I had no intention of looking into this, as I was comfortable with what I knew. Why would I look to double confirm what I already knew?????
Do not know where you got the idea that they were issued in July/Aug of last year. The restricted shares that were issued, were issued in late 2014 and early 2015. If I am incorrect, please reference the PR that talks about it.
Who needs to sign an NDA now? Is there a deal you are aware of that is not public yet?
Not optimism, but realism. He KNOWS what can and is being done.
Lots of ways to spin those numbers, but the bottom line is the bottom line. The company has a very small portion of their AS issued....and the large majority of those are restricted at least until the end of this year, and longer. Tightly coiled and ready to zoom. BTW....do you know when the final decision will be made for that Ethical Award you had mentioned.
I do not know what you are looking at, but I see a lot of interest in Bayport. The bids have been there all day.
Not many penny stocks with an AS of 700M have only a small portion of it issued. And even with that small portion, only maybe less than 10% of the AS is in the float. Great place to be right now, as it is coiled for a jump in price.
Nice to see the IBOX back talking about the facts about Bayport. It is well worth looking at.
LMFAO....Not certain how that calculation was made. If the last press release, from Bayport, was on 5/1....and at that time the high price of the day was .011......then how is .0086 a 60% reduction? Watch the price increase no, with any announcement, as it is very tightly wound, and only about 60M in the float. KABOOM!!!!!
Based upon last week's news release, we should look for something this Friday or on Monday.
CEO James Porter has been asked by friends to back out of the Micro-cap Ethical CEO of the Year, because they did not want him to take the award away from Mr. Joshua Shainberg, who was also nominated by the committee.
Remember James Porter was nominated for Micro-cap Ethical CEO of the Year, but I do not think he will accept this year's nomination.
Don't know....but is it possible that the deal is not in hardened concrete at this time? Maybe the deal was made with a handshake, as ethical people do, but the contract fine-tuning has not been signed. Just supposing.
They had $20K that I guess the company needed. As a bonus, it appears that maybe they were the ones that promoted the company in that spam PR, that drove the price up. That got some notice.
That really is funny as other than selling shares (4M shares are what we are talking about here...LOL) to this 'investor group' to obtain funds to run and expand the company's horizons, I see no other tradeable share issuance over the past 4 months or longer. Please post the details on what you are alleging.
I found it important that there was complete transparency. Remember that this is a non audited company that is allowing news of a share conversion? Rare???? I think so. Only the most honest and transparent, ethical management would do so.
Is this fact or speculation?
Those that watch with open eyes will reap the benefits of these deals.
I have heard that time and again, but it never happens. Bayport is a growing company, and we should see the proof of that very shortly.
Explain, if you would, exactly what Shainberg has gotten from Bayport to this point.
That probably is because there was none, until this just happened. The company must have needed this for an upcoming deal.
I think the company would be interested in talking to any reliable person/firm, that wanted to trade $20K in cash today, for shares to call Mr Porter. Any takers?
In a word YES!!!!!! I am not aware of any other convertible issues out there today.
Not that I think that issuing more shares into the market is always good or always bad, but how many shares are we talking about here, and the bigger thing is what the company has in mind for the money raised....Let's be real here....The whole thing just increased a 55 million to a 64 million share float. Hoop de do. I would expect that the $$$$ will show up in some shortly to be announced PR.
It appears to get a non speculative and definitive answer we will need to look at the audited financials when issued. As they are being reviewed by CPAs.
When you refer to dilution, are you saying that the company is issuing more tradeable shares? I did not see that, nor is the transfer agent aware of that. What source are you using to obtain this information, that no one else has?
That would be great, as at that time it was 2 to 3 cents. Great place to start the run. However, I missed your answer to that question about where the shares came from.
What shares are you referring to? Is someone selling newly issued shares? I do not think so, as the share structure has not changed recently. If you are referring to something else, please share it with us. With only 55M shares in the float, and many/most of those held very tightly, we are coiled for a great move up.
Probably just be updated, I would check again later today.
I found out from James Porter that he has been asked by friends to back out of the Micro-cap Ethical CEO of the Year, because they did not want him to take the award away from Mr. Joshua Shainberg, who was also nominated by the committee.
Porter is above reproach.....please post where he has done something unethical, and I will relay it to the committee.
Why would James Porter, nominee for Micro-cap Ethical CEO of the Year, want to get involved in something like that....he would not.
Please post a link to the articles of incorporation that show this company, Bayport International, is eight years old. I do not think it can be done. What I find interesting today is that on this kind of volume, and really no news, the stock moved as quickly as it did. That must come as a surprise to some, and to me it was what I knew was going to happen. Wait until later this week when the news hits.
That is great, if we too can expect a 1500% increase. I am not married to any company stock, as real investors should not be, and if I can make a 10 bagger, I will be out of some of it. As to the audit being completed....not too long until it is sent in to the SEC.....,and whoever is gambling on keep the price down by selling 10K at a time is in for a surprise.
Sounds more like experience to me.
So, a small group of people are buying/selling those 3M shares, to drive the price up and down?.....really funny allegation. That is ridiculous.
Bayport does not appear to be the one that did the paid promo. However, there does appear to be someone(s) who are trying to keep the price down by throwing 10K shares at a time on the ask.
They might just be digging themselves a deeper hole. The spring is very tightly coiled. How many shares can be sold short before it is too costly to continue?
What seems to be holding this back for at least a little while, is someone that wants/needs to keep the price down, throwing 10K shares out there for sale at below listed ask. They will run out of shares soon.
Great volume already, with over 1M already traded at close to 2 cents. We just might see 3 cents today. Bids are not stopping....going up??????
As I said, the bid is already sitting at 2 cents in pre-market.
