Ford has already loss 2 billion this year. If it was not for the Government loan $FORD will be forced to bankruptcy.
“Ford said it increased its “commitment to invest in growth,” planning to spend more than $22 billion in electric vehicles and $7 billion in autonomous vehicles. The investment in EVs is nearly double an earlier allocation, the company said.”

$RIDE
it never made sense for LMC to own the factory in Lordstown with that much floor space to only produce the endurance. It makes perfect sense for LMC to be the truck/commercial vehicle arm of Foxconn and Fisker to be the Sedan/SUV arm. Foxconn meanwhile will have their own line of cars/sedans and properly utilize all of that wasted space. This way Foxconn isn’t in too deep financially with the risk of failure. If all of these partnerships pan out, look for Foxconn or Apple to make an acquisition.”
Here is some good info with Rep Tim Ryan and LMC
https://timryan.house.gov/media/press-releases/congressman-tim-ryan-applauds-finalized-lordstown-motors-foxconn-deal
“Since the appointment of Daniel Ninivaggi as Chief Executive Officer of Lordstown Motors Corporation, I have remained in close discussions with him. Today I was delighted to speak with Mr. Ninivaggi and Foxconn Executive, Jerry Hsiao, to congratulate both Lordstown Motors and Foxconn on this transformative investment for our workers, our community, and for the future of electric vehicle manufacturing in the United States. Foxconn knows what our Valley workforce is capable of, and I am confident they will make the Mahoning Valley the North American hub for electric vehicle production. I stand ready to continue to do everything in my power to support Foxconn and Lordstown Motors to further cement Northeast Ohio as America’s Voltage Valley.”
It’s not pumpkin or anything like that. LMC CEO tweeted about a phone on wheels and I’m speculating not pamping ! And what if Apple contracts with LMC ? It makes sense to me .
Apple $AAPL has a 2.6 Trillion market cap. $RIDE Has less than 1 Billion right now. Next year the lines start to Make Endurance trucks in the Ohio factory and a profit could show in 18 months from now. Now add APPLE as a buyer of the Hub motors the skate board and batteries . Mass production here . Now I see why LMC wanted to hold on to the Hub motors .
Apple has made small companies with 300 million market go up to 3-5 billion in value in just months. Why ? Because the revenue stream will be undeniable. It’s starting to look like a big surge in PPS here if LMC gets an Apple deal. $50.00 is not out the question in 2022
I found this interesting post in ST
My guy still has the best quote about the hindenburg report.... U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, who is considering a U.S. Senate run in 2022, didn’t mince words about the short-seller report. He called it “bull-****.”
“I mean it was just to me, it seemed like a hatchet job for people to make money,” he said. “And look, I mean (LMC) is threatening the status quo. And a lot of people are going to bet against them, figuratively and literally. It comes with the territory. You don’t get to the top of the mountain without a bunch of people trying to drag you down.”
This reminds me of PLUG with Amazon announcement a 70% jump in one day and the rest is historic. An Apple partnership is at least 70% surge .IMO
I wonder what the 8:30 mean on the Apple Watch displayed on the skate board ? This Monday at 8:30 am the news will be announced a partnership with Apple ?
It looks to me like LMC may get a contract with Apple $RIDE
https://mobile.twitter.com/ninivaggidan
This is all hypothetical but if Apple contracts with LMC on the hub motors you can bet $100 PPS easily. LMC has the connections now with Foxconn
Bottom is $5 for now …. Enjoy your weekend
Maybe but most likely a swing close to $7 first
It’s not happening with this low volume….. where is the 100 million down payment? On or about November 18th could be today or Monday?
So Steve Burns just got about 19 millions dollars . I’m sure that at least 15 millions is to settle with the SEC. That is a wild guess and shareholders lawsuits could be settle out of court sometimes.
Added in the $4’s
I did not get a chance to buy in the 4’s …. Did you buy the dip because it could rip.
The only blood bath that I’m seeing here is the shorts. CEO Ninnivagy knows what he is doing . Maybe 2 steps backwards here but to bet against a proven successful manufacturer that has ties to NIO founder and when you look at the latest line up of Ford,GM , BMW , TESLA engineering staff and others then I’m in the long run .
Long term gold here !
The way I see this play Foxconn has to buy at $6.89 and $10.80 for Warrants in the next 12 months you can sell
Not much added 1500 shares
I just bought more shares ….
Steve Burn departure from LMC was $750,000 so he probably flat broke so to sell about 10% of his shares I have to say that he needs the money . I copy on pasted from the news below :
“According to regulatory filings, Burns held 26.25% of stock in Lordstown Motors. He still holds 29.2 million direct shares and 13.9 million of indirect shares in the company – still the single largest shareholder at Lordstown Motors.
According to earlier regulatory filings, half of Burns’ shares were locked until October 2021. The other half of his shares are under lock until October 2022.”
Tomorrow LMC receives 100 million …… and they can buy at $6.89. I’m not sure how this is going to be played out.
Steve Burns Ex -CEO started to unload shares . Hopefully this is to pay his lawsuit.
https://businessjournaldaily.com/former-lordstown-motors-ceo-starts-to-unload-stock/
This will bounce from $4 to $7 a few times more
9 months from now let’s see how many Endurance LMC can get out on the roads and let’s see Rivian how many they can put out and I bet LMC has them beat. The shortage of chips is worldwide and it’s going to affect every car manufacturer just look at Ford now as an example this will continue into 2023 . The market cap of Rivian is unbelievably high as big as Toyota now .
I think the CEO is being super conservative and wants to surprise the market . After all the former CEO did a big mess here. Most likely LMC would have not survived if it was for Ninnivagy must have looked at the situation and had to get it fixed. Funny that no other big company like Ford or GM could have easily offered 3-5 billion and buy them out completely
So a lot of overhead has been cut for LMC . I’ll say 2/3 of the expenditures because of the sale of the factory. So LMC paid 20 million I believe in the SPAC agreement and sold for 280 million so 260 million is profit and they scan still use about 1/3 of the factory and still have access to 400 million with YA ll .!it seems that LMC is in good shape as long as they get the truck on the roads in 9 months from now .
I see that LMC is receiving 100 million on November 18th . Is that mean the PPS could surge ?
Maybe Ninnivagy got my email lol. I asked him in my email not to over- promised something and that is better to under -promise and then surprise.
Production delayed one quarter . Not good .
