I have been in the same boat you and others have been in for over a decade, just floating with the current. Maybe he bought in at eight and now it's 4, that's a reverse split in a way. I think he has a right to be a little upset Cobra. I would rather he tells more of the story about SFIO.

I think you replied to the wrong poster because you did not answer my question. Let me rephrase it is servebank going to make $233 million in this deal? Knowing there is only 20 million in revenue reported or stated. Revenue is income before expenses are paid.

Has it been said that servebank has 220 or 233 million shares. I maybe wrong but I've only heard about the cafe having 20 million in revenue a year and none of the other merging companies have stated their revenues yet. Just trying to do the math.
