There doesn't seem to be a store on any street in Mexico that sells the drinks. Word on the street is "What happened to those drinks there was such a hullabaloo about?"
You are hand in glove with Jerry Grisaffi and no doubt have been given a parcel of RTON shares to talk it up big like you are doing just as you have with at least one other company he was involved with.
Your paid opinion is pure bullshit jerseyfish. Heard it all before about other stocks that were dogs. At least try to come up with something new instead of reworking the same tired old crap.
Why would you think your mug shot is of the slightest interest to anyone?
You speak as though you are some kind of respectable authority whereas anyone who is familiar with your grubby history knows what a fool and liar you really are.
Wise up folks, jerseyfish is poison to honest investing.
How many shares has Jerry paid you this time jerseyfish?
What is the point you think you are making?
CBD Life is the only company in the country with a license to sell CBD-infused beverages.
Of Nutrisa, GOmart, Rappi and Claro shop only Claro shop advertises Rocket High and California availability and that through internet selling. Not a retail street store in sight. It may be that the COFEPRIS approval for CBD Life's CBD infused beverages has some strict attaching restrictions that CBD Life isn't keen to "share" with us.
https://rockethigh.com/pages/puntos-de-venta
https://www.claroshop.com/resultados/q=CBD%20Life/marca=CBD/categoria=21046/1
You need to stay away from phony products and keep taking your standard approved meds.
Yawn ... GNC has disappeared from that puntos de venta page. No squeals of delight about them any more on the other board. Adios Carlos Slim. No Rocket High and California shown on the GO Mart and Rappi products pages. The expansion is in your imagination.
RMHB and CBD life Rocket high expanding in MX as quarentine [sic] lightens up...
That is most informative and it ought really be put up on the head lemming's board for discussion but as we know doing so would just be a waste of time.
Puerto Rico reconstruction and the hand sanitizer show what a pile-onto-the-latest boom mentality they have. Let's not forget either that CBD itself is something of a boom-time business with all the fancy market predictions that are being made. I guess when their core business HEMPd is such a plodder (coming after the Rocky Mountain High flop) and Mexico has come to very little following the 420 Grand Launch then they need to do some flashy vaudeville to show they are still alive.
As you point out they don't have the working and investment funding to take on hand sanitizer. The Raw Pharma deal is somewhat smelly. When they think they are going to pay for the plant out of future earnings then that in itself is a large red flag.
And another one:
Exactly! Yes, it was very generous of adirondackhi to share with us that publicly available release and not just keep it to himself. This board is a model for how to share everything and posters to thank each other for all the wonderful sharing that goes on.
A relevant and informative response to #63942 on the other board which was unaccountably removed:
What is Melatonin?
https://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/what-is-melatonin
Is It Safe?
While melatonin generally brings fewer side effects than other sleep medicines, you could still have:
Daytime sleepiness
Headache
Dizziness
Stomach discomfort
Anxiety
Crankiness
A "heavy head" feeling
Short-lived depression
Melatonin supplements might cause problems if you take them with some medicines, including:
Blood-thinning medications (anticoagulants)
Drugs that suppress the immune system (immunosuppressants)
Diabetes drugs
Birth control pills
Tell your doctor if you're thinking about taking any supplement, especially if you take any medicine or have a health condition.
The natural form of melatonin might have a virus or other issues. If you take melatonin, pick a synthetic type.
How Well Does It Work?
Everybody reacts differently to medicines and supplements, so melatonin may or may not work for you.
Some studies say it could help with jet lag and some sleep issues like delayed sleep phase disorder, shift work disorder, and some sleep disorders with children.
Other research shows it may let people with insomnia fall asleep slightly faster. It may also help you sleep better through the night, but not necessarily longer.
Still more studies have shown that melatonin doesn't help sleep problems at all. There's also not enough research to say it helps with any issues not related to sleep.
There is no legal problem producing hand sanitizer.
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/20/fda-says-it-wont-take-action-against-manufacturers-that-start-making-hand-sanitizer.html
It's a bit weird that the sale price would be paid out of future revenue generated by the plant. That doesn't really compute. Do Raw Pharma really think RMHB could run the plant any better than they can?
Failure is an option:
"We intend to fund the cash payments required under the agreement with Raw Pharma, as well as the cash needed to buy the additional equipment described above, from the expected cash flow provided by the operations of the facility. In the event that cash flow from the facility’s operations is insufficient to meet our payment obligations or to fund our additional equipment needs, we will be required to secure sufficient additional debt and/or equity financing arrangements to meet these needs. There can be no assurance that such additional financing will be available to us on acceptable terms, or at all."
I don't know where they think all the disposable revenue is going to come from for working capital and to meet the looming payments and buy and install new equipment.
But... but... it's hemp oil not snake oil! You mean to say it mightn't really work? That's shocking.
A search produced this dated Nov 2018 and I don't know there has been any change since then:
"In states where recreational and medical marijuana is legal, such as California, CBD derived from the cannabis plant is taxed and regulated, but can be sold only at dispensaries. But as far as the federal government is concerned, CBD pulled from industrial hemp is unregulated, untaxed and illegal."
RMHB wants unregulated retail outlets not low volume dispensaries to be able to unrestrictedly sell CBD beverages. They don't actually sell upfront CBD beverages to the general public, they coyly market HEMPd drinks that contain "hemp extract". I don't know how Joe Public is supposed to be aware that it really means CBD.
Incidentally the HEMPd cans don't state they contain CBD, they say Hemp Extract so how's that for "mainstream"? I suggest a little homework would be in order.
They actually said they were converting a small shots line to gel hand sanitizer and intending to put in a new bigger line for sanitizer while the main beverages line would continue. Much of the rest of your post is right on target.
And I'm saying there is a huge amount of BS surrounding CBD. Sticking it in beverages in this un-targetted way (to con the general public) is opportunistic and pretty ridiculous. After folks have tried it and found they don't feel any different they may think twice about coming back for a second helping.
This tired old nag hasn't bolted down the racetrack, it is asleep in the stall.
The company stooge who posted the video didn't make that claim. If it was the newly acquired plant then they would have made a big song and dance about it.
When and where the video was shot is not disclosed. Knowing the stooge's methods it could even have been some time ago.
You don't know it is.
A post in response to #63389 which soon disappeared on the other board:
So it's all part of the plan that they aren't in big retail stores yet because they want to build up trust first. You guys are so entertaining. I guess if the Dallas office were to burn down you'd be saying it was a good thing really because it was getting too small anyway.
A response to #63392 on the other board:
Where it has got to after nearly 3 years is the drinks still aren't widely available in Mexico. But lots of continuing chatter about how great things are going to be.
How much profit per can (not some BS revenue figure) does RMHB stand to make from its Cortez-like push into Mexico?
The CBD market is finely calculated to .8 million dollars in five years time? LOL. The game apparently is to try to show how authentic the projection is through its extreme accuracy.
But geeze, a relaxant, anti-inflammatory, tranquilizer, soporific and analgesic (for "stress, inflamation, anxiety, sleep & pain") all in a can of fab tasting drink you are able to buy at a corner store. This could turn the entire pharmaceutical industry on its head.
A response to #63377 on the other board which did not survive the dictatorship:
1. When they produce it and it goes on sale. No.
2. No. Hand sanitizers are for fighting off germs not for some putative nutritional benefit. CBD has not yet (but give it time) been determined to have a germicidal effect.
Washing your hands does not weaken them. As well your hands do not suffer from anxiety and have no need to experience a "mellow" feeling as reported here by some super-sensitive CBD consumers.
I am about out of hand sanitizer.
1. When is RMHB selling theirs? Can I buy it now?
2. Will it have CBD in it?
My hands could use the extra health benefit considering all the extra hand washing the past few months and probably the rest of our lives since COVID.
The research in question is being done at the The University of Lethbridge which is ranked in last place (30th) in the List of Best Universities in Canada 2020

A recent post responding to #63360 on the other board that was quickly removed:
Sounds like a husband and wife team, not peer reviewed, no large scale validation and they are making a pitch for more funding. A long way to go.
There is no shortage of allegedly promising fixes for COVID-19 and it was only a matter of time before the CBD therapy pushers climbed on board.
I rest my case.
He'll need a lot better luck than he had with the Tasmanian oil explorer he promoted long and loud which went phut. Such a shame all those billions (even trillions) of barrels never saw the light of day.
Why give them double exposure by re-posting them here? They can always come here and do it themselves if they are up to it.
From the other board:
This lot know as much about running a canning/bottling plant as they would sending a rocket to the moon. Out of aluminium for cans, unwanted cans dumped in a derelict resort, cans lost somewhere in Mexico, now leaking cans. You couldn't make this stuff up. Seeberger has read Bottling for Dummies and found you need bottles, caps, and something to put in the bottles. ROFL
More stuff ups:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/rocky-mountain-high-brands-qb-RMHB/stock-news/82515197/current-report-filing-8-k
More dilution, this time from leaking cans.
If your shorts are too tight you should buy a bigger size. Complaining here won't help.
Feel-good generalisation about a rude awakening doesn't cut it. The old being-in-the-know game ran out of steam years ago. Another poster has spelled out the nonsense parroted about short sellers that even the most dim witted should be able to understand.
CBD Life is running out of time to be the exclusive CBD drinks retailer in Mexico and they don't even have a bricks and mortar outlet yet. Rappi has nothing to home deliver, not that it would be a big money spinner if they did.
California is in love with THC not girly-girly fizzy CBD.
You will need inexhaustible patience for those stooge-grant shares to be worth more than a bicycle (forget the Bentley) and cup of coffee.
Going by their past performance there is no reason at all to believe this "looser" is going to become a winner. The story of the ugly duckling turning into a beautiful swan is only a fairy tale. Welch, Seeberger and cronies are the only ones making money here. Best sell those 25,000 stooge payment shares while they are still worth something and move on.
Correction:
there are no b & m sites there at all
A month after the 4/20 Grand Launch in Mexico the only point of sale (Rocket High and California) is still just internet Claro-shop. The Rappi link does not advertise the drinks and it leads nowhere else ("We are not yet in your area" "We will soon be in your area"). So not only do they have no bricks and mortar sites of importance in Mexico, there are b & m sites there at all.
Mexico which was touted as being a great future is looking pretty much a dud.
A while back he said in explaining his erratic postings that he suffered from dementia. I kid thee not, he said it. So yes.
