Dude... calm down... LMAO!... too much caffeine this morning... very defensive...
$3.01... pretty damn close...
I own this stock and trade around my position my friend... don't know where you're coming from... looking for a solid base and leadership from management... before then... this is just a trade...
A retest of $3.00 would be reassuring... at this point any positive move is construed as simply a oversold dead cat bounce... that's just the way it is... hope I'm wrong... again... I've owned this stock for many years... chill out...
Would have been a nice trade off this bounce but could have gone either way this morning... we'll have another chance around $3.00 IMO... I had my order in for $2.80 trade today... I should have adjusted it up... don't know what I was thinking... I would have already been out... lol!...
Nice job whoever bought for a trade...
Why is $CRO% not affected by Citron and $CVSI is?... a logical question... looking for a logical answer...
$CVSI... $3.11 / High of $9.20
$CRO%... $12.12 / High $13.39
Looks like sub $3.00 is coming... damn... next stop $2.70 if we don't hold here... something is not right... CRO% up since the Citron piece... we're getting smoked...
You're 100% wrong... the q will speak volumes... until then... everything is pure speculation... that's the facts... there's no disputing that this is costing them money, time, and resources that can be spent on expansion and uplisting... if you don't see that... you're in denial my friend... let's not deceive people and deprive them of the negative possibilities... keep it real...
Lots of steps in the process. And every step involves lawyers. And lawyers charge by the hour.
Think about what happens from the moment you get that notice that you’re being sued. You have to spend time with the attorney bringing him or her up to speed on your situation. Tick, tick, tick. The lawyer is going to ask a lot of questions and that means you are going to go off and do research and pull material together for the lawyers to review and ask more questions about. Tick, tick, tick.
Then the lawyer will draft a motion (tick, tick) seeking dismissal of the charges and file it with the court (t,t). It will almost certainly be denied of course but you kinda have to do it anyway.
Let’s talk about discovery. That’s where the party bring the suit drafts a motion to the judge saying that anything your side every wrote about the topic at hand has to be turned over to them. And your lawyer then has to draft a counter motion (t,t,t) saying that’s insane and really, there is an email and two cocktail napkins that are relevant and nothing more should be required. Then they get to argue those in front of the judge (t,t,t) and the judge comes back with an order and they argue some more (t,t,t) and you see it just goes on and on and on and there will be boatloads of this kind of stuff before you even start to talk seriously about a trial date.
In a situation last year that I was told about, the attorney for my friends said to plan on $250K for the pre-trial phase and depending on how things went after that, the potential for multiple M’s in expense. So even though they were ‘likely to win’ they couldn’t even really afford the cost to get to the gate.
Lots of steps. Involving lawyers. Who charge by the hour.
... I don't think this is up for debate...
Hey Madd... hope all is well my friend... I got a little emotional and sold half of my position here the other day at .34 along with lighting up on a few other weed plays... feeling a little too exposed for the reason you mentioned not to mention the valuations of the larger plays... they fall we all fall...
Just a short term blip... I'll re-buy when we stabilize a bit...
To be clear... I love this stock long term... just disappointed in the recent price performance...
We know the suits are identical!... you're not getting it...
OMG... man you're relentless... you can disprove the suits all you want... they will still cost the company additional cash to fight the suit... the more firms filing against them the more money it costs to shuffle paperwork around... what part of that don't you get?
Don't know how many lawyers are on their team... their current contracts with those lawyers... retainers?...how many more lawyers will they have to hire... how many more class actions will be filed... do their current lawyers get a salary or are they paid by the hour... how will they be compensated for the extraordinary amount of time and resources it is going to take to combat this... etc... all unknowns... thus... $3.34...
Listen my friend... I'm on your side... just keeping it real... its just business...
I bought more today too... great buying opportunity at this level... this one is going to be fun... $$$
$CRXPF
This is beyond the scope of having a lawyer on their payroll... from previous experience, as I mentioned, class actions cost money regardless of the outcome... I hope in this case it doesn't... highly unlikely though... just keeping it real...
This is being priced into the stock price IMO... notice how with every law firm filing a class action, the share price drops...
Regardless... I'm still long... one PR is all it will take to turn momentum... IMO we are approaching oversold territory... lets hope we find some support so we can begin the next uptrend soon my friend...
Regardless... the lawsuits still cost the company money... I've seen class actions like this drain the life out of free cash... No matter how bullish the outlook is... it will eventually become a big deal to their cash reserves if the suits drag out... they always do...
Since the Citron debacle, $CVSI has been trading vehicle... the sad reality is that it will continue to be until we get some sort of big news... it's going to take a lot to regain the type of investor trust needed to turn the tide IMO...
On the positive front... we are getting some very nice trading bounces...
That seems to be the case...
Shorts hammering it until Mgmt. puts out something really Big.
Next upport... $3.20... $3.00 and then after that we'll see...
I wouldn't catch the falling knife... just sayin'... for me... I need more big buys on these deep sells to confirm a temporary bottom... big dumps today... could be shorts... could be sells... or a combo of both... I'm not trading this until we see somewhat of a base... still too much risk buying here... JMO...
Huge dumps... heading lower...
Damn... Shorts are killing any positive momentum...
Decent support @ $3.50... nice price point to jump in for a trade...
Next support level $3.20 if we break down... lets hope that doesn't happen...
We should be at .60+ right now... the selloff has nothing to do with profit taking...
What profits?... LOL!... we are down significantly off of the 52 week high... ZERO participation over the past months rally (anemic move in comparison to its peers)... there aren't enough profits to book unless you cherry picked the bottom and top which is highly unlikely...
Very disappointed in this stocks performance... it sucks!... fingers crossed money flows out of the high valuation plays into smaller plays like this... in the mean time I'm holding...
.35... frickin' unbelievable... ZERO reason for the selloff today... our participation in the sector rally was anemic... now... we sell off 6% with the high flying pump and dumps... complete BS...
Lets get it going $GBLX... WTF!...
Out at 4.32... this may fall again, I was hoping for a more robust bounce... less and less buyers in the 4's... lets hope it holds this level... the shorts are killing any positive momentum...
Why would you go long a ticker you don't believe in... even if is just for a day trade?... LMAO!
Your timing on your buys and sells are impeccable... another LMAO!...
On another note... you sold too soon...
Great buying opportunity under $4.00.... this won't stay here long... lots of buyers at this level...
In for a trade @ 3.81...
Spot on.... 3.50 - 3.70....
We'll see...
Looks like Citron is back at it again... going to be an interesting day... money should start flowing out of the bigger names... today... valuations are crazy...
Citron LOVED $TLRY at $26 but now we are SHORTING stock. Cowen lowered est and still raised tgt $62 only shows "RETAIL INVESTORS GONE MAD" and forgot $TLRY went public at $17 - 6 weeks ago. We would expect an equity raise at these levels. By far most expensive in space.
Sub $4.00 may be in the cards... Don't like the way this is trading... MM's lighting up their positions selling to retail buyers...
Money is also flowing into the larger names today...
Vancouver-based Cannex announced its financials for the fiscal year and seven-month period ended April 30, 2018, reporting EBITDA of $3.7 million, which was notable, says Cooper, since it effectively makes Cannex so far the only publicly traded cannabis company to report profitability on a trailing basis. (All figures in US dollars unless noted otherwise.)

Gotta love the way we're drifting sideways... consolidating nicely...
Next push to $4.60...
Unbelievable this scumbag can get away with this... I missed the boat here... while I welcome the drop to get in... it's just not right... someone has to step in at this point...
Sorry people... as a $CVSI buyer... I feel your pain...
That's great to hear my friend... the millions of other users including myself also agree...
Eat your veggies... drink lots of water... get sleep... take your daily dose of Plus CBD Oil...
$CVSI... The Market Leader for CBD Sales...
PlusCBD Oil is the top-selling brand of hemp-derived CBD oil for consumers in the natural products industry with a track record of excellence. PlusCBD Oil has built a reputation on product quality, safety and efficacy - offering the most diverse and largest supply of hemp-derived CBD oil on hand in the United States
Again... opinion and no facts... ya... obviously the 2,000 stores they sell their product in disagree... $12+mil in revenue also disagrees...
CVSI is selling a low quality CBD product made from imported hemp oil - it is a joke.
Spot on... this is ready to break out bigtime!... .50 - .60 easily this run...
CITRON = FAKE NEWS!... SEC IS COMING FOR YOU ANDY... they are going to love this scumbag in prison...
The bottom is in... the press release solidified the fact that $CVSI remains and will remain an absolute BEAST in their space...
Last chance to buy at these level... back over $5.00!...
