I'm not quite as dubious as Rick , I think it's a guarantee the gsl is happening at this point . We'Ve already seen the 2nd issues in the preview from diamond , as well as the artwork online. I'm more concerned on the longevity of the gsl depending on what route the company goes with financing. If they use receivables (factor) they should be able to factor some revenues of add sales at some point. If they chose not to (or can't for one reason or another ) it could take as long as several months to start seeing cash flowing from add sales (depending on the net terms). Printing and shipping a couple months of comics would be one heck of a nut for this little company to crack.

I've also been a bit dubious on how long it will take us investors to stop the speculation and see the hard numbers on paper. Like I said in the previous paragraph depending on the route of financing , and terms of payments it could take as long as a wait till the April maybe even July quarterly reports to truly know if this venture is as profitable as most think. By that point the gsl could be bang or bust. That's my stance, for better or worse .

That was my sentiment. As an advertiser id be pissed to end up paying 1.5 times what I agreed to because the company wanted to print more. I think what ever bulk shipment tru wants they will get and retailers will get a percentage of their orders.
