Mark shouldn’t be thinking of NASDAQ until the fins are up to date. I agree with that. Take all ideas step by step first. One thing at a time.
No, you did! You said that Mark never filed because he doesn't want to tell the truth about any audit. Yes, you did. You even agreed when someone else mentioned "THE TRUTH" being part of the problem too.
No we don't know the reason why Mark never filed. There are certainly a number of people who would like to treat him like a puppet so we could put words in Mark's mouth but that certainly isn't the way to go.
We don’t know that for certain, now do we? No we don’t. There’s no doubt a reason Mark had to change auditors and we certainly are not privy to that reason. But to say Mark is trying to hide the truth is a matter of opinion and treating him like he’s a puppet where we can put words in his mouth is wrong.
And again, that’s your opinion. Not certainly taken from Marks mouth that’s for sure.
Well that’s just your opinion, Janice, and you certainly don’t work at the SEC.
Ha! Good point. Which scam is it then.
I don’t. Mikecr was the one showing the links to the two patents from the US Patent and Trademark Office. I don’t have the links. But you can believe anything you want.
That’s still a matter of opinion because we don’t know what Mark is thinking.
Again, “they just don’t want to publish the truth” is all your opinion why the fins haven’t come out, and in fact, has no factual basis to it. Truth be told, nobody knows why Mark has taken so long in not releasing fins. FACT.
That’s what I’ve been thinking all along that the SEC is seen as some kind of supreme being and they’re not giving the company a chance. This stock is purposely being beat to death and the only one to save it is Mark.
Maybe...just maybe all the court cases being done. We really don't know.
I agree and that's why I put it as a post. So many are putting such an emphasis about the financial reports and making it sooo important that there could be a conspiracy then about the books being cooked. It's not so far fetched really. But oh well. Mark is such a liar that why not just make another conspiracy about him paying an auditor off???
Oh for God's sake, I was kidding for one! But it is a thought that an auditor would cook the books for money. I kicked it around on the board because so many are believing the financial reports are a dream come true, but what IF the books could be rigged, then what? It's just a thought and that's all it was. Get with the program, Janice. I was testing the board about this!
Well they do own at least two patents. That part is incorrect. You can ask MikeCR about that one. He even showed proof from the US Patent and Trademark Office link.
I bet we don’t see a penny, how about that.
Yep, and in their first 8k released in 2016 I believe it was, they paid well over I think $200,000. A lot of money not to want to file at all. I wonder if the company got that money back?
Too many want to believe in financial statements. I bet you wouldn’t if you knew that an auditor would cook the books for certain amount of money. Not saying it’s right but it is possible. Let’s see how many believe in those financial reports now, huh?
Who’s to say a financial report can’t be cooked up...made fake if the money is right. Too many believe even in financial reports. The only thing is that everyone has to keep their mouths shut, that’s the only drawback. If enough people can stay quiet it can be done.
Oh yes, we are so innocent. No reason at all for not filing financials. Wow, I am so pleased that innocence isn’t the answer. No one can do any wrong.
I’m so glad that there is a clear understanding how auditors work on completing audits. And you know for certain that another auditor would start from scratch? I’m not certain at all. I don’t know anything about audits to tell you straight up.
And you know they have no good excuse for not filing how? Maybe something came up that’s beyond our understanding. Quite possible.
Everyone can dog Mark as much as they want to, but Mark still has his side of the story we haven’t heard yet. The 8k tells only a part of the story.
Never intended to become current is a matter of opinion AND we don’t know Marks side of the story. It’s nice we can speak up for Mark like he’s some darn puppet and move his mouth for him.
Good for you. I haven’t sold anything. Expect this company to pull through despite the disappointments. It will pay off.
Because Jason Nielson apparently needed the money and that’s why he sold. Notice he didn’t sell most of his shares. But let all the conspiracies begin.
Very good point. Is it more effective asking questions on IHUB than visiting the company? That hits home.
Yes it is. If I had the ability to buy more I would.
Those who have visited the company can tell you a lot more than the noise you would normally hear on here. Or, better yet, go visit the company like so many of us have. Visiting is a real eye-opener.
That’s fine. I went and visited the company and changed my outlook is all I’m saying. Whether it would change anybody else’s outlook is up to them.
Well that's up to P.T. Barnum. Barnum never went to visit the company. I DID!
That never stopped me. In fact, I knew about the Caveat Emptor and decided to visit the company instead. Glad I did. It changed my whole way of thinking about the company and made me want to invest despite the Caveat Emptor warning.
Haha, not really. Did you not read my post closely? I guess not. I said I went to visit the company and it changed my mind about not investing. That’s as “wisely” investing as one can get. Lol. Visiting the company.
Visiting the company in my opinion would stop speculation. I never would have invested in a Caveat Emptor company if I hadn’t visited. I’m glad I did. It put my mind at rest. But to dog the company just over no financials is a tad bit overboard.
Flying out to take a tour for some on here is asking too much. It’s far better to speculate and call it as fact. Strange reasoning I know.
Hey, I don’t know their reason for not filing but to in fact say they are hiding something is still wrong. And I’m sure that’s still what you are trying to say. Sorry, but I still must disagree until there are facts to back it up.
Yeah but to put a spin on their reason for not filing is wrong to. Fact is, nobody really knows why. To say that they are trying to hide something is dead wrong. I want the truth here myself, but until I know the exact reason I’m not gonna spin things to make up false stories.
Well that’s pure speculation to say that the company is trying hide things. Truth is that they just haven’t filed yet and we don’t know why. Just leave it at that without putting our own spin on things, shall we.
I know, really right.
Haha! Yeah right. I’ve got all day. Bring it!
