Nice, spec!
IMO this is a perfect setup for an eventual sale.
Like confirmation from the stock movements and news releases or some private confirmation that this is going to provide a return?
I don't want to bet because you are probably right at the rate things are going. My hopes also align with you, but my realistic side is taking over.
For LI it it took 1/2 month or a little over 2 weeks.
MG isn't even approved on the PTO yet. And even then it too the company 2 weeks to announce RBR and 911. I'd hold my horses on this one until 2 weeks from any word on the USPTO. But nice to see the dreams out there
Thanks a lot uptoday,
This sounds positive!
For MG, It shouldn't take to long to get one piece of paper modified and approved. But then, we don't know how long it will take to get a decision on MG. Lets hope soon.
The way it looks now RBR and 911 are moving well.
This is a really good question for the company. Hopefully Rick is following this board (or you can ask him)
You must mean higher. This stock has no trouble moving lower.
The Wall Street Journal reported on today's NR
http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20130814-904277.html
This is exactly right. They are mere weeks from getting RBR and 911 finalized. Since it was stated in the call that all the other patents rely on RBR, this would be the one I am waiting for final cert. As soon as MG is in place, anyone who is serious would take it out in 2 months or so IMO.
Any longer, say after Jan, would be a major red flag.
As of right now, even at 830 million shares, it is worth more than 8 cents.

RBR status - Pubs case remanded to TC
911- same
We are closer to the patent issue on both.
I'd like to believe it too. Or, they are just ensuring everyone knows about the conf call.
All signs and actions point to something sooner. As soon as MG is decided, then I think it isn't much further.
I hope you are right on the money!
Thanks uptoday!
$2-3 would mean a valuation around 2 billion. Perhaps.. But one thing I do know, if they stick to their promise of keeping the O/S under 900 million, we can be sure the value is over 8 cents right now!
Which is where I got my info.
I did. Show me link .
It has to. These boys need to generate some desperation from purchasers.
I don't believe I am wrong, but would gladly be corrected with facts.
No. There are 800+ million OS shares
If you go to their website and click on the OTCPK-VPLM on the left hand side of the exec summary tab you will get sent to OTC markets. On the company info tab it gives you the outstanding shares. The critical thing is the company promised the digi group the cap is 850-900 million. Still too many but enough if 1-2 dollars is the goal.
Boy, that is a lot of shares. Even with digi getting a fair share, 1 billion purchase would be $1.20. So those betting on $10 might be disappointed
If I am right then from a share basis, everything is in place. The only thing left is the MG patent and the certs for RBR and 911.
It appears they have increased it to that 831 million number
If you listened to the conference the understanding is that it should not go any higher than 850-900 million shares. This is the cap per their agreement.
If this is fact, then this outstanding amount should stay.
Oops. I am wrong
Current outstanding is
831,103,877 as at Aug 06
Authorized shares is 901,000,000
At this time I believe Vplm has 586,039,600 or so shares outstanding in the market. The allowable float gets them up to 901,000,000 shares however those aren't factored into the sp as they are not outstanding and possibly may never be outstanding
RBR issue fee payment verified. The next step is patent issue!
This is the first battle. How do you shake the constant shorts?
I could be wrong, but the Mail pre-exam notice on MG looks a lot like an allowance.
This is exactly what I am saying. We need the patent certs, then MG and then start shopping.
So the releases are coming out. The next question is how far are we from patent certs from RBR and 911. Also, how far do we think MG is from a decision?
At the risk of you repeating yourself again, "I'm from Missouri, as should you all be"
To go from 7 cents heavily shorted to what would amount to 50 cents at 250 mm and 3 dollars at 2 bill is quite the jump. Possible, but hard to imagine.
Very hard to imagine at this point.
I wouldn't rely on the US govt buying this. Any govt moves at a snails pace. Hope for a corp like Microsoft or Cisco or Google or someone IMO.
In for a penny, in for a pound but you have to wonder how long this stock will continue to be shorted...
