Identa stands by their projections and predictions in the Shareholder letter, the board of directors is very much aware and concerned about current shareholder sentiment,(Boy am I in trouble) and we will begin to see sales figures and or financials in early 2008. I assume that to be 2Q. The mood and content of his note was optimistic and encouraging, but I will leave it up to the rest of you to ask him your own questions and draw your own conclusions.

At least ADZR knew how to run their stock up to $1.30. Knowing what I know now, probably one of the bigest homeruns iv'e seen in Pinky World. I think I'm gonna take a step back and take a breath with Identa. The mood here, which I admittedly have been a party to, isn't making things any better. I keep going back to the shareholders letter for lack of anything else. I'm trying to find something positive to hold onto like:

"The CEO and President of IDenta Corp. (Other OTC:IDTA.PK - News) said in a letter to shareholders today that the company expects to garner significant market share of the U.S. on-site drug detection marketplace during 2008. The forecast is based on sales reports and product orders from Jant Pharmacal, www.accutest.net, IDenta's primary U.S. marketing partner".

OK... The above says this projection comes from sales reports and orders from Jant. (something concrete maybe?). I wonder if theres any way we can get this information from Jant?

OK..... Even though the word "believe" is used, thats still a powerfull statement, which must hold some legal accountability for truth going forward. Wouldn't you think?

The letter goes on & on with happy stuff, and maybe I'm being nieve, but I will wait until 2Q. I just read somewhere that when God closes 1 door, he opens another, but it might be hell while you wait in the hallway. Maybe we are in the hallway.

Rock, regarding the restricted trades, one of the names is Mousa Alliance for 23M shares on 12/20/07. Interseting name, wouldn't you say? Dosen't sound Italian to me. Wonder what thats about?

Thanks Rocky...... Very good explanation and links. I appreciate the response. Regardless, its a shame we have so many O/S out there now. You would think that a PR stating that we just opened up a whole new market in Russia would have us dancing in the streets, when instead it was like throwing a cup of gas on the fire. I hope this guy has a method to his madness, because its sure making everyone else nuts.

Hey Rocky... Would be interested in understanding more about restricted shares. This is what I read on that SEC site about rule 144.

If you acquire restricted securities, you almost always will receive a certificate stamped with a "restricted" legend. The legend indicates that the securities may not be resold in the marketplace unless they are registered with the SEC or are exempt from the registration requirements. The certificates of control securities are usually not stamped with a legend.

The above says "The securities may not be resold in the marketplace unless they are registered with the SEC" which leads me to believe that if they are not already registered with the SEC, than who knows they exist?

If restricted shares are already accounted for as A/S, than thats my answer.

Help me out here. Anybody?

Sorry about that. Where am I off ? Are Unregistered shares actually public knowledge?

Based on one of your links, its even worse.

Under the changes, which were approved by the commission on Nov. 15 and are retroactive, the investors must wait only six months to sell the securities, and can part with them all at once.

I must be missing something here. Is "Unregistered private sales" the same as not being recognized as A/S of stock by the SEC,(and therefore not reportable to stockholders) until the stock meets such conditions where it can be sold? If this logic is correct, wouldn't you think that at the time of the sale... removal of the restricted legend.....Whatever..the SEC will now require you to report these shares as Registered or Authorized.

Is it possible that what we just observed with the 750M shares for the inventor and others, may have actually been old restricted (or hidden) shares that recently became reportable ?

If thats true, I'm going back to Bank CDs, because this sounds more like 3 Card Monty than investing. How can you ever trust the number of O/S you are being told. A stock may be diluted before you even start.

Am I off base here ???

Orange.... interesting topic. So in essence, a company can issue unregistered stock with certain restrictions on it before it can be sold, and the rest of the public (meaning unsuspecting stockholders) would be none the wiser. There could be god knows how much stock learking out there. Sounds awful to me. Hard to figure out how a company can be called Public with those kind of Shananagans going on. Cannot say this involves Identa at all, but just seems so unethical. I thought people were supposed to know the number of outstanding shares. I guess Unregistered can also mean "unaccounted for" until the right conditions exist.

Woody, The Dec 3 2007 PR about lead kits says Identa will send you a sample tester if you ask. There is a link. Only problem is........ If you have to wait 2 years before you get it, you will have probably died from lead poisoning already.

Woody... The only reason I would think not is because of the letter he wrote to his valued shareholders. It would take a pair of balls as big as a house to write that letter with the intent of going private. But then again, we are here in Pinky land where anything goes.

Woody.... Did some nosing around on the GSA site to find there are already a few drug test and explosive detectors there, so we will be a new comer.... but its a start. If Identa is indeed the superior product, hopefully it will lead to greater sales in the US. We like to spend money here, and the Chinese people are nice enough to lend it to us.
