Backing up the truck here!!!
Their energy drinks are on the shelves at my local Walgreens.
No ifs ands or buts, this is ugly.
0.0005 trade?!? Fat finger trade from hell?!? The Grey Market is unforgiving. If you mean to sell at 0.005 and fat finger a 0.0005 trade, it will go through and you are royally screwed.
This will eventually get to 0.0005, but today they person sold for about 80%-90% discount of the current trades.
Close at 0.0065 on 150M shares?
Could hit 0.0001 tomorrow.
Might buy a couple million at 0.0001 for a quick flip to 0.0002. Dangerous game but I may play the basement.
If the SEC halts a company for 10 days, it is a scam. Period.
The SEC does not halt a company it has questions about. If they halt a company it means their investigation is over and charges are pending. Watch for news from the DOJ against officers and stock promoters very soon.
DNAX **KABOOM** on Missouri distribution news!!!

Epic mother of all gappers coming tomorrow morning!!!
I've flipped sides here and went long. Wish I would have bought in yesterday...
Grabbed some 0.0185, may grab more.
Should be a good day! Over 3c today?
Yes welcome! It has been quiet around here lately, so it is good to see CBAT finally waking up and gearing up for a move north!
BMAK is at 0.029 at last check, but he is not proving to be any resistance. As soon as he gets hit, he moves up higher. This is a good sign! No diluting MMs on the ASK!!!
Now that's some ASK slapping!! Should close green!!!
Today's range is not bad if you look at a proper chart and see how this has had almost no volume for so long with a wide bid/ask. Now the company and the ticker are waking up and we're on track for record volume. We could close green today, but even if not we will be making new highs soon enough. Awareness is coming back and people are seeing the potential in this medical device company!
Once we pay tribute to BMAK at 0.024 this will fly! Very thin after 0.024!

Great site that documents "Amiga" fall from grace, from the bankruptcy of Commodore to the current sad state it is in today. It ends around 2010 which is before Amiga Games Inc, but gives you plenty to understand what type of ethics the company was operating under when McBill sold Amiga Games Inc to WRIT. McBill (Bill McEwen) has been involved since the Gateway 2000 days in the late 90's and is still involved today. As a matter of fact, McBill is the only employee of Amiga Inc for at least the last 8 years if not longer.
Completely agreed it is both 1&2. I have been following this whole sordid ordeal before Writer's Group got involved and before Amiga Games Inc ever existed. This started directly under the umbrella of Amiga Inc, which is another sordid tale. Back when it was under Amiga Inc they were advertising the same games for Blackberry and even got some lip service from RIM themselves. That lip service didn't impress most in the "Amiga Community". Bill McEwen (CEO for Amiga Inc) has some ancient ties to some currently in RIM, due to RIM acquiring QNX.
Even back then while Bill McEwen (aka McBill) was touting these games for Blackberry under the Amiga Inc umbrella, and was even selling some, many in the "Amiga Community" were questioning the legality of them distributing the games. You pointed out a couple examples, but there are many more. A lot of the games were published by companies long defunct, making it nearly impossible to secure rights.
To make things worse, besides emulation, all of the games need a kickstart image (think BIOS on a PC) and some need the actual OS. Amiga Inc lost most of not all right to AmigaOS to a company called Hyperion Entertainment. It also appears they lost the right to the Kickstart ROMs, whom Hyperion and Cloanto hold the rights.
What most likely happened is Amiga Inc started to get C&D letters for illegally distributing the games, which I'm sure was expected, but created enough hype to come to a deal with a Pink Sheet company to roll the effort into a new entity called Amiga Games Inc and sell it off. McBill got a $500k payday and a stinkie pinkie got good HYPE to sell shares to uneducated OTC investors. Everyone makes out like a bandit, except the shareholders who are down 90% and counting since the purchase of Amiga Games inc.
How are the games not developed yet? The games were developed 20-30 years ago and proper emulation has been available for over 15 years.
Why would they need to develop anything at all? I said from day one about the purchase of "Amiga Games Inc" it was a ruse to sell shares.
This is nothing more than a share selling scheme.
Nice verified HQ!

Let's close at 0.005 or higher tomorrow!!! Spread the word!!!
Biggest SCAM move I've seen in years!!! WOW!!!
9.9M slaps ASK, 100 shares taps the bid.
1.9M and then 4.8M shares slap ASK, 100 shares tap the bid.
100 shares is $0.03. REALLY?!?!? Someone is fully trying to manipulate this to keep it low. Who could that be? Hmmmmm.....
*WOW* this turd keeps circling the bowl! I predicted trips when this was trading at 0.025! Here comes the trips!!!
I *MAY* put a bid in at 0.0004 for a quick flip to 0.0006. That's as close as I'd get to a ***SCAM*** like this!!!

Amiga: a history of failures and questionable ethics.
https://sites.google.com/site/amigadocuments/
Amiga Games Inc as a company and the sale to Writer's group is highly questionable IMO. Amiga Games Inc seemed to be created out of the thin air by Bill McEwen and there is no concrete evidence that he ever got any licenses to the games in question. Additionally, it would appear that Amiga Inc lost the right to Amiga kickstart roms to Hyperion in 2009, so they would be unable to sell such assets to Writer's group.
While Amiga Delaware and Hyperion settled [138] their AmigaOS 4-related dispute at the end of 2009, the issues raised [137][139][175][212][211][210] by Hyperion remain a source of references for possible future legal actions. Some of the allegations include [214]:
The transfers from Amiga Washington from Amiga Delaware were fraudulent, meant among others to defraud the creditors of Amiga Washington
The two companies were run by the same "insiders", who knew that Amiga Washington was insolvent
A crucial claimed security agreement had not been registered with the Washington Department of Licensing
Section 1.2-1.4 may be of little interest to you, but the rest should be eye opening. Especially pay attention to the shell games, lawsuits and the section about Bill mcEwen himself.
All IMO.
-Edit-
Some here have doubted Bill McEwen's involvement for some strange reason, so maybe this link will help.

$1.00? Ouch...
