheaper then college. I hope. :)
Good points. risk/reward.
Flip for a temporary .02 drop or hold and add for blue sky breakout?
I think at this point the reward outweighs the risk.
ROI of GIFT
It would be interesting to know the projections.
.3701
I'm not talking about the Fed. I'm talking about the GIFT program to growers. Instead of interest PHOT get's a percentage of production.
One stop shopping, consulting and support matter as well. So if the interest rate is competitive or close then it's a no brainer.
Or if what I'm reading is correct. Maybe 0% interest and a % of grow. Dollars of course and not product.
global I was thinking the same thing. My guess (and I usually don't do this) is we close at or close to HOD.
Why anyone would sell under .37 is beyond me. I used to hold a core and trade some in and out but the price has been too steady. And after this news my core now includes the shares I traded. Not selling. Adding on dips from here on out.
17%+ is always good. And if you have 500,000+ shares. Even better.
Let me guess. Sitting on the bid and reloading shares on the ask?
Do what you must but plenty of companies started as pennies. What made the ones that moved past that successful?
Leaders in their field?
Great management team?
Capital?
Desired products?
Fully reporting and open?
Flexible to change?
etc
Some buying coming in again. Let's see if they put up another wall.
Shorts.
I haven't seen a lot from it in power hour but last half hour today expect a run.
Like I said last week. Something big is happening and it's more then just the new hire. We will see soon. Not expecting it today but soon.
Provide link or quote. I have seen no proof of Alan's call to short.
If something was up and someone knew, you would see a bigger pop then this. Let's see if we have some covering EOD.
Not flipping my trading shares until after Jan 1.
IMO not worth the risk the way this has been trading. Pops followed by great consolidation on lower volume.
Don't know if it will be Monday but for .005 cents I'm not willing to take that chance. :)
Buyers coming in. Making a run.
Bought more. Feel I will be chasing it on Monday otherwise.
Sure but still holds a position.
"Thus what happens in these BSAAG meetings, my quess is phot is ready to seize any legal loophole to allow a canx ally like bank of George to start to open the faucets."
Interesting. I'm guessing they are based on all the moves the company has made lately. This could be very big news.
Yes they are. They will argue that it's just trading but shorts can destroy a company. Especially now since the SEC considers naked shorting as providing liquidity to the market and basically looks the other way. It's counterfeiting plain and simple. A company such as this showing any signs of stumbling will bring them out with baseball ball bats. And lets face it no company in the world travels up in a straight line. Something always proves to be a challenge.
With PHOt's management I have confidence we are headed in the right direction. Might be a little wavy but what isn't in penny land?
Lawsuits
You need a lead plaintiff before you can go to court. Haven't heard of one yet. Which is why I believe we keep seeing the deadlines posted.
Two different beasts. You can still home grow for personal. Parma grade would be produced by others to be sold at pharmacy.
Think of it as beer. You can brew your own or by at the store. Quality depend on you.
That isn't the goal. They will still allow home grow. Legislation is for dispensing at pharmacy's.
Zacks upgrades SWHC #2 buy
It didn't go unnoticed. Which is one of the reasons I commented that something big was up besides the new hire. We will see.
