Photos and video of PCFG producing gold. Taken several weeks ago, this company is very legit:

PCFG- a legit Junior Miner, right in the middle of the 2nd richest gold area in the world! Our producing mine is between Barrick and Newmont in the Cortez Gold Trend. Here's the article:

Ref: Thnk You, timing is everything when it comes to the stockmarket
Could not agree more. Best of luck to you.
Ref: "Someone who knows something?" It's been my experience that gossip and information are readily available in small towns. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing and vice versa. Several someones in the very small community of Crescent Valley know what's going on. Too bad we're not in on it. Here's to hoping they're the ones paying for the "pump".
Wolverine1997, the poster I replied to stated it was PCFG that paid for the promotion. PCFG, in all probability, did not make the payment or, it would have stated them specifically as having made payment.
The confusion is not your fault. I'm simply trying make it very clear that PCFG did not pay for this "pump". A "third party" is responsible.
Whoever did pay for this has excellent timing IMO.
Where does it state that PCFG was the entity that paid for the promotion?
If it directly states that Pacific Gold Corp. made the payment, they did. If it states that a third party made payment, it probably isn't and could be anyone trying to move the price upward.
You keep making blunders. First you screwed up the amount of dollars of APII sold today. Missed it by a bunch, about 100% off. Whooops. Then you think this closed at .15. It closed at .17. Probably best for you to move on to a stock you like. Good luck. You don't want a stock that's headed up.
This addition to the float was set up over a year ago and just went down. They financed last year with this years share increase. Virtually no production last year. This year, they could buy back shares or self finance a second gold operation.
15% of the stock turned over this week on a light trading week and is in stronger hands. Its pretty amateur to just show up on some board and talk trash about dollars traded, especially with a tight floater with 11 mil in the trade.
Go to the corporate page again and hit your computers refresh.
When you exit I-80 onto Highway 306, you curl down a sizable hill and there's a huge parking lot on the east full of vehicles. People drive in from other communities and car pool to the various mining operations.
Sitting by 306, there is a constant stream of ore haulers, vendors, maintenance crews, government and supplier vehicles. It's the middle of nowhere and the capital county of the U.S. gold operations at the same time.
Looking south from the community of Crescent Valley (CV), the Nevada Rae processing plant is the first thing one sees when leaving town. It's very visible and right on the main road. The entire county is dominated by mining, trucks, equipment and suppliers constantly on the move. As the closest mining employer and mining operation to CV, the community is also very keyed in to what happens at NVG. He could very well be right, just trying to clarify.
You dummy, you were dead wrong about the AON, it was a 5000 share bid!
Speculation on Crescent Valley or you have some info?
You can't argue with Gabby Johnson!
Genuine Frontier Gibberish!
I also think your analysis is accurate. We currently have a 5K Bid at .19 that is probably an AON order that we can't see the size of. Stealth accumulation.
Very nice job analyzing last years financing and conversion. Also, thanks for sharing.
Today looks like a redo of last Friday. Little volume and price malaise in the morning and early afternoon. Late afternoon, volume and the price moves. Looks like buying, let the price settle down and more buying.
End of day buying numbers. Volume again and a rise in price once again:

Nice nest egg. I like having a commercial entity with a nice stack of LGHS shares. Fair market value would put some renminbi in his pocket.
Why the listing of a non-affiliated firm, Wealth Index Capital Group LLC, "a premier corporate finance consultant" in addition to Mr. Shanchun Huang?
He's not involved any more but he's still a link. He could easily have provided old inside info from his LGHS days to WICG. At the very least, its interesting that he worked at both firms.
Enjoy your 10K watch!!
Six million shares sold behind that 5000 share Ask to this point. That's one big five k!!
Looks like the acquiring firm, Wealth Index Capital Group LLC (WICG), had a tie to LGHS. Eberhard Kornotzki, is German and U.S. educated and was the CFO at LGHS and a Managing Partner at WICG. (edit) He was also a Managing Director at a Chinese Bosch Group.
This guy had inside info at one point and a firm that he later managed now holds a significant amount of LGHS shares.
Eberhard Kornotzki's Overview
Current
Managing Director at BlueMount Capital
Owner at K International Consulting Ltd
Past
Chief Financial Officer at Longhai Steel Inc
Managing Partner at Wealth Index Capital Group LLC
Managing Director at Tianjin Buderus Heating Technology Co Ltd (Bosch Group)

Indicators are as low as you'll see on any chart. You're right LOL at them.
A very low float and ten days of waiting. Best of luck to you!
Yup, that was me. If net earnings are as suggested in the $1.5- $4.5 million area, this is a ten bagger plus from these levels.
I put a buy in at the Ask at .15 when the bid was in the .13's. They filled the order in a millisecond, I refreshed and it was filled. About 5 minutes later, the Ask moved to .168. Shares were definitely available for those who wanted them.
I see bid support. They're jumping each other at a tenth of a penny looking for high bid. Seems to me the MM's are just picking up shares so they can re-sale them higher.
Raise the curtain and show us a drilling rig or two!!!
Aside from oil going up today and SIOR's impressive property holdings, today's chart looks stronger than ever. MACD has crossed positive and is moving up. RSI is over 60, has room to move and looks strong. Accumulation continues. We're well within the Kelners and heading up. Chaikin Money Flow, up and RSI up. Despite complaints of no volume, we're very normal based on the past several months.
With the wide spreads here, I always wonder if they're listing accurate bids/asks. Bastages!
Oh, well, can't blame a guy for suggesting, right?
