Olde Monmouth still an active participant. I guess the entire OTC failed to do their Due Diligence on these guys.
No, that was everyone else but him, Fastlane (sarcasm!)
Then you better tell these guys so they know. 'Cause they're promoting the crap out of them!

NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of financial markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, today announced Direct Transfer LLC (a subsidiary of Issuer Direct Corporation (NYSE MKT: ISDR)), and Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer have joined as participants in OTC Markets' Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program, a new initiative to improve the accuracy and reliability of share information for OTCQX®, OTCQB® and Pink® securities. Verified share data for Direct Transfer and Olde Monmouth's issuer clients is available on www.otcmarkets.com and via OTC Markets Group's market data feeds.
Announced on October 10, the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program is designed to provide investors with current and reliable share data on OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities in a timely manner. The program enables agents to report their clients' share data, including authorized and outstanding shares, to OTC Markets Group on a regular basis via a secure, electronic file transfer. Share data provided by transfer agents is displayed on www.otcmarkets.com alongside a "Verified" logo, indicating the information is reliable and trustworthy. This data is also disseminated through OTC Markets Group's market data feeds to investors and broker-dealers. Participating transfer agents may provide updates as often as once a day, but are required to submit an updated file monthly.
"We're excited that Direct Transfer and Olde Monmouth have decided to join our TA Verified Shares Program," said R. Cromwell Coulson, President and CEO of OTC Markets Group. "Through their participation, these firms are helping their client companies build trust with broker-dealers and investors and improve the overall transparency of the OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink markets. We look forward to working with more transfer agents to continue to grow this important program."
"One of the main limiting factors that was always at the forefront of my mind when researching a company on OTC Markets was my concern that my reliance on the data that I found might be outdated. Now with the TA Verified Shares Program I can be assured of the accuracy of the information. We're thrilled to be a participant in this program and for the enhanced transparency that it provides to investors of companies traded on the OTC Markets," said Eddie Tobler, Vice President of Stock Transfer at Issuer Direct Corp.
"Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer applauds OTC Market's efforts to promote transparency," said Jeff English, Vice President of Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc. "We believe that providing the investing public with reliable, current information about the share structure of public companies is an important part of those efforts. We are more than happy to participate in this worthy project."
Or, are the two BOD's to be appointed actually going to be "Independent Directors?"
Would KBLB need to appoint FOUR Independent Directors?
From the 8K:
Exactly!
FOR THOSE SAYING MR. T IS AGAINST SHAREHOLDERS:
As was brought up about our voting on #2 (the Accountant vote), in the Shareholder Address:
Well, he either has a solid reason for choosing them or a solid reason for allowing the shareholders to point it out to him. Good thing he put it up for vote.
DEADLINE TO VOTE:
You have up until the night before the SH Meeting...
As time goes by more and more will make sense, too.
Why wait for the meeting? Send your concerns to Ben to aid in your voting. Then let us know his response, please.
I get the whole Red Flags! But, I gotta say there was a reason he chose that firm. Do I know what it is? Nope. Why not run in the other direction from a practice with even a hint of negative dealings? I don't have that answer. But I am sure he does. Maybe you are right, he didn't do his DD, personally, and relied on a reco from someone he trusted. Big OOPSIE if he missed this, though.
Come on, M4N! You honestly believe he didn't do his DD?
Well, I gotta say then, it's a good thing you did it for him. Thank you for that.
Paddy, check Post # 161205
Amazing more people don't see things this way.
Not concerned because...
Ultimately, when it comes to KBLB, shareholders only have two rights: BUY or SELL.
Especially in this case where controlling shares are in the hands of the Founder/CEO. If a few message board posters can have feelings they can do a better job at the Mass Production and Commercialization of Spider Silk, then, obviously those with way more power and means may have stronger feelings and actual ways to make that happen. It's more than sensible for the Founder/CEO of said company to build a moat around himself and the company for protection of the Holy Grail and as a barrier to entry against competition and those who think they can do a better job. Whether he sucks or not is immaterial to him as owner and CONTROLLER of what he owns. I believe the man is smart to do what he has done. Because, if some who believe he is an idiot, are right, THEN IT MAKES EVEN MORE SENSE to control what he has.
I can tell you if I found a way to turn water into gold I would do everything in my power to get that on lockdown as best I could. There is no doubt smarter people and people with way better means than I, could make that a reality much quicker! But, if I control it to where NOBODY can do it but me, YOU BET YOUR SWEET GOODNESS I'm going to control it!
Of course, then I'd share my wealth with others in an ultimate Pay it Forward fashion! People may be beating down my doors and calling for my head as I'm trying to get my ducks in a row to ensure I can continue to do this on a mass scale, but, that's all right, I get where they're coming from. They want their share now. I want to make sure I can provide them all not just for today, but, FOREVER!
That's how I perceive Mr. T. 10 years or not, he's got CONTROL of this Holy Grail. Let's see what he does to Pay it Forward. Because, if not him, there's no guarantee the next person up will do things better.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!
Good find, but,
The case was from 2015 AND....
M&K CPAS PLLC: consented to the entry of a cease and desist order based on Securities Act Sections 17(a)(2) and (3). The firm was also censured and agreed to certain undertakings which include not accepting new clients for a period of twelve months and retaining an independent consultant. The firm will also pay disgorgement of $49,500, prejudgment interest and a penalty of $50,000.
Not saying your suggestions don't warrant concern, but, it seems their "sanction period" is over. And has been for about 4 years. I would think our Attorney-CEO did his due diligence and is aware but not concerned.
Anybody else get their Proxy yet? Technology is wonderful sometimes!
Excellent observation!

Sorry, couldn't read anything past the point you said, "...a stage hand came over to us during a rehearsal with a..."
I think KBLB is actually helping me with my phobia, though. I'm already looking into selling the cure for all phobias: INVEST IN A SUCCESSFUL STOCK THAT PERTAINS TO YOUR PHOBIA. Sell when you no longer are "afraid." Hopefully, I don't have to hold past my KBLB "Exit Point." Could be why I'm long on KBLB?
Life lessons are often the best teachers, I've learned. Works to help see through obstacles to the other side in many ways. Can be applied anywhere. Here and elsewhere.
Yeah, you're right. Back in '18. Chompiee and Mojo had responded to Blitz's link to Starteamcorp.com
Wasn't as relevant then as it is now as we inch closer to Mass Production with the questions of how we are going to handle things logistically after we produce. So, yeah, I'm glad Blitz reposted it! It does help to connect the current dots.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
So true, Cluck! And I'm gonna give a little insight into me...
I HATE SPIDERS!!!
Big Arachnophobe, here!!! (Thus, Arachnodude)
But, I can get around my phobia when looking at the potential of the product with this company. It gives me the heebie-jeebies thinking about it sometimes, but, I'm just glad they aren't actually farming the spiders, cause, I gotta tell ya, "COULD NOT DO IT!" LOL
Anyway, this board is great for bringing such a diverse crowd together for a common cause. Good and Bad! A microcosm of life, in general, huh?
Good stuff!
Glad to be Holding the Golden (not the Golden Orb, though!)<<<:-o
Give Cred to Blitz! He found it! I just acknowledged it with an image. And I'm gonna further it, here:
Two of the partners of StarTeam are....ready?....wait for it...
Blitz, you're a DD-Genius....
***TAN HOANG MINH LOGISTICS
*** ALLIANCE CONNECTION
Both specialize in OCEAN AND AIR FREIGHT!!!
Preaching to the Choir, Cluck! "Wow"s me, too!
One of my fave reads...Viktor Frankl's, "Man's Search for Meaning." Talk about overcoming odds! Resonates well with this company, too! Most could do well to apply those principles in any stage of life.
You gotta find a way to get back in on this Golden Ticket! It's people like you who deserve what KBLB will provide.
GLTY and All! Holding the Golden!!!
Oops, slip on the keyboard....
Thanks, Z-man!
GLTY and All! Holding the Golden!!!
Thanks, D-Z!
It's apparent you were a teacher. I appreciate your insights. Thanks for providing a glimpse into who you are as a person. Glad to meet you! GLTY as well!
Funny, hope. I was thinking "es2".
S2 in Army terminology refers to "Intelligence."
Some think "Army Intelligence" is an oxymoron. But, anyway, dude's calling things right now! Want to start posting lottery numbers for us, es1?
Enjoy the ride for sure! THE UNICORN RIDE!
PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE! THE CATALINA-FREAKING WINE MIXER!
Your a chess player, aren't you, Cluck?
Newsflash: Shareholders DO NOT OWN THE COMPANY!
I'm going to put out this unpopular thought:
Shareholders think this:
"Shareholders own the corporation, and the duty of the directors to maximise shareholder value follows from that."
WHEN THE REALITY IS THIS:
"The obligation of a company director is to promote the success of the company for the benefit of the members. The company comes first, the benefit to the members follows from its success."
Mr. T puts HIS COMPANY first. The byproduct of that is what we're all here discussing. The only thing we own are shares. NOT the company. I know. I said it! The contrarian of contrarian things to say on a stock message board. But, come on, people!
Jack Welch, who in his tenure as CEO of GE from 1981 to 2001 was seen as the uber-hero of maximizing shareholder value, has been harsh on "shareholder value."
In 2009, he famously declared that shareholder value is
Yeah, I catch those Cliffs Notes he puts out there.
I agree with the "getting off the pot time" sentiments. Q3/Q4 will be the tell-all, IMO.
I see beyond Biz 101, KB. This isn't simple Guns and Butter stuff learned in Econ 101, either. At the level KBLB is playing, we're talking MBA-level stuff. Too many moving pieces to calculate for my pea-brain. That's why I'm glad we got a Big Brain to do it for us in our CEO!
Happy to be Holding the Golden!!!
