Ambassador Lucke was nominated by President George W. Bush and served as US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Swaziland from July 2004 through July 2006.
He met with Haitian officials, former United States Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, the State Department, World Bank, and other participants in the widespread effort to help Haiti.
I am thinking that with Ambassador Lucke (still in Haiti?) being on the BOD, we can expect to see contracts sometime this summer. Remember there will be multiple contracts and will be for 10k units each, a unit can be single family or mulitifamily.
MSMY can reverse that for you, IMO
Good Morning everyone, looking for the start of the next leg coming up here for MSMY.
MSMY and green goes hand and hand in ways,
green company and green stock.
I don't think anyone is selling, IMO bid sitters had to move to the ask to get filled. or it is the same quiet buyer we have been seeing.
May 26 was a low volume day, followed by a large volume day and I believe the pps upticked, .08 to .11, so lets see the load up tomorrow MSMY.
is odd to go this long with out news, I would venture to guess that we see something either Monday or Tuesday. maybe more hope then a guess
I would imagine that they are trying to work as fast as they can, this is hurricane season and there is much to be done.
MSMY has been putting out several PR's a month, the last 2 months they have put out 6 in May, and 5 in April. So I would guess we have at least one or possibly more based on history.
good Morning MSMYers, every day is an adventure
you should look into a margin account, most traders that I know have them. Check with your broker about their requirements, depending on your trading you may be able to get a margin account for as little as $2500. equity.
Looking for another interesting day tomorrow for MSMY.
MM's play games, better to wait them out a lot easier to wait, they fight dirty.
gifts of MSMY shares are flowing today. Take advantage if you can, it will not last long IMO
MM's planning the next round of attacks to try and create panic. There is no panic in MSMY longs.
I like your opinion, it is shared by many as evidence by the people on this board and in MSMY long term
I wish I had some cash available, I would be buying MSMY at this price for sure.
He is a good person to have on the MSMY Board

Ambassador Lucke went on to say that, “Much remains to be done in Haiti. Probably 80% of the earthquake debris remains in place and as many as 700,000 people are still in tents and under tarps. This is unacceptable. Clearly, two of the biggest challenges facing Haiti are a comprehensive community-based program of debris removal and a focus on permanent, affordable and rapidly built housing. Haiti must also concentrate to create agriculture-based rural enterprise both as an economic engine and to create economic opportunity for rural people who would otherwise crowd into an already densely populated Port au Prince. The key to Haiti's recovery must be in the hand of Haitians themselves. The focus of reconstruction must be on Haitian enterprises, Haitian workers and Haitian leaders leading the charge for Haiti and Haitians. Haitians work hard and are capable people. The role of Haiti's friends in the international community is helping Haiti help itself.”
MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “Ambassador Lucke was the former U.S. Response Coordinator for the Haiti earthquake who led the United States’ relief and recovery program. His insights and on-the-ground experience in Haiti will give us the opportunity to really make a difference in both addressing the homeless situation and helping Haitians build a new economy.”
Ambassador Lucke is on MSMY Board of Directors
MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “Our trip to Haiti this month will be undertaken to survey the potential site where our factory may be built as well as survey the private property sites where multi-use developments will be master planned. We welcome the opportunity to be part of the reconstruction team of firms that will be building new community-based, affordable, and durable permanent housing and commercial buildings that will establish critically needed new communities and providing renewed hope for Haitians.”

anytime I can be of service, that is what I am here for.
I can take shares of MSMY for that service. :)
**but I can pretty much guarantee you have a lot more MSMY then I or just about everyone on this board has.**
buy MSMY on the dips, they are a gift right now.
good morning, I was reading
good morning

A pair of earthquakes with magnitudes of at least 5.0 struck within 90 minutes of each other near Christchurch, New Zealand, on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported, reviving vivid memories of a deadly quake that killed more than 180 people in February.
"Everyone is on edge here anyway," said Rhys Taylor, who said he could hear sirens and see helicopters flying over Christchurch. "Obviously, power's out -- sort of all over the city at the moment -- and phone lines are down."
Police evacuated sections of the city's central business district after reports of a possible gas leak, police said. Several bridges in the city were closed as a precaution.
"It was quite an exciting ride," Christchurch Police Acting Inspector Murray Hurst told CNN after the first quake, adding that there was some damage caused by the quake and a few injuries that were not life-threatening.
The first quake -- a magnitude 5.2 -- was centered 9 kilometers (5 miles) east-southeast of Christchurch at a depth of 11 kilometers (6.8 miles), according to USGS. The quake took place at 1 p.m. Monday.
A second quake -- a more powerful 6.0 tremor -- struck at 2:20 p.m., roughly 13 kilometers (8 miles) north-northeast of the city at a depth of 9 kilometers (5.6 miles).
I am trying to free up some cash, I know what I have n my MSMY holding and am for sure wanting to get more before it makes the next leg up
looks like we got buyers on the bid, These are not all MSMY sells.
ETMM just put up a .158 on MSMY on the ask
I think this is going to be an odd day, based on my morning so far.
Good Morning MSMYer's
we will get there, MSMY will not only see .15 but will surpass it. IMO
look at the small blocks, the buyer does not want to trigger big any price change, they want to keep MSMY in this range until they have what they want. We may be in for a storm.
someone knows something is going to happen, I have been watching the MSMY L2 close today, there is quiet buying.
it seemed to be a sell on news day, we have all seen it before. I was surprised by the reaction yesterday on MSMY news.
MSMY very thin now to .15 nearing 1 mil shares traded
