It's possible if World Moto can sell enough meters to pay off the debt. The key is getting out from under the convertible notes.
Don't forget that about a month after World Moto made that claim in their PR the motorcycle taxi association in Bangkok released their own app called Go Bike and are claiming their app is the only legal app operating in Thailand.
http://bangkok.coconuts.co/2016/05/23/grabcopy-moto-taxi-association-boasts-their-own-app-gobike
What app do you think the Thai government is more likely to promote in Thailand?
Right there with you Joe. 95% loss.
Took me awhile to see through the hype and understand why all the PR's about sales expected back in 2013 have yet to be realized.
The fact that I have to reply to this is exhausting
You don't need to reply. You do it just to put other people down.
World Moto's primary issue has been stated here many times over the years. These guys could work 16 hour days if they chose to and the outcome would still be the same. World Moto's business strategy as stated in their SEC filings requires regulation of the motorcycle taxi industry and government mandates for use of meters. You should read them they are quite resourceful. This is how they intend to sell meters on a large scale. To date this regulation doesn't exist therefore large scale orders have yet to be seen, or any sales for that matter.
What they are hopefully doing is establishing relationships with people who can influence these changes. Tom Kreusepon is one of these type of people. Building relationships now would position this company well when regulation does finally pass. Although it's hard to believe this is happening when they have no known business address, license or phone number.
Hi Mark
Can you tell me why the company’s LLC and business license have been in default for as long as they have? Why has World Moto chosen not to keep their licenses up to date?
Counsel recommended that the license for Nevada should be renewed at the time of the filings.
Kind regards,
Mark Green

Nah. I actually agree with you. They will find a way to get the pps back up. Let's just hope it's not by a reverse split.
FARE and the land of Faree tales..
You used to ride the choo choo into the land of make believe didn't you Joe? No more Mr Rogers that train goes straight to the World Moto iHub board now. Mergers and buyouts and acquisitions, oh my!
I did state the pic was 3 years old in my post...
FARE and the land of Faree tales
The pic of Richad Branson with a bruised face and broken cheek bone can only mean one thing. With the acquisition of Virgin America he is bored and looking for a new venture. He was in an accident testing out one of Uber's new riderless motorcycle taxi's equipped with a Moto-Meter. Yes you heard that right. Richard Branson is buying Uber and World Moto. And we know this is true because there is a 3 year old pic out there of him shaking hands with Tom Krusepon.
C'mon guys. Wishing for this company to succeed is one thing but living in the land of make believe buyouts and mergers surrounded by NDA's and quiet periods is just crazy talk.
Crystal F'n clear can only be found in their SEC filings. The PR's are just company goals and expectations.
What news? Nothing but rumors out there.
My sense of humor may be dry but it is still humor.
And the saga continues..
Uber is losing money because it subsidizes its drivers pay to keep their rates artificially lower than the competition. How long can they operate in the red before investment in the company dries up? Seems like raising rates would be an obvious solution.
Then again a wildly popular San Francisco based start up that operates on deficits much like the US Government does might be deemed too big to fail and qualify for a bailout on the tax payer dime? Unlikely, but if they are donors to the Clinton Foundation anything is possible.

I called the number again. A guy answered and I asked if this was the number for World Moto and he hung up on me. Safe to say that number belongs to someone else now.
World Moto's phone number (646) 810-8781 appears to be working again but the voicemail is now in a different language. Not sure what it is, German?

Could there be two Chris Ziomkowski's?
Honestly how many patents could they apply for.
It's a taxi meter with Bluetooth in a weatherproof box that attaches to a motorcycle.
All 10K's are required to have audited financials as required by the SEC. Financials also include loans.
All 10K's are audited. Nothing to do with revs.
Thanks
Read my post. Maybe the reason they've gone quiet and are no longer reporting is that they lied. This would explain the default licenses, phone number out of order, no known address, no FB posts, no PR's, no filings.
Mergers and buyouts do not explain these things. These are valid points and it makes no sense to pretend all is well when World Moto has ceased communications.
Fair enough Joe I agree with that.
'This company, in the past, has a history of putting out fluffy PR'
Since all we're doing at this point is putting out conspiracy theories as World Moto no longer communicates, how about this -
Yes World Moto does have a history of putting out fluff PR's that have never come to fruition (look it up if you don't know what it means)
World Moto thought it was close to signing a contract in 2015 so it waited until just a couple days after the end of the 3rd quarter to release a PR stating they are 'shipping meters and filling purchase orders'. They very carefully word that in order to leave it up to interpretation. They release this PR knowing they have 5 months before they have to file again hoping that they do consummate an order but the order never goes through and no sales have been made. Now they're stuck with no other options other than to stop filing 10K's and Q's until they do eventually sell some meters. 1st Q, nope. 2nd Q, nope. It's better for them to save face and go on as a non reporting company rather than disclose they lied.
I averaged down as well but I did it while World Moto was still a reporting company.
Joe I have the same questions everyone else does.
And I've also given my opinion that investors should hold off on stock purchases until the company gets current with filings and we can all see what the company's finances look like.
On the contrary Col
World Moto could be a lot more clear about sales.
I wasn't looking for an answer so that was your first mistake. I responded to a post from Cueva. If you could follow conversations it would be easy to see I'm not English deficient.
Since you apparently have a math deficiency let me help you. World Moto has patents either pending or approved in 61 countries not 24.
I've researched World Moto quite extensively over the years. Trust me when I tell you there is no insight you could offer me that I don't already know.
Yes they would be harder.
That's why the SEC gives 90 days to complete them. If WM did earn revs last year we know they would have only been made in the 4th quarter.
Your opinion is purely fabricated on not based on facts. There has been no talk of a buyout or merger with World Moto outside of this Ihub forum.
Note: audits/ fillings normally takes 3-5 months..WM time is not unusual at all.
They are bihind on 3 filings now and are no longer a reporting company. You think that is not unusual?
From the same PR
'The Moto-Meters are being shipped to customers in Asia and Africa, who will then introduce the device into countries representing a total market of more than $500 million USD. The Company estimates that after introduction to a region, demand for the Moto-Meter™ will continue to grow'
Shipping, introducing, estimating, World Moto is great at using every other word but sales, selling and sold aren't in any PR's.
World Moto has never stated it has sold a meter.
Why do you ask that?
The company has never said it sold meters to anyone.
Actually Col
The only thing that will ever have a positive impact on this stock is current filings. None of the PR's over the last year have moved this much.
But if JR and pattern want to spend hours reading charts I'm all for it.
Well said.
Any good chart reader should spend at least an hour a day studying and there is so much to study with FARE.
Anyone reading this nonsense should understand charts are not an accurate way to research a company that does not generate revenues.
Careful sewer.
Some here will read that and actually believe the Russians are bombing us.
Not saying I don't believe you but how would your friend be able to verify that? All they need is something similar to a virtual office in the States.
