Markets are closed Monday, Federal holiday , in celebration of Juneteenth, all quiet till Tuesday,
look for news of Fins and a CC the week after, should get fins by the end of month.
This shortage should have been done by now
https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota-news/what-experts-want-you-to-know-about-the-ongoing-adderall-shortage
The FDA/DEA has created a situation that is out of control
Hey Nasrat, Take us along for the ride
PFE is running out of antibiotics
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1-pfizer-expects-run-antibiotic-005422247.html
Elite has Doxy on hold, could be a margin problem,
maybe they will get a call
They are hiring more people
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Elite-Pharmaceuticals,-Inc.-1/jobs
Oh, it's an antimetabolite,,
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/elite-pharmaceuticals-files-anda-us-100000621.html
could be the one in shortage, if it is,
could get on the fast track
OK I know, it's a reach, but it's all we got right now, lol
Reviews for Xeloda/ Capecitabine
https://www.drugs.com/comments/capecitabine/xeloda.html
this stuff works for lots of people
I did a huge cross reference with Antimetabolites and found one in shortage , Capecitabine,
https://www.verywellhealth.com/antimetabolites-5324608
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/drugshortages/default.cfm
Took an hour, from the list provided.
found another that's injection Fludara,
but who knows what's short these days,
https://www.yahoo.com/news/chemotherapy-shortages-push-cancer-centers-100000976.html
I know I know, the 2 drugs mentioned here are intervenes, injection
https://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/shortages-cancer-drugs-fda-rcna77913
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/drugs/24790-antimetabolites
I'm hoping it gets put on the fast track, because now there is a shortage of Chemo drugs too.
I wonder of Mr. Kirkov has contacted any of these tele/health people

Looks like they hired somebody, used to say 5 jobs, and also they added another job that says Mon. threw Fri. +1
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Elite-Pharmaceuticals,-Inc.-1/jobs
Conic, I tried to reply, but the post had been taken down, GOOD,
Elite was not splitting the profits with Teva, as we all know, anf if I was Teva I'd be pissed, but that did make Elite look good for a while, to be aligned with such a big heavy hitter, lol
Thx bulldog, good read,
nice to see.
We are about 3 weeks away from the yearly Fins. Hope to hear from Mr. Kirkov.
Looks like it's melting upwards
THX, but I don't see it in the Orange book ? Under Epic
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/ob/index.cfm
Also I don't see it under the (I), only 3 pharma"s make it,
and not under D either ? for dynacirc
This site has Isradipine in shortage, but I don't trust it
https://www.drugs.com/drug-shortages/
So I read this line by line
https://www.ibtimes.com/opioid-crisis-sackler-family-receives-immunity-civil-lawsuits-6-billion-settlement-3697047
The Sackler's get off the hook, OK OK
now I read couple weeks ago they would not pay if the FDA lets generics make their OXI, What we are not privy to is the fine print,in the court docket's, I'm sure Nasrat is looking too, If Purdue lets the FDA block generic makers, then we are dead in the water with this one.
A bridge to far:
So Purdue has a problem with the little guy cutting into their billion dollar business, NOT FAIR, , that Elite or others can't make a Proffit off a half million over doses, Hundred's of thousands coffins. They don't want anybody cutting into their profit margin,
IE, territory,
Nasrat states he will not make generic Oxi if there is not chain of custody, that is, they must have tracking, from Dea API to manufacturing to wholesaler IE the middle man, to the pharmacy to the prescription, that goes to Aunt Betty. And I don't blame Nasrat one bit, tell me, can you sleep at night ,knowing this , Just to make a profit
I don't think so
I see Lannett still has Elite down as a generic Adderall maker, still listed as both make the product,
https://www.lannett.com/products/
Lannett must have made a phone call to help with the transition, demand is so high,
could it be called a Mini Merger ?
Looks like Mr. Kirkov needs a trip to Hawaii
https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/medical/shortage-of-adhd-medications-in-hawaii-drags-on-frustrating-patients-and-pharmacies/ar-AA1c4dvL
burn up some saddle leather
Well, when people sell out of the blue chips, and banks are closing, and there are billions if not trillions sitting arround in their accounts, they may want to put it somewhere safe.
Right on Jimmy Joe, I always said, park your money in ELTP. It aint going any where for a while.
An Article from the Fool

Bubba, first thing, glad to see you can post more.
The key words in that ruling.
(Obvios inventions)
Purdue has been tweeking the patent for years, that is, adding a micro/miniscule,
Chemical or element to the origanal patent, they submit it and it gets aproved, just to extend the patent. Its obvious what they do
Could be he's waiting to see what happens to Purdue, doesn't
want to tip his hand till all the dust settles.
Loos like Elite finally hired that crazy analyst, no longer on the Indeed list
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Elite-Pharmaceuticals,-Inc.-1/jobs
They are hiring more people
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Elite-Pharmaceuticals,-Inc.-1/jobs
Interesting, on some of those, it says Mon. to Fri. +1, looks like 6 days.
Well, I know Naz, it's most difficult to do the books for Elite,
you must take that advanced math class they have in high school,
I never took it,
The CFO has privy to the bank statement, He can go on line and look
at the numbers. Each month, On the right column in the input numbers, how much did they make, on the left column is how much did they spend, the difference is profit or loss.
then he has to bring up the last Q and erase the old numbers and put in the new,
and that is why they make the big bucks
very difficult
They can release fins, any time it's complete after the quarter,, They don't have to wait till June 31
Well, we all would like to know what Mr. Kirkov has been up to, he's had 6 months to prepare for the split, and he's selling the hottest product on the market now.
Sad, we won't know the numbers for the first 3 months of this year till June 31
, and not a peep from the company
OH, and how do I know they are Non, accelerator, or smaller company, you might ask, ?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=16200802&guid=BSu-kWsxkCRnJth
look at this latest 10 Q, scroll down about 3 pages, and look for the little EX,es
The king is right, but right for a reason, Elite is a small filer,Non-Accelerated, with less than 75 mill. that is owned by retail or anybody else , in OS stock, the K is for the year end report , so they get 90 days after Mar. 31, to file
10-Q and 10-K Filing Deadlines
Company Category 10-Q Deadline 10-K Deadline
Large Accelerated Filer ($700MM or more) 40 days 60 days
Accelerated Filer ($75–$700MM) 40 days 75 days
Non-accelerated Filer (less than $75MM) 45 days 90 days
Source: investor.gov
Looks like they are having the craziest time trying to hire an analyst .
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Elite-Pharmaceuticals,-Inc.-1/jobs
Looks like Kozlowski signed it, so that's gotta tell you something.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=16655330&guid=AEu-kKzQh-7fJth
CNS increase of about 4 mill. compared to last year
first 3 month's,
put me down for 10 mill for the Q, coming up in June
2023 - 2022
19,311 - 15,177
Lannet's got a 10Q out
just noticed, haven't read yet
OH, It's all about the label, if you read the label for Gen. Adderall , it's huge, many pages, Elite, generic drug makers tweek it a bit just to pass inspection, you know, how to take, when, what it's for, side effects, ect. ect.
Skinny labeling is an exception to the FDA requirement that generic labeling be identical to the brand-name drug’s labeling as the generic manufacturer must “carve out” — or exclude — from the labeling, diseases or patient populations that remain protected by use patents.
The big drug makers make it difficult for the little guy to compete, so they change the wording on the label , To make it less wording is called, to make it skinny, that's my take
Still looking for that illusive label for Elite, go down to package insert and scroll down to the bottom.
