Look for sideways trading until news comes out.
Close around .0235 +/- .0005 today will allow for nice steady uptrend without volatile trading.
Hence..NOT ONE..of the perps I asked that question too ever replied to me! They all avoided my inquisistions as to the possibility that they would list a new license under PAN AM!
Probably filing under Pan American now..not Cotton Western
Not sure but have to ask.. If they are in process of changing the company name wouldn't that business license have to be listed now under Pan American?
Did you call? If I saw that I would definitely call to confirm!
LEVEL 2 ANYONE?
Any smart buisnessman would tell the lowball figure to ensure info made public is as accurate as possible. Anything after that is a PLUS+.

Hope thats not the phone number that he does buisness with otherwise posting it could cause missed buisness calls from potential buyers

LEVEL 2 for last 30 minutes anyone?
First hour is showing strong indications of holding the gap up today. Should prove very good for rest of trading week!
Does anyone have a LEVEL 2? Chart Looks like todays support level is .015 which it bounced off once already..looking to bounce off a second time in first 40 minutes of market. How many on the bid and where are we stacking?
It has to hit $75 dollars a share to compare to MADOFF! I'll hold mine till then!
Wish I got in a few days sooner..I bought in Friday morning at .0058 and bought again yesterday @ .0102! I like the strong projections! Lets Rock this Puppy out!

Glad to hear it to. Jack has a poor public relations ethic.
You should forward that to Ken so that he can see the poor quality of communication from Jack to the companies shareholders. That 3rd paragraph doesn't state yes or no on findings. And his PR specifically says that when additional results are received meaning they still have more. Why is Jack portraying negative company image. His words are an instrumental piece to KATs public image.
RARE EARTH FINANCE NEWS HEADLINE ON YAHOO RIGHT NOW!!
BEIJING (AP) -- China said it is reducing the amount of rare earths it will export for the first half of the year by more than 10 percent -- likely to be an unpopular move worldwide since the minerals are vital to the manufacture of high-tech products.
China accounts for 97 percent of the global production of rare earths, which are essential to devices as varied as cell phones, computer drives and hybrid cars. Countries were alarmed when Beijing blocked shipments of the minerals to Japan earlier this year amid a dispute over islands claimed by both countries.
Concerns over China's grip on rare earths has led countries on a hunt for alternative sources. A number of companies in North America -- notably Molycorp Inc. in the U.S. and Thompson Creek Metals Co. in Canada -- are hurrying to open or reopen rare earth mines. Two Australian companies are also preparing to mine rare earths.
China has been reducing export quotas of rare earths over the past several years to cope with growing demand at home. A Commerce Ministry spokesman has also said that China is cutting its exploration, production and exports out of environmental concerns.
Numbers released Tuesday by China's Commerce Ministry show export quotas of the rare minerals will be down 11 percent next year as compared to the same period this year. China usually issues a second batch of quotas during the year, and it is not known how the figures will change later in 2011.
The new numbers say China is allocating 14,446 tons (13,105 metric tons) of rare earths among 31 companies. China allocated 16,304 tons (14,790 metric tons) among 22 companies in the first batch of quotas this year.
The ministry said in a online statement late Tuesday that the quotas for the rest of the year were still under discussion and would be released later. The statement also cautioned that it wasn't appropriate to guess the trend of future quotas based on the first allocation.
Earlier this month, state media reported that China plans to raise duties on some rare earth exports starting next year, but it did not say which minerals would be affected or how much the tax would be.
A state media report Tuesday said China is preparing to set up a rare earths association that would include nearly all of the country's leading rare earth companies, and could help them to coordinate their negotiating position. The report posted on the Sina Corp. portal said the association should be set up in May.
The United States last week threatened to go to the World Trade Organization with its concerns over China and rare earths. When asked for comment during a regular press briefing Tuesday, China Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu declined to answer.
But China has had to address the global concerns numerous times since the spat with Japan.
"China is not using rare earth as a bargaining chip," Wen Jiabao, China's top economic official, told a China-European Union business summit in Brussels in October.
The estimated average concentration of rare earth elements in the Earth’s crust, which ranges from around 150 to 220 parts per million , exceeds that of many other metals that are mined on an industrial scale, such as copper (55 parts per million) and zinc (70 parts per million).
Unlike most commercially mined base and precious metals, however, ***rare earth elements are "rarely" concentrated into mineable ore deposits.***
And all I know is that some big hands filled up with large stakes in KAT with the huge selloff last week. This is a fact!!
That much volume doesnt trade unless someone is buying what the scared were selling!
So its obvious that big players did step in on Friday and were givin a %*#! load of cheapies!

Say what you want but by this time next year after all the work Ken has done this year..and if the company performs the same way over the next 12 months I'm predicting a solid PPS of .20+.
IMHO of course

I still think we have it and I believe Ken does too. Why purchase 37 sq km of new claims around RR?
Mineralization? I think we do!
Gold? I hope we do!
REE? WE ALL KNOW WE DO!
"I dont know" but from looking at those core sample images a little harder, I've determined that the third set of pics are from 30-40 meters. I would assume from RR10-02 seeing how that is what the PR was mostly based on and the depth markings on the cores.
Which, leads me to the assumption that after looking at the other pictures ((I am gonna go out on a whim here because I dont have a lab nor do I hold a degree in geology and even if I did it would be impossible to conclude from just some images)) but it appears to show some signifigant gold mineralization in one of the solo sample images. I would make an educated guess and assume this pic was submitted with the PR to represent the brief statement about the mineralazation that was identified in the 245 meters on RR10-02.
THESE TWO SENTENCES WERE ADDED CONSECUTIVELY IN THE PR!
"...plus gold potential within altered peralkaline felsic volcanic rocks in RR10-02.
Hole RR10-02 intersected variably altered and mineralized peralkaline felsic volcanic rocks throughout the upper 245 meters of the 344 meter long hole."

Look at the core samples more closely and enlarge the images. I'm not a geologist but my roommate, good friend and climbing partner of ten years is; However he is out mudlogging on a rig in TX so I can not get his input at this time.
I just want to see if anyone was able to draw the same conclusion as I have. I will say that I have been in KATX since early November of 09 and I have been a geology enthusiast for many years. I have taken a lot of time and effort studying geolgy as I like to keep my mind busy when I am in the backcountry hiking from place to place. Sometimes looking for, and taking field samples home myself to analyze.
I have a warm fuzzy about RR. I believe we do have a great property here and I am sticking with it. I understand the PR may have been poorly written, and that, more time and effort should have been placed into associating specific points in the PR, as well as "my" brain buster, "the images."
Were the images submitted for identifying the incunclusive findings as mentioned in the PR that the company is enthusiastically awaiting? My guess is yes.
We are dealing with professional geologist. Not New York Times editors. Sometimes in the heat of excitement and enthusiasm ,one can easily lose focus, and in writing as is sometimes done in speech a PR can be misinterpreted and in this case was released to the public which that could not elaborate what was meant to be said and a sense of self interpretation had to be drawn upon from us, the investors.
IMHO stop losses and panick selling pushed this stock down today but please remember that 99% of the samples still have not been returned to the company from the lab and there will be much, much more to come in the following weeks.
Patience is a Virtue!
Looking for solid mature responses only..if you only wish to show sarcasm please do not reply. Anyone who has field experience I would greatly appreciate hearing your inputs on this and where the breakdown occured and what your professional analysis of the imagery and the PR said to you.
IMHO this PR was very bi-polar in its reading. "But if read correctly it shows much promise."
For those of you that jumped ship or are nervous and undecided whether you should sell your stake and take the loss; or buy at current PPS I encourage you to do your research and draw your conclusion from your own findings.
IMHO once again, I completely expect to see samples come in from the lab that will have gold mineralization in the results.
The Gold Bug has been infecting a large amount of investors these days. You must understand that we are a mineral exploration company, GOLD WAS NOT OUR PRIMARY GOAL ON RR[/B], so we will have our ups and our downs. Be alert and be responsible of what you are getting involved in when you buy into KATX.
If its gold your after look at KATG/BVIG.
sincerely

Will do...but i must depart soon to head out to get some last minute holiday shopping done.
As far as the PR goes it only revealed 10 meters of core from labs on RR10-02 and nothing else. When we get those Copper numbers from RR10-01 and the mineralization finding on the +250 meters from RR10-02 and everyone gets to see the actual potential and value of RR things will get real interesting.
Wishing you a Very Merry Christmas!!!
They just don't understand minerals!! They only understand gold. Gold is headline news everyday..they need to look at REE and learn to understand and value REE.
The analyses indicate a 7.5m interval from 30.0 to 37.5m having elevated rare earth elements and zircon, returning a weighted average of 0.164% TREO (including yttrium) consisting of 0.113% LREO and 0.051% HREO (including yttrium).
And this was from only a 4" drill hole that was over 10 meters reported to company!!! 75 percent of the 10 meters reported elevated REE!!! WOW..When you factor in that this is only 1 small diameter core sample in a mound that is as huge as RR I'm impressed!! Everyone needs to get off the gold bus and remember we are a mineral exploration company..not a gold company! The gold is still promising from what I can tell and was able to extract from the PR..over 250 meters mineralized in RR10-02!!!
Drilling tested two separate target areas: a deep coincident gravity and magnetics anomaly in drill hole RR10-01 and Rare Earth Element (REE) plus gold potential within altered peralkaline felsic volcanic rocks in RR10-02.
Hole RR10-02 intersected variably altered and mineralized peralkaline felsic volcanic rocks throughout the upper 245 meters of the 344 meter long hole
I'M IN!!!!
VERY GOOD READING THAT MAY EXPLAIN WHAT WE HAVE!!
I SEARCHED KEY WORD / AND PHRASES .. EXPLAINS LREE AND HREE VERY WELL IN THIS READ!
http://www.mndm.gov.on.ca/mines/ogs/resgeol/rfe/districts/kenora/rec/Rare-Earth%20Elements.pdf
Only 10m turned in for RR10-02 and they have reports confirming REE!
"Results have been received for the upper section of the drill hole from 30 to 40.1m"!!
"The analyses indicate a 7.5m interval from 30.0 to 37.5m having elevated rare earth elements and zircon."
RR10-01 reports copper mineralization throughout most of the drill hole (including native copper and chalcopyrite).
Lots more to come!!
I'm surprised that many shares were up for grabs at .067!! Wonder what his limit was on his buy order?
I just grabbed 20k for the holiday!
