Tom-
Is $.60 our next wall we're trying to close above?
I did, so are we moving to "Newco"
"CytoDyn Inc. (the “ Company ”)"
"NewCo, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company"
We should easily be about $.60 right now...
Every time we start to move, someone drops a lower ask.
Sounds good,
Thanks for the input.
Chump,
What do you think the delay is with the news? Do you think that the Prostagene deal is not completed yet?
They want the company to go bankrupt so we can't fight their lawsuits, and the property will default back into their hands. Rinse repeat of the scam. They will most likely transfer the property, and create a new company, gift themselves the majority of the shares there, create a false demand and dump, making millions.
...Right? Just buy our company already
$13.80 takes us down 16%...
Wow another great day, almost 550k traded, and closed green! IMO If we get decent news it will send us back into the .60's no problem.
Not even noon and already over 300k traded. We're seeing higher volume days, which I take as a very good sign.
Nice find!
yes just about at 359k mark, I would like to see it again over 500k today. Also a close above the $.56 price.
Chump,
Do you think we'll hear news of the closing this week? If so, do you think it will be after the Paulson meeting?
I don't think we'll see financing until the close of Prostagene.
I was wondering the same thing. Is it the article, or is it news that got leaked? Either way, will they follow it up next week?
From what I understand our lawyers said it was a waste of time as this point. You're more than welcome to reach out to Dan and find out, and/or share that.
I'm going on what I was told, I think if it was that easy it would be done, I can't imagine them not trying to get rid of the lawsuits prior to trying to secure funding.
Apparently not that easy in Canada, they tend to side with the plaintiffs and grant more time. Like Currah kept mentioning, it would take years. If it was in the US then it would be a different story.
Sadly it didn't have to be a scam. That's the chosen path. After 10 years. I'm really not hopeful anymore. The lawsuits kept the financing from us, which we needed. It still may happen, but day after day it's looking more dim. We have zero volume, and when we do it is 1-3 trades.
I don't blame current management at all, it was previous management who not only set us up to fail, but then halted progress with fake lawsuits.
I hope someday (sooner would be better) that they get what is coming to them. I hope the OSC does their job, and stops this criminal ring. Same cast of characters Joshua Gold, Sarissa, Canadian Cannabis, I mean come on, they're all failures.
I sure hope so, and we get some news next week!
I hope this is the catalyst that is driving the price up today!
Could be that SA article, or could be that news is around the corner as Chump keeps hinting at. Either way it's good to see a 6 in the front!
Reach out and offer to help? Nothing I can do, I think the terms needed money behind it...$1m+ You can get a seat on the board, and who knows sky's the limit!
Those frivolous lawsuits are keeping the funding away, that's what's stopping productions. No money, can't move forward plain and simple. If you know some investors who will get involved, have them contact Dan with their terms. It's that easy.
Agreed.
If anything these PR's are building a nice launching pad. IMO When we do get financing news we will be back in the $.60's-.70's
Larger volume on lower bids/asks can't be a good sign. Sigh
I'm not saying they won't. But until it's done, its not concrete IMO
I would have to agree with him. Nothing concrete has happened yet, we just added a new guy who could be/get financing, but no financing secured yet.
Pestell will be named CMO, we will get prostagene, but the deal hasn't closed yet.
They're definitely loading the deck for something. Bring in the Cancer market, and a billionaire. Still perplexed why they went to Paulson if this guy was available?
It was nice to see the SP about the $.50 mark for a brief second. Hopefully this addition will be the fist of many moves to get this company's value to where it should be.
Yes it is true that this is a biotech. However IMO we've made it through the toughest parts which is safety, and proving the medicine works. 2 phase 3 treatments, which just need the final evaluations by the FDA. This isn't the stage you sell out at. Also we are extremely undervalued, I've been involved in other biotechs that are in P1 & P2, and have a larger market value. If this was in P2, and that $3 came, sure I would take it.
I would not. I think with the recent additions of cancer this company should easily be worth 10x-15x that, and that is a deal and a half.
I happen to think the closing of Prostagene, will provide a positive to the share price. As I mentioned before, the Cancer market is way bigger and more valuable than the HIV market. Having a world class cancer specialist on board will open up new venues,
IMO
You have to look at the offer at todays value, not future value. Say something goes wrong, then what are his shares worth? Today we are trading at $.48 x 10m, is $4.8m to the good Dr.
Hey it was just a theory. Again the previous CC point in the direction we were done with this type of financing, and had turned down others. Why 2 weeks later, more Paulson?
Then why a month later is the deal not closed?
A theory I have for the Paulson raise is;
We as a company have been touting Pestell as the future of the company, with Cancer.
The company hasn't closed the deal, now Prostagene has leverage to ask for whatever they want...IMO that wasn't a sound thing to do, including him, and announcing him prior to the deal close.
All IMO
I think the Paulson raise was an unexpected event. Prostagene possibly wanted shares + Cash
Lets just hope it was unforeseen circumstances in which the company needed quick short term funding.
Maybe the Prostagene deal needed cash as well as shares?
I wouldn't worry about it, nor feel the need to vanish for a while, I think everyone was upset about the Paulson funding. I know I was, I also was a bit harsh via text.
It was a double blow IMO
1. More Paulson...
2. Nader made it seem as though we were done with them, mentioning the fact the company had been turning down financing. So I felt that was deceitful on his part.
Interesting read for sure
Slide 29, came out and said Dr. Pestell to be named CM), which we knew, but you don't present it, unless you have a done deal.
Not to mention there was quite a bit of cancer content, which looks to be the future focus of CytoDyn. A market way bigger, and much more profitable than HIV.
Still perplexed about Paulson...
