This has been said everyday for the past 3 weeks. EPGL is just fine. We all know what we hold and what the opportunity is.

They have to report that the shares are being sold. The OS AND AS hasn't changed. So that blows that theory out of the water.
Yes they are. They still have to remove a legend and can only sell so many shares per day. That is restricted.
Try Scottrade they seem to work well.
Non-disclosure Agreement. Simple. They are binding and that is why EPGL is limited on what they can disclose.

2. Google Glass isn't a failure...it is just before it's time. It is a technology that will most likely be put into many future applications.

5. PPS is a huge part of their company. They feel they are undervalued. That is how you determine if you are undervalued. Don't see an issue here. Every company talks about their PPS in their quarterly conference call...guidance and where they think they are headed. Silly for EPGL to not do this.

8. Twitter is the fastest and quickest median to reach all investors. Why wouldn't they use Twitter as a tool. Keeps investors up to date and keeps it public for the whole world to see. Nothing to hide.
9. They used to have public profiles, but people were flat out rude, mocking, and invading personal space. Same reason it is hard to find a direct phone, email or contact info for executives of any company.
No ones a fool. It's just a waiting game. Timing on these things is never exact. It happens when it happens. At least EPGL keeps us in the loop. I appreciate that.
That is correct COO didn't offer that. EPGL set the bidding at that amount.
That is why we invest...because it is under.....valued!!!! Not at value....but "under" valued. The key is to find an investment that has value to be captured at a future date. Novel idea.
EPGL is way undervalued at .07, .08, .09, .10, .11, .12, .13, .14, .15, .16, .17, .18, .19, .20. .21, it is at value at .22 based on negotiations. Once we know more on value of other developments EPGL could be under value at .22 as well.
Simple math.

It's proof enough that they PR'd it. That is more than any other company has done.
Oh please. News of a buyout or agreement and they will be just fine. Those people know what they were investing in.
So what happens when it proves to be blockbuster news in the near future? When this becomes the de facto standard for smart contact lens cases? What happens when hundreds of millions of people buy this case or multiple cases for their contacts? At that point it is considered a pump? Or would it be considered blockbuster. Take your pic, but understanding the the tech we are dealing with...I think blockbuster is what I will lean towards.
Share price really doesn't matter. EPGL will most likely be bought out. So who cares what the share price is. As long as you have shares you will reap the benefits. Anyone who has bought EPGL shares high or low has tickets for when the buyout happens. That is the important thing.
That is what people said of the personal computer back in the day. That's dumb no one will want one of those. Same will mobile apps. Same with iPods. Same with iTunes. Same with smart phones. And on and on and on.
It is the believers that make dreams come true. EPGL is believing and achieving new technology that can't be comprehended because people haven't been able to use it yet. Visionaries see through the mist to the clarity beyond. It is there that they can see clearly giving them the ability to move blindly through the darkness until the light comes and their vision is realized. EPGL has visionaries at the helm. It seems to me that they are trying to help us investors get a glimpse of what they are experiencing. Many cant see what they see yet. Those that can will reep the rewards. Those that can't won't. That simple.
No. It means that if you understand contact lenses they need fluid to stay moist for the eye. In a fluid environment it is hard to charge, sync, transfer analyze etc. remember the smart contact will become the gateway to the whole body.
Great start here. It is going to be fun to see the news after market and see how that impacts the pps.
Probably so investors don't freak out when they don't see it first thing in the morning or by close tomorrow.

Haha. Coopervision just got punked!! Looks like their hesitation lost them groundbreaking tech. They had the first right of refusal I thought. I hope Novartis and Google just gobble EPGL up and get this tech out to the world.
