PETS chart stuff...
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=i&Issue=PETS&SortBy=v&Month=2-1-2001&a...
HILL is the main active MM on this in regards to total volume.
http://www.level2chart.com/level2chart/chart.asp?xy3ww=9321&Userid=dummy&z424=4&Symbol=p...
Usually HILL was selling. The inbetween volume appears to be reminents of block sells after downticks.
I've been watching this for a while, and HILL finally gave way to the uptrend; fell off ask and started buying.
http://www.level2chart.com/level2chart/chart.asp?xy3ww=9321&Userid=dummy&z424=4&Symbol=p...
HILL was on the bid buying all day pretty much.
Anyway, HILL looks short to me - or HILLS just a catalyst of someone else who's short. So HILL on bid is good. Hopefully that continues. BUT, in conclusion, that doesn't seem to be the big thing here - I have no idea where the uptrend is coming from; not HILL ..yet(?).. :) . I just know there IS one...and it's dam.n good.

Harvard Scientific Completes Four Acquisitions; Over $10.6 Million in Tangible Assets Received by Company
RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2001--Harvard Scientific Corp., (OTCBB:VGEN) a Nevada Corporation, announced today that its acquisitions of Four Starz Holdings, Inc. (www.fourstarz.com), Gladiator Films, Inc., Four Starz Productions, Inc. and La Playa Studios, Inc., have been completed and the combined assets of the four entertainment companies which total in excess of $10.6 million and include: film inventory, story rights, film distribution and pre-sale executed contracts, have been transferred into Harvard Scientific Corp. In addition, the Company through its acquisition of La Playa Studios, Inc., is designing a $150-million state-of-the-art film, television and music-recording studio to be built in the heart of South Beach, (Miami Beach), Florida, in conjunction with Dade County.
Mr. Daniel De Liege, the newly appointed President of Harvard Scientific had this to say, "the completed acquisitions of Four Starz Productions, Gladiator Films, Four Starz Holdings, and La Playa Studios, Inc., greatly enhances the asset base of this company. Four Starz Productions, our big budget "A" list film division, has begun pre-production on its $25 million dollar action film "DONZI - The Legend" which is being produced by Mr. Steve Perry (producer of Lethal Weapon 1-4, Die Hard 1&2, Speed II, Sudden Impact, The Last Boyscout, and Under Siege, just to name a few). Steve is currently talking with Alec Baldwin to play the lead of Don Aronow; it's simply a matter of scheduling at this point."
"Gladiator Films", added Mr. De Liege, "our low budget direct-to-video, film division has just completed development on its first slate of three films and will begin pre-production of the first film next week. These films have a distribution contract in place through Arthur Kananack's AKA Movies, Inc." Mr. Kananack was formerly VP of Warner Bros., a subsidiary of AOL Time Warner Inc., (NYSE:AOL) and President of Viacom International, (NYSE:VIA).
"Management is very pleased with the progression of events over the past two weeks, as the Company's business plan is all coming together," stated Mr. De Liege. "With two films in production, three more beginning in the next two months and having begun the design phase of our $150 million dollar studio complex in South Beach we are really looking strong this early in the game. We're only going to get stronger in the weeks and months to come."
Harvard Scientific Corp. is currently in a process of transition from an exclusive biopharmaceutical company to a more diversified corporation with its primary business focus moving into the entertainment industry. The Company holds U.S. patents on its proprietary technologies for development and treatment of sexual disorders in male and female patients and will look to develop these products further over the next 12 months so as to attract a licensing partner for the U.S. as well as other parts of the world. The Company's patented formulation of Prostaglandin E-1, in a lyophilized liposomal form, will be developed as a topical application for treatment. Prostaglandin E-1 ("PGE-1"), is a naturally occurring vasodilator originally approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for intravenous infusion in neonates. Several treatment methods have already been approved for treating male erectile dysfunction. In 1995, PGE-1 was approved by the FDA for use in Pharmacia Corps.' (NYSE:PHA), Caverject, which is administered by needle injection. In November 1996, Muse, a solid pellet delivery system produced by Vivus, Inc. (NASDAQ:VVUS), was approved by the FDA. Viagra, Pfizer, Inc.'s (NYSE:PFE) oral medication treatment was approved by the FDA in March, 1998. The Company believes that its topically applied treatment product will present a substantial advantage over other delivery systems currently being utilized in the industry. In addition, the Company has placed a high priority on the development of its treatment for Female Sexual Arousal Disorder ("FSAD") and upon approval, anticipates it to become the treatment of choice in that untapped market.
From time to time the Company may issue forward looking statements which involve risks and uncertainties. This statement may contain forward looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Actual results could differ and any forward looking statements should be considered accordingly.

UAX MOMO Play! Sunday nifgt in a chat session with the people from Yahoo's OTC Stock Split site, Mike gave us a heads up on a MOMO play that would be announced on Tuesday.. He said that these guys usually get paid to pump a stock, but this time they weren't...
Well I have received 3 e-mail alerts since the close yesterday on AUX..
Blue Ribbon Stocks, Hot Penny Stock Trader, and Golden Goose Picks.. Mike thought that at least 350,000 investors would be recieving this alert.......
For release Tuesday, March 27:
Greetings fellow investors.
``You can see people committing cash particularly to technology,'' said
Bankers Trust's Fitzpatrick. ``And institutions were doing a good part of
the buying late in the day.'' ``The surge in volume signifies panic,''
said Price Headley, president of BigTrends.com. ``We think we are at a
short-term bottom where we could rally for the next several weeks.'' These
were comments from two professional analysts on Friday, March 23. Are they
correct? Have we hit the bottom? We feel they may be quite correct. So
it's time to buy stocks, right? But which ones? It is our function to find
"The One." We believe we have discovered it!
Usurf America, Inc, trading on the AMEX, symbol: UAX. Why UAX? Wireless.
That's one reason. Wireless is the future. Why else? Because UAX appears
to be *extremely* undervalued. And because UAX is trading at a price well
within reach of those seeking to triple their investment in a very short
period of time. There will be countless other well-regarded Financial web
sites profiling UAX today, Tuesday, March 27, as well as the rest of this
week. We anticipate Record Volume on UAX today as well as the rest of this
week. Beyond that, there are EXTREMELY strong rumours that UAX may be
announcing incredible news soon. We do not know what this news is. A
merger/acquisition? A major contract? We can only speculate. We are not
certain. We do not have any insider information. But we ARE certain that
very strong rumours abound!
Observe the extremely high volume for UAX these last several trading days.
This very often portends the expectation of extremely good news. In fact,
in the last fifteen minutes before the close Monday, the stock jumped from
$.63 to $.68 on over 59,000 shares...That's over 9% in just 15 minutes!
This stock is on the move. For those of you receiving this e-mail whilst
the stock may already be 30% to 50% above Monday's closing price, it is
surely not too late to join the party. UAX has the potential to double or
triple in a very short period of time. The time to give serious
consideration to investing in UAX is now. We anticipate today's volume
will *easily* exceed 600,000.
UAX web site: http://www.usurf.com/
The Company:
Usurf America, Inc. provides a broad range of Internet Services for
businesses and consumers through telephone dial-up and proprietary two-way
wireless broadband systems. Incorporated in 1996, Usurf has grown through
acquisitions of Internet service providers, the largest being
Cyberhighway, Inc. of Boise, Idaho in 1999. Usurf now has customers in
about 230 markets.
Usurf has now introduced its wireless broadband system. The system
bypasses local telephone lines and ordinary dial-up connections. This
turnkey system offers burstable T-1 equivalent speeds at as much as 45%
lower cost than traditional T-1 hardwire Internet access service.
Industry Background
The value of goods and services purchased over the Internet is estimated
to increase from $12 Billion in 1997 to more than $425 Billion by 2002.
The rapid growth of electronic commerce, or e-commerce, reflects the
creation by the Internet of a new sales channel, enabling businesses to
interact with large numbers of geographically dispersed customers,
bypassing traditional wholesale and retail channels. Businesses are
implementing sophisticated web sites that offer competitive advantages.
Because of the constraints of a lack of technical personnel, high cost of
advanced networking equipment and complexity of innovative web solutions;
many businesses are outsourcing their Internet facilities and systems.
Internet services providers provide Internet access to businesses and
consumers, a highly competitive and fragmented industry consisting of
about 10,000 providers in the U.S. Most have fewer than 5,000 subscribers
and operate within a single city or state. National providers such as
Earthlink and Mindspring have demonstrated substantial economies of scale,
suggesting the industry will consolidate. The market is estimated to be
$18 Billion in 2000, including $7 Billion for web hosting and Internet
security business services, the fastest growing segment.
Business-to-business e-commerce is projected to reach $300 Billion in 2003
compared to $17 Billion in 1998.
Usurf's Business
Usurf seeks to be one of the few national Internet service providers by
achieving lower network expansion and marketing costs per subscriber. An
affiliate marketing program, a novel technique in the industry, is
designed to rapidly expand the subscriber base. An existing or new
provider licenses its hardware and systems management from Usurf, allowing
its own personnel to concentrate on marketing. The cost is about $20,000
plus a monthly royalty of $2 per customer. To date, Usurf has 29 affiliate
relationships in 9 states, from Georgia to Oregon. Emphasis on customer
support has resulted in low customer turnover rate. The network operations
center in Boise has capacity for an additional 10,000 subscribers.
Usurf markets its proprietary wireless Internet access system under the
trade name Quick Cell. It differs substantially in design from access
available through cellular or line-based telephones, and is capable of
greater utility at lower cost. Usurf believes its wireless service will
appeal especially to businesses needing mobility for customer service
vehicles and for Ethernets of desktop computers in the same building.

when you could get some decent stock picks and make a killing but now it's become a place for bagholders to unload on others disguising such under a veil of integrity. Make no mistake about it. Those pumping IFTP have bought shares over $.11 or $.13 and are now crying because recovery looks remote at this time. They want you to buy so they can dump their worthless paper on you for a profit or break even and they're not being honest about it.
Idiot pumpers know that IFTP is a POS but won't admit it lest they lose more than they have already. Two faced assholes each and every one of them who can't take responsibility for their own stupidity.

Limit Order Protection Pilot Approved by SEC
On February 8, 2001, the SEC approved the Limit Order Protection Pilot for the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). The rule change will, for a 12 month pilot period, prohibit Market Makers from "trading ahead" of customer limit orders that a member accepts in securities quoted on the OTCBB. Members handling customer limit orders are prohibited from trading at prices equal or superior to that of the customer limit order without executing the limit order.
Highlights:
Price Improvement - Members cannot avoid this obligation through price improvement unless such price improvement is for a minimum of $0.05 or one-half the inside spread, which ever is less.
Contemporaneous Execution - A member that trades through a customer limit order must execute that order contemporaneously - as soon as possible but in no case later than 5 minutes after the member has traded at a price more favorable than the customer's price.
Order Size - The limit order protection will extend up to the size of the limit order as long as it does not exceed the size of the proprietary trade.
Pilot Securities - 325 OTCBB securities will be subject to this rule during the pilot study. A complete list of these securities will be posted on OTCBB.com as soon as it is available. During the pilot study, all subject securities will be identified with a "##" following the security name on the Nasdaq Workstation II. The securities selected for the pilot will be chosen so that the OTCBB can test the effects of Limit Order Protection on a wide range of securities. 200 of the most actively traded securities will be included. An additional 100 securities will be selected from a cross section of all remaining securities. The remaining 25 securities will be selected on a case-by-case basis after the pilot begins, likely from securities delisted from Nasdaq or an exchange.
Implementation - Within 30 days of SEC approval, the NASD will issue a Notice To Members describing the new rule. The new rule will become effective 30 days after the publication of the Notice To Members.
I've seen this play mentioned a lot on BOBZ over the past few months. I haven't been in it. I think that it is a stock that PITI has mentioned. And ilikebbstock might have been in it. I could be wrong on these facts....
Good luck to you on it!
You guys remember TMFT from last week it did a 10-1 forward split but it wasn't trading? Well the symbol changed to GEYR and it is doing a 4-1 split tomorrow.
Now it is trading at a Bid of .625 x Ask 5.00... It jumped up $4.50 on a volume of 200 shares.

It might be a good one... But the spread is incredible.
I will be walleye fishing on the Mississippi tomorrow so you guys have a great day...
I can't wait until our next great split either!
I went ahead and placed an order for 10,000 shares of RNWR also.
And I almost purchased shares of WWFI because of that fake PR. I logged on here and saw BBstock's alert saying that they had announced their split date. I went to order and noticed that there was no volume... I figured something was up.. I checked RB and noticed that Nighthawk was stating that it was all done for $hits and giggles....
That was a PATHETIC move on his part.. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a call from someone on that stunt..
Have a good one Guys!!!!!!
You guys would not believe the $hit I went through with E*Trade on HDVG. I called them and e-mailed them several times a day since Monday.... They told me to call the company.. I even called the companies attorney and she said that she would look into it.
I received an e-mail from E*Trade customer service rep last night telling me that I could sell even though my shares were not in my account... I responded and told him that if that were the case then I wouldn't be e-mailing him. But I printed out his e-mail and got to work this morning and called an E*Trade broker and told him that I had permission to sell. (I wasn't actually planning on selling until I had my shares. My beef was that I wanted my shares in my account)
This rep when on to tell me that they don't honor any trades unless the shares are in the account. I told him that I had a message in my hand from someone at E*Trade telling me I could.. He told me that there was no way for me to prove that.. Then he went on to tell me that I received that e-mail 3 months ago and that they had changed their policy... I told him that I just got the damn e-mail last night... (He should be able to see that on my file) I was f'n mad...
So 2 hrs later I decided to call just to see if my shares had come in.(Not expecting that they had) But they did... Then I called a broker and had him sell in allotments.. But it took 15 mins just to get it cleared that I could sell those shares.. Then when I'm on my last order the bells and whistles went off here at the station to go on a call.. and the broker told me that he could not place my order unless I was there to verify the info. So I had to wait (Sweating) to jump on the engine.. But I got the trade placed and then got 2 blocks away from the station and they canceled us.. False alarm!
I think that I worked hard for my money... I was going nuts.. I am chilled out now.. But E*Trade has really ticked me off.
Sorry for the long, drawn out version.....
Patsy, I can't leave here tonight or less I would.. LOL
I work 24hr shifts. But only 9-10 days a month. So I get a lot of time to watch the stocks... I actually came out ahead $9,300!!!!! (But I had lost quite a bit before this) I am ahead of the game now. And plan on just trying to stay with split plays. I would have made money in most of the split plays that I have been in "IF" I would have sold at the right time. I still haven't found anything sweeter than a nice low float split.
RCVR/ESYG profit 12,000 for an 800% gain
RMOO profit 6,500 for an 300% gain
HDVG profit 9,300 for an 450% gain
I think that I lost 10,000 in SKGV, but I could have doubled three different times on that one.... Have to know when to sell and be happy with a win.
I lost my Butt trying to jump in the pennies the last couple of months. So now I am just going to play the splits. Nothing better!
This is a great testimonial for how you can profit from Splits. But at the same time you can lose you butt like I have!
So just be careful and patient. (And yes I will take my own advice)
Larry
Hello all,
I don't have much time, at work now. I sold all of my shares of HDVG and it did not lower the Bid. I sold in 3 allotments just in case I had to chase the Bid down. HDVG is incredible to stay up.
I also sold out of DMNX. Losing $100.00. Oh well, have a good day.
