And the way I see it, ladies, you owe me for one jelly doughnut!

Post of the year....thanks.
Year and a half ?
Bordynuik also was barred for five years (from March 18, 2013) from acting as an officer or director of a public company.
No problem.
Actually fits the timeline of Bordy's new scam pretty well.
It would be quid pro quo.
Bordy dumped his shares when Heddle took over.
Heddle dumps his shares when Bordy takes over.
And yet the large institutional shareholders haven't left and he still can attract high worth investors knowing they will most likely see the same dilutive practices you describe.
It doesn't seem to bother them.
Starts at 11:30 roughly......my guess is whoever it is works on the west coast.
You might want to look into Broadfin and then understand that Dan O'Connor has activist investors looking over his shoulder already.
Here's a good link....read it all the way through and especially the letter to shareholders Broadfin puts out.
Guaranteed DO is being observed and he knows it.

I would have to agree. They had to have somebody already onboard for Amgen. That deal has been in the works for months most likely.....the logical thinking is somebody already has that position for that partnership.
Heddle can't raise 'investor' money for that.
Past history has shown they can't make any profit that way and it is nearly impossible to get anybody to dump cash into an endeavor that shows no return on investment.
Unless of course he goes toxic financing where unrestricted shares are the return.
The one thing folks here who complain about DO keep forgetting is who has invested in ADXS since he took over.
Broadfin.
Do some research on them. They are now known as activist investors. In one of there last investments when they were unhappy with how a company was being run....and felt it was underperforming....they used their position to get 3 board members removed and replaced with who they wanted. And seeked much more changes than that.

If Dan O'Connor is doing a lousy job.....or if he is not looking to maximize the returns to shareholders.....there is no better type of institutional investor that small retail holders can have in a stock than someone like Broadfin.
Beat up DO all you want....but don't think for one second he doesn't realize who took a large stake in his company.....and that the stock performance is something he can't care about.....or fool around with.
Maybe before Broadfin took a stake.....but he would be a fool if he didn't think it matters afterwards.
It's someone with some serious coin....and willing to stake it on at the very least the deal with Amgen with a floor of 13.50
No I don't...the share price for the most part will rise or fall based on their success, or lack of success with the ongoing trials, and how many shares are issued.
...and there is a fine line for answers on IH according to the TOU.....discussions regarding politics must be focused with a connection to the stock and company.
As a Mod here I can assure you anyone moving off that tangent is going to be given a very narrow lane.
Sure....the mortgage is in default....they have no money.....they can't raise more than 100 grand in order to prepare, audit and file the latest 10Q....and they have multiple kilns and towers shrink wrapped in storage for years they can't unload upon any sap willing to lose money....
.....but hey .... let's now do scaled down models !
Super idea.
Personally I don't buy into the total position of just shorts playing this as some kind of nefarious entity looking to destroy the share price.
Hedge funds do exactly what they are named for.....they hedge a long position with a short position until news.
I didn't expect it to rise because I figured many would go long only after the Amgen news. And I still believe that is a correct assumption.
But because it did increase all it signals to me is more hedge funds took new positions.... hedged by going both short and long.....after the Amgen news.
Short Interest 9,718,568

It actually increased with the Amgen news. There was no squeeze at all on that run up.
actually...there are no other investors...and nothing is 'going on'.
I doubt it goes up in that time frame.
My guess is a reduction.
But what has happened since the 15th is another story since there was the new financing.
This filing is for the five year warrant Lawrence Leahy got for wasting $100k.....which Heddle took and most likely used to file and audit the recent 10q.
Today we find out if...or how much... that 8+mm short interest took a hit after the Amgen news.
It will contain all info up until the 8/15 settlement date.

gee and lookie there ... P2O *broke* .
London has nothing to do with that.
Even Heddle is not planning on keeping the doors open to showcase 'the beast' despite what he said in one of his worthless shareholder updates.
Not a conspiracy theorist at all
Sure.... yesterday's claim.
Is everything some sort of nefarious conspiracy once the price declines some ?
I am amazed at how the cheerleading is in full force when the stock rises yet the minute it pulls back it becomes 'the shorts' and now criminal action.
Good grief.
Apparently you can take people off Yahoo but it appears you can't take the nonsense dribble that was polluting that SMB out of invading this forum.
Unless of course you have no idea what they are planning to do....or how much the burn rate will increase with future plans.....which you don't since you are neither management or on the BOD.
'Clearly' the timing and coincidence suggests the 100k was raised to pay for the producing , auditing, and filing of the now overdue 10Q.
The company is broke. If they insist on being current with their filings they have to pay for them somehow.
Third world class Banjoboy, the auditors, etc don't work for free.
But hey..... let's throw another 'somebody must know something' story out there for what seems like the millionth time instead of looking at the facts.
Wouldn't the simplest explanation be the money is needed to pay Ramalamadingdong and the auditors to prepare and file the latest Q ?
But a good ' somebody knows something and a sale is coming ' fantasy is always good for another hundredth time or so.
If Heddle had buyers for the machines they wouldn't be borrowing money.
Pretty simple concept.
Of course it can. There is nothing nefarious.
DO dealt from a position of strength due to the near 100% recent gains.
Good grief. Advaxis just found accredited investors to buy 30 million dollars worth of stock with a floor of 13.50 as the share price and people are complaining ?
Folks here are constantly talking about holding for large returns yet will bitch about a discount of one dollar setting a floor price that will effect the PPS short term ?
Amazing.
You can't profess holding long term and seeing large returns long term but scrutinize a transaction that is about a 7-8% discount to present trading.
Explain 'banner area'...because all the recent company filings IHUB has displayed right over the posting section and directly below the IHUB supplied chart.
Maybe Ramalamadingdong is using a crayon he found under the Beast.
Quick refresher for folks.
The focus of this board is the stock, the sector, and the company.
Posting about other IH members and their motivations is considered Off Topic and violates the TOU.
If you feel a post of yours has been removed in error , go to 'Settings'...'My Removed Posts' ....and you can ask for an Admin review.
Moderators do make mistakes from time to time.....but posting on the board is not the place to discuss it....that is considered OT also.
Use the features IH provides for all members who have an issue. They respond fairly quickly.
Any IH member can PM an Admin with concerns or questions at this link.....just click on 'IH Admin' in the upper left and send them your message.

Thanks.
If most of management were regularly dumping their stock compensation it might give investors pause to think why......but one guy is no big deal.
In the overall scheme of things to do with Advaxis it is meaningless.
He made over 500k yesterday.
It's his compensation, he is allowed to do what he wants with it.
Maybe he took less salary and more compensation stock knowing he would make a higher overall salary that way.
Maybe he has kids in college, maybe a sick mother, who knows, it really doesn't matter. People sell for many reasons.
