I don't know. there are 2 articles on alex at ripoffreports.com. one from 2009 and one from 2015 I believe. the earlier article seems to be from an insider in the circle and is really scary. the later article appears to be more about epiq and another company.

you could become a chro customer as well as shareholder. restaurants must have lights, air conditioning, walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. you could see first hand the energy savings :) now wouldn't that be a hoot :)

might want to get a smaller glass for next chro toast :) those 2 retrofits they proudly displayed pictures of - what do you think was the total cost? maybe three thousand at most. the biggest cost would be the rental of the scissor lift :) what was it - around 140 bulb replacements and some gadgets on a couple roof top AC units? all combined; maybe around seven thousand in savings in seven years:) divide that into the AS or OS if it makes you feel better :) not quite enough to pay for booze, food and trips :)

what is the going rate? around $15.00 a square foot? COIT must be paying around $80.00 a square foot. not much meat left for the shareholders :)

what were those devices they were installing between the coke and the dr pepper in the walk-in coolers? did not even tie into the evaporator. don't see where it could have been more than a temperature sensor. not very large roof top units. maybe 10 ton capacity :)
a quality retrofit would be doing a reset schedule on discharge temperature of chilled water that had been running at a specific setpoint on a 1000 ton chiller. and tell them to stop copying articles from BOMA Magazine :)
maybe buy at .0005 for a flip :) saw pictures of those top notch deal retrofits :)
