Well due to the fact they have issued less than 1.5 billion in almost 5 years I don't think they will be aproaching 4 billion anytime in the near future.
Behavior on this boards runs in every direction. It only seems to become a problem (name calling, sarcasim) when some realize that other people may be looking in a different direction, and they find a fault in that.
You may need to brush up on the security we are talking about. There are no restrictions on the 504 offerings. That's what we were discussing right?
If you meet the qualifications of a qualified investor you can contact Eric, as he is not allowed to contact you. That would be my starting point. Unfortunately I don't meet the qualifacations lol.
I believe the fund account they use is in the IDS, but any qualified investor has the ability to purchase 504 shares. Eric has been releasing the amount of shares needed for monthly funding for years, as opposed to selling the entire 504 at one pop. IMO only, he has been very responsible in the release of shares, with the exception of not trying to get the share price up to a higher level lol.
WNBD's 504's require no restrictions. They are sold to qualified investors who in turn can sell them at any time in the open market. It has nothing to do with restrictions or even the MM's unless the Qualified investors use broker support to unload their shares. Given the low volume I doubt that is the case here.
I feel the figure of 3.5 million would be a number that would support continued national advertising. My reasons for this is, because we have seen an extension of the majority of 504's issued to date. It has taken approx. 14 months to executed the entire 1 million dollar limit on the 504's then throw in the 550,000 in sales that they have been operating on. I would think WNBD could operate in the black with revenues of 2 million per/year.
When you look at that from where we are today it seems like a long way off to raise an additional 1.5 million in revs. When you look at it from a number of bottles sold per retail location, it doesn't look that far away. Without any new retail locations added it would take an additional 5 bottles per/mo sold at current location to make up the additional 1.5 million in revs.
I'm certainly not saying it will happen for sure, or when it might happen, but it is certainly possible to achieve that goal.
You are still missing the point doog. I had already read the post you linked to me, and didn't see where you had stated the IR guy was stiffed as someone else said you did. Since I didn't see a post stating that, I assumed I missed something that you had posted or it had been deleted.
I may do alot of things in life that I would change, but my honesty is not one that I will ever question.
I know it's too late for this year, but it would be nice if the whole crew got to wear a permanent striped jump suit for many halloweens to come lol.
Yes I looked that up on the chart earlier, and assumed he sold the majority of his shares on the 18th due to the volume on that day. The share price was also very volatile on that day as well, and I'm quite sure he just dumped on the bid for the most part. What a nice guy he was right lol. The T/A reports, the deposition from Jared, and his posting history really shows what type of person he is, and it really is a shame that he would be able to enjoy the money he swindled off the backs of shareholders while pumping the bright future ahead.
I agree as far as public knowledge of the LOI is concerned, but remember all the pics and information coming from Korea, along with the speculation of pictures drawn in the dirt? I haven't looked deep into it, but did Jared mention a contract about the product ordered to clean the lake before they returned home, or was that afterwards also?
Not sure how it happened, but when I googled stain remover a minute ago Winning Brands/Colours shows up as second product on page one.
They really need a large link button to the product specific site on the home page of the winning brands site.
LOL, that date is within a day or so of his return from Korea. he may have sold when the plane touched down haha. It's interesting to look at the content of his post around that particular time, and the SEC should be of interest in the timing of his selling and the post he was making here.
Unless he as sold it hasn't cost him anything lol. it could actually turn out to be a money making venture for him, and that's where my money is, but time will tell.
I have never indicated there was/is a conspiracy of any type lol. I saw where someone stated you posted something about the IR, and I didn't see it so I asked you a question. You responed to a post I had already read, and I must have read it differently than the poster did I referred to in the link sent to you. Just because someone has a question doesn't mean they think there is a conspiracy involved lol.
Actually I did read that post, and thought you may be referring to the way Eric might have wanted to run things the way he wanted, and therefore had the hands tied of any ideas the IR guy may have had. Thus the reasons for my asking since me and Louisa read it differently.
Doog, did you say the IR person got stiffed?

Doog,
Could he even afford an awareness campaign now? What do these usually run and how is the promoter paid, stock or cash. If cash I can not think Eric would ever do that again as from what I have been told and you alluded to the IR person got stiffed.
I also believe the market has veiwed it as a lost account at this point. The bad news is we no longer have the ability to sell product to the first time buying foot traffic that wanders the isles there, and just the assumed stature of being on the shelf there. The good news is, there are plenty of other retailers in Canada where repeate users of the product will still be able to purchase the product. Im sure the quarterly re-orders from Walmart were a nice addition to the winning brands financials, but we should be getting close to the time where the lingering effects should be washed out, and re-orders from other retailers should/could pick up from additional ex-walmart shoppers buying product from them.
Walmart placed no new re-stocking orders in Q2 so the effects from that account would have been realized in the Q2 filings. I don't expect anything remarkable in the Q3 filings, but I do expect to see an increas in revenue over the Q2 filings.
You know as well as I do that there are certain things in busisness that can't/won't ever become public knowledge when dealing with financing a company. If Eric does what some suggest he could lose complete leverage and negotiations in future financing ventures. There is no company requiring financing that will make every detail of their access to capital public information other than what is required by the SEC. I wish I knew all the things you request from Eric as well, but I understand some things must be kept confidential.
I wonder when enough will be enough. It's easy to sit back and question transparency, but if you look at the things which have been made available over the past 18 months it's obvious that strides have been made. As I have said many times....this company may not be for everyone, but if you look around the penny market it's not bad. JMO
It looks like the government agencies were actually aggressively pursuing him haha, that's too funny looking back through some of these old PR's.
It was an overall deliberate shift in market focus and distribution avenues on the retail side... and aggressively pursuing government agencies and entertaining solution requests from vendors internationally
Actually there were close to 1.7 billion shares outstanding at the time of that offer, and prior to the buy-out offer even being publically mention it was found out that Jared had released an additional 300 million shares to max the A/S shares out at 2 billion. It appears his reasons for doing that was a lie as well. The buy-out offer was bogus/scam, just like all the other BS he feed to shareholders so his partners in crime could execute their wrap around agreements. IMO the only way he was able to make a buy-out offer of .10 per/share a believable story/scam to shareholders was because of the fake current sales and forward looking projection included in press reports like below. Just a little DD and you can see the whole buy-out fiasco was a con job.
FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - February 26, 2009) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) has set the stage for a breakthrough year by harvesting technology and vendors in medical, commercial/industrial and retail product formula lines.
"It's been a tremendous year and we're not even finished with first quarter. In addition to the recent coup secured with our exclusive retail partner, we've been underway on innovative solutions for medical and industrial sectors in addition to the successes we've had with Pit Solution and GC 2000 technologies," states Jared Hochstedler, CEO and President of the progressive green biotech company. "We have reviewed existing licensing agreements and product orders and have been conservative with received Letters of Intent and projected manufacturing orders and biotech licensing requests from several commercial vendors in sectors anywhere among the steel industry, medical fields and water treatment, among others and have estimated, moderately, projected gross sales are in excess of $136,000,000.00 ($136M) by end of 4th quarter, 2009. This does not include pending prospective contracts with Southeast Asia and the multitude of formula applications therein." Hochstedler continues, "We have worked diligently to secure alliances worldwide as part of an overall global strategy, introducing formulas and other biotechnology IP and took a risk in doing so; but it wasn't for a lack of vision. This was a large move I felt strongly about pursuing based on several vendor inquiries. The traditional model of simply getting products onto store shelves wasn't big enough for our overall mission: 'Cleaner world. Safer planet.'... It was an overall deliberate shift in market focus and distribution avenues on the retail side... and aggressively pursuing government agencies and entertaining solution requests from vendors internationally."
It's certainly paid off for EESO. The company recently released financials for Q3 and Q4 of 2008 on www.pinksheets.com and was upgraded to a 'limited information' company. EESO is currently in the process of fulfilling Pink OTC requirements toward 'current information' status as part of its promise to increase transparency and overall investor confidence as it paves the way for continued success and growth in the Green Biotech market internationally.
The company looks forward to sharing news of this forthcoming progress at tomorrow's Open House event at their Fort Wayne, Indiana offices.
WNBD seems to be knocking on the door for more US opportunities.
Winning Brands has been invited to participate in the (invitation only) 2010 Distribution America/ProGroup Executive Planning Conference at Tucson, Arizona Nov. 15-17, 2010. The event lets selected vendors meet face to face with key executives of approximately 30 associated hardware distribution companies. Vendors present their products to distribution executives with responsibility for buying for their organizations in sessions that are guaranteed to take place according to a schedule. This makes it an opportunity to broaden the distribution base of Winning Colours Stain Remover to more hardware stores.

Also did you notice if there were any pamphlets still available?
Is this the same Lowes store that had several cases of the small bottles on the counter last week?
Nice to see additional large bottles moved to the counter as well. Thanks for the pics!!!
Maybe you can direct me to other company websites that are as straight forward as WNBD is to investors. There is explicit information about the speculative nature of this stock/company. If people care to invest after reading over the investors FAQ section, and listening to the introduction video they have nobody to blame if the company is unsuccessful. Once again we have a savior posting information with no proof about the CEO's ethics or intentions. If you have proof to substantiate your claims it would be nice for you to post them. TIA
The good news is the cleaning industry is so large they don't need to overtake any of the products/companies you mentioned to become successful. They only need to garner approx. 1/10 of 1 percent to be extremely successful. Also with the exception of the top tier companies you listed, all these newer companies didn't start at the top, and they were many years in gaining market presense with their products. Nobody ever said it was going to be easy, and without risk. It is a speculative venture for shareholders and the company, and that's what makes the reward that much greater if accomplished.
Not sure I agree with you on that post. Over the past many months the board has been much more on a balanced/negative side, as sentiment has changed with the share price. Maybe a quick scan back through will shed light on that for ya.
Who says any obsticals are over looked by those who post progress of the company. It's equally as interesting to see those who post only negative things about the company don't see any progress. It's also interesting why those who post only negativity and claim to have no interest, continue to show up on a daily basis. Kinda works both ways right?
You don't have to continue to accumulate down here, and if you are maybe these explains to reasons for your post lol.

THE STOCK IS DOWN 90% SINCE END OF JUNE 2009.FROM .024 HIGH
TO NOW .0027.THAT TELLS YOU WHERE ERIC TOOK THE COMPANY.
AND TO THINK THE DOG GET'S 10K $ A MONTH IN SALARY,WHILE THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN MAKING 1$ MILLION A YEAR IN REVENUES.
SELFISH POS HE IS.WE THE ACCUMULATORS HERE ON IHUB KEEP BUYING SHARES FROM 504K SO ERIC CAN GET HIS HEAVY DUTY PAY CHECK OF 10K $ A MONTH, WHEN THE COMPANY CAN BARELY KEEP THE LIGHTS ON.
IS IT NOT UNREAL OR WHAT??YOU TELL ME.
WHEN THE COMPANY CAN BARELY KEEP THE LIGHTS ON.
IS IT NOT UNREAL OR WHAT??YOU TELL ME.
Doog, I agree with your statements, but an arguement can be made on both fronts of this current situation. We all know that market sentiment can change in a moments notice for the investors, swing traders, and day traders. We also all wish Eric would agree to a market awareness campaign to help the fledging share price. It's easy for us to sit back and voice our opinions on what's needed to turn the downtrend around, but none of us on the outside knows what's going on on the inside, thus the reasons for all the speculation. I could speculate based on what's written above that Eric believes that material developement to turn this thing around is about to take place. Therefore there is no need at this time to spend money needed elsewhere for a market awareness campaign. It's all speculation, but one point is just as valid as the other, and you know from where the company stands with the slow growth process it could change in a hurry with the right contracts. I'm not saying you are right or wrong, because one point is as good as the other, but not knowing what's happening on the inside allows arguement from both sides.
If compounding material events come at strategic times, we could see new highs, and all this would be soon forgotten. IMO
That's great bud, the more DD the better.
I quite sure the peeps accumulating the million share + blocks the last week will love it lol. Trust me, it's not the longs trying to keep the share price up that's been accumulating big the last week or so. Watch what happens when they are finished, and ready for it to move.
Nice post Ant, with all that activity and the 250 Duane Reade Pharmacy locations after the first of the year....that could be a busy little town there for WNBD haha.
If that's the where you think this is heading you may want to get in line there, or just stay out completely and move on to something you like more.
Yeah right, just because you generate X number of dollars of revenue, doesn't mean you are a profitable company. The question comes down too, do you believe they can become profitable. As I have said before, based on growth and current directives I like the odds. You may not, but that's your opinion. My question to you is, do you believe this company should have a valuation of 480k as you indicated in a previous post?
No rookie here either bud, and you know that's not a question that can be answered lol. It's possible with the right accounts secured it come come quickly, but if those large accounts aren't secured it could take some time...thus the reasons for being considered a speculative investment. Maybe this just isn't the type of play you are interested in, but I like the odds looking at the progress underway.
