News coming!!!!
Not looking likely.
Time will tell which one of you is correct.
The flipping play sure got snuffed out today. Predictability is now gone. Will go up when we least expect it from now on. Expect more reviews from new sources to drive pps north in the coming days/weeks/months. All about luck of timing now. Glad I'm not flipping.
Good luck!
Not to mention all trades for the last 2.5 hours were hits on the ASK. Looking good. Loving Hayes' strategy right now.
More hits on the ASK then those on the BID. There's no panic or rush to exit EPGL. The fear level is low. Time will tell.
Not nearly enough sellers, as of yet. EPGL pps will jump around a bit but will most likely always settle in the somewhere in the .03's for the time being. Good luck.
What poor shareholders? In EPGL? I don't see any.
More people know what's coming then those that don't. Expect a slow rise in pps in the near future. Strategy at its best.
Go EPGL!
Could care less.
Great stuff. Looking forward to the next few weeks. Will be good.
For starters, just one thing, the 3 patents aren't pending. They are granted
Might wanna redo that DD.
Escape while you can!! Run for those hills! Don't let the big bad EPGL IP monster get ya!!!! The Horror!!!
Oh, the horror!!!! THE HORROR!!!!
Would be awesome!
Look at the calander.
Hopefully it does. Less resistance tomorrow and more buying high from those that sell low.
Pretty much a guarantee that WSG&R gave the thumbs up for this. They wouldn't of approved if they thought Hayes was incorrect with his assessment. In fact, you can bet they had they had the potential of EPGL's tech appraised before coming to a buyout range. It's legit.
Wish there was more selling going into the news. Leads to less resistance after the news.
They wouldn't be releasing the reports if they didn't think they would have a positive affect. We are in for some great news over the next few weeks.
Great day today. While I would of preferred to see more selling heading into the buyout update/IP report release coming tomorrow, everything was pretty much nice and smooth. Some traders got suckered into trading the occasional wide spread. Tomorrow will be good. As will the week after and the week after that as the IP reports come pouring out. EPGL wouldn't be doing the reports if they or WSG&R thought they weren't good enough. Gonna be a good ride.
Feels good not having any pressure to have to time pps movements in order to buy/sell shares like short term traders/flippers. Loaded up with millions, & long until the endgame, like so, so many others. Good times.
Lot of eyes will be reading those. Should be good.
Stabilizing nicely. Should chill around here until the 30th and then we will see an increase in volatility come the 31st.
The horror!!! Lol
Depends on who you ask.
Nice sideways movement for the final 3 hours. Given the update, those playing for the completed capital raise pulled out and those playing for the continued progression played the dip. Its going to be fun 4 trading days leading up to the IP report.
Nice close, given the update. Looks like those in for only the flip have made their exits. I expect we hang out in the high .03's mid .04's leading up to the first IP report.
Taking profits, cutting losses, it's a good mix of it all. For the amount of shares that were purchased since the surge began, it doesn't look like many are bailing.
If it was a bear raid, you'd see much faster action and much more volume. This is just flippers, who were playing the odds for the capital to be raised by the 31st. They are moving on, as they should. Their play for that goal is done. The buyout will still occur, just later. Hence why we are seeing long term shareholders stay in, while some take some off the board to be able to buy back in on the dip.
We are all pretty excited to see the reports starting next week.
Filled! Could start seeing some dip buyers come in.
Patent reports will show value of the company and get us more bang for our buck with the buyout! Great update today!
Let's fill that gap!
Great development! Looking forward to the reports and continued awareness.
With time perhaps. Not by the 31st. If it happens that quick, I expect .098-.12. When InWith goes public down the road, you can expect that kind of market cap. If you want .25+, you can get it. You'll need to roll your shares into InWith though, like many of us, and wait a bit longer for the continued growth of the company. Don't expect .25 ultra new term.
Additionally, the more patents that are approved, the more you can get. All and all I'm happy either way. Will be rolling shares into InWith anyways most likely. I'll make far more money being invested in InWith then f'n around with other crap. Knowing what you own is powerful.
Just takes time to raise money with that many commas in it.
Confidence is a tricky animal. There is plenty of confidence that the company will continue its progression, get more patents approved, and eventually get bought out by InWith at +.098.
Then there is confidence regarding whether the pps will hold or continue to rise. I think all investors are worried about that and therefore, depending on your trading strategy, I think confidence in pps stability in the near term is shaky. OTC's are littered with emotional traders where greed and fear are dominant.
If you're loaded up with millions like many of us who are, who are in it till the end game, whose knowledge of the company/tech is superior to the average trader, and whom can sleep with peace, the day to day fluctuations are irrelevant. We aren't going to trade long term shares for short term. The end game is all that matters.
Wilson Ronsini Goodrich & Rosati are no joke. They are heavies with major connections. Not a question of if they raise the capital for the buyout, but when. In the meantime, let the small fish do their thing. Knowledge equals power.
.10-.25 is the range we are looking at. I think if the deal is done by the 31st, it would be closer to the .098 range. It has to be high enough to satisfy PWC as well. It would take more time to raise the money for a higher buyout price. I hope it's not done by the 31st, as I have the patience to wait longer. But I'll take .098.
It's amazing! It took a long time to get this point. Confidence is soaring among long term shareholders. Looking forward to the update. I think we could see a completion by summers end
