Like the founder of Microsoft ,I pray Malcolm is worth 500 billion dollars in the near future , and you know what that means for us .
This part is interesting
The exercise price of each incentive stock option shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the underlying shares of Common Stock on the date of the grant
To me this means that if the stock stays at .70 or more the stock will sell for the price it is on the day of grant . Does anyone agree on this point.
Thank you schrodbox ,I was wondering if anyone heard of Dr. Cidee Ewell ,is she a definite employee . I don't see her name on the management list at Cytogenix .But this article says she works for us.
Due to the promise of our technology we have attracted three additional, outstanding professionals. Kurt Berens, a former NASA project director is leading the product development effort. Prior to his work at NASA, Berens was Senior Project Manager for Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs at Texas Biotechnology Corp. of Houston, Texas where he was responsible for managing successful clinical trials. Dr. Frederic Kendirgi whose broad experience in developing Virology and Immunology assays for protein function and expression vectors fits well into our focused discovery efforts providing us a continuous flow of new products to complement our two lead candidates. Dr. Kendirgi has participated in the development of the plasmid DNA synthesis process. Dr. Cindee Ewell is a Ph.D. molecular biologist and an attorney who specializes in biotechnology patents. Dr. Ewell will work with our scientists and outside patent counsel to translate laboratory results into patent applications
schrodbox the float is always less than the shares outstanding ,think of the float is the shares that can be traded now with no restrictions but in Cytogenix case we are lucky in the sense that they are in strong tight hands ,shares outstanding are all the shares in the float plus the shares that are sold in private placements and options that have a time limit before they are sold and become part of the float . the float is the number to look at when you really want to know how a stock will move but again in our case it is skewed due to the longs and very strong hands . This is the way I look at it others have other opinions
Captain Crunch I was right I stated the float not shares outstanding.
Arnold all the rest was taken from Yahoo financing page if they are wrong I don't know what to say.I took a good guess for the % of shares that CYGX insiders own compared to the float.
I think Cytogenix has so much going for it now, that you look more like the fool for buying GNTA than I holding CYGX .Cytogenix and otcbb stock has a thousand times more potential that that one horse pony show of a genta who by the way closed and sold its R&d department,so that means no more ponies.
Which one is incorrect I thought it was 7 % its probably going to be more after the stock option if it passes, the point is they have confidence in Cytogenix .
GNTA 87 million share float ,CEO gets $580,000 dollars a year, only 1% of the company is held by insiders = not much confidence in the company they would rather have the cash now than their stock later ,made only 200 thousand dollars on ganite and the rest was money keep for trials that never made it. GNTA's cures are not much more than to prolong your life stuff before the inevitable. One horse pony show maybe two.
CYGX 85 million share float CEO gets $126,000 dollars a year ,7% of the company is held by insiders = lots of confidence in CYGX they would rather have stock now than cash now , didn't make any money yet ,but the science is meant to cure disease not prolong it . Many thousands of thing can be cured or silenced not a one horse pony show .Plus we have the synthetic DNA ,and the vaccine program .And the patented SSDNA and many patent pendings ,and don't forget the knock down sequence for bacteria and the DNA library.
Arnold Why not their seems to be many share holders on this board telling us how their are voting and why ,why not the biggest holders telling us why they are voting and why , the more shares you have the less voice you have ? This is the only active thread on the net that talks about Cytogenix ,I can't believe they don't read this with all those shares at risk.
gdepc I wish we all knew what the 2 big stock holders were planning to vote on this stock option plan ,jett and the other guy in Connecticut if they voted yes that would tell me that they had full confidence in management. And with my small amount I shouldn't worry.
I smell the sent of McCarthyism on this board instead of being branded communist, a lot of us long are being branded insiders ,and even management . Although this is a compliment to me ,it is a sign of paranoid delusion and I would suggest all those that are doing this stop what your drinking or smoking and don't stand in the sun that long any more.
CD98 is it really a stock give away ,if it was a private placement going to happen 18 million shares at .70 cents a share instead of the stock option plan would that be fine with you ? and if so why would it be better ? The company will still raise the same amount of money the only difference is that the stocks would be held by strangers instead strong insider hands . We all agree that they need money ,so this a way of getting it so why is it so bad ? If it was a stock give away which I thought it was before the .70 cent price ,I was totally against it .
gdepc, what makes me laugh is all these back set want a be CEOs that criticizes Malcolm after the fact, hind sight is 20/20 and they try to make themselves look smart by saying what they would have done and all the problems the CEO and CFO have, but in reality they would have driven the company into the ground by now, if they were running it . I believe this little company is on the verge of greatness and a lot of people are scared they won't be able to get in again after selling their shares ,and I think many of these back seat CEOs will be crying when the train does leave . What excites me about Cytogenix is they are holding all the cards needed for this new technology to take off. This new synthetic DNA is the key to all our dreams in curing people competitivly in the health market.
i
holycow found this Cytogenix in Genetic Engineering News
http://www.genengnews.com/news/bnitem.aspx?name=536619XSL_NEWSML_TO_NEWSML_WEB.xml
This part I thought interesting because if Cytogenix did go to a bank, the information provided by Alfa could put CYGX over the top for a loan . And gdepc sorry about the misspelling of your name, and you have a good sense of humor .
Robert A. Bader, Sr. Vice President of Technology for Alfa Laval Biokinetics commented, "The thing that impressed me most about CytoGenix is the simplicity of their process. They have developed a method of producing DNA that avoids the complication of conventional microbial fermentation and the complex purification processes associated with that technology. The purpose of the Conceptual Study is to demonstrate the significant cost savings associated with the CytoGenix technology."
gdipc maybe , of course it could be the heat that's driving them nuts those double wides are like pressure cookers they would make anybody go crazy . LOL
tabbycat name calling what are you, a 9 year old ,I think you need to stand in the corner for a while .LOL
Does anyone get the feeling of news tomorrow at least about the DNA lab work by Alfa Laval Biokinetics,
hogger you are a real piece I try to talk civil , and I get crap from you .you are on iggi . You name suits you.
hogger I reread the last part again and this may be a hint to the shares holders that profitability is at the threshold .
Most biotech companies spend far more time and hundreds of millions of dollars before they even begin to generate revenues. Presently, very few biotech companies are profitable.
The Company under management’s direction has achieved many important milestones that have put the company at the threshold of commercializing products to bring revenue and increase shareholder value. We hope you will consider the stock option plan as yet another progressive step in the growth of the company
I reread the Email from Cytogenix ,are we examining it step by step ,and are we really looking at it ,or are we putting it in a more jealous light and letting the jealous mood blind us from its importance to our future PPS? Yes it does look wrong but is it ? Doesn't the corporate world do this all the time ? I see many companies that give out stock options and this is alright for the rest of the stock world but not for Cytogenix stock ,if we were to dilute the shares by selling shares to pay for the DNA lab, why not sell them to employees to bring in the cash instead of a private placement . The stocks would be in stronger hands and if and when they are sold they would benefit the people running the company not some outsider . The big question is ,is the company ready to move in a fashion that would affect the PPS in a positive way, and are they thinking ahead ?
Dear Mr. XXXXXXXXX,
Thank you for your interest in and support of CytoGenix. We appreciate the effort you made to voice your concerns about the current stock option proposal. It is important to us to address these concerns and correct misperceptions about the proposal.
A stock option granted to an employee provides the right to purchase shares in the company from the company at a predetermined price, in this case $.70/share. An option is not a substitute for salary or a give away. The options, if fully exercised would bring $12.6 million into the company.
These options were distributed to the employees of the company and not just to senior management. The distribution was determined on the basis of salary and service to the company. The option grant is considered by the directors as a way of rewarding past and providing incentive for future performance.
The options vest over a two year period. The company believes that over that period of time the management and staff can perform well and produce significant value for shareholders.
A portion of the options are reserved for future employees as added inducement to join the company. As the company job and to attract valuable future employees to help the Company grow. These options are priced at the market giving the grows, it will have to elevate present salaries as well as offer sufficient options to make positions in the company attractive to potential employees. Stock options are granted from time to time by the board of directors to keep good executives at their recipients a tremendous incentive to work to raise the value of the Company’s stock price.
Presently, CytoGenix executives receive on average less than 1/3 of industry comparable compensation, preferring to defer that compensation so that the scarce cash recourses can be applied to research and development. This level will have to increase if the company is to attract and hold the talent necessary to meet the challenge of growing the business.
Additionally, part of the directors’ decision to distribute the options was motivated by suggestions by investment bankers with whom we have been dealing that management should increase its ownership percentage of the company to align their interests with the shareholders. Options are a better way to accomplish this than outright stock grants.
The present management has worked for five years to provide shareholder value in an enterprise wrought with high risk and hardships. To date that effort has provided a viable biopharmaceutical company with a market capitalization of over $75,000,000 as well as a liquid market for our securities. This has been accomplished for approximately $18,000,000.
We hope you will consider the stock option plan as yet another progressive step in the growth of the company.
Very truly yours,
Lawrence Wunderlich

I have a good feeling that those stock options are going to look real good to buy in the .70 cent range in a year or two by Cytogenix employees if the stock option plan passes , so what signal should this send the rest of us right now while the stock is in the .70 cent range Hmmmmmmmm maybe buy buy and buy CYGX . Just think the employees will raise the money that Cytogenix will need . This stock option plan is it good or not ,the stocks would have to be sold anyways to raise money, isn't it better that the stocks stay in the hands of strong hands of employees while helping the company at the same time to raise money . I need some more input on this is it good for the company or not ?
bigworld thank you, I wish the powers that are would push some of these cures ,fast track them .
bigworld it almost sounds like Bacterial Meningitis ?
How sad ,a 3 month old little baby ,with all the modern technologies and they still could not save the baby. I was wondering was it a cut infection or a inhalation type infection or was it something the baby ate that had the staff? If you don't want to talk about this I will understand .
Cygx will not have a reverse split.
I believe cytogenix will never have a reverse split .The reason why is they have so much in the works , and if just half of the things they are doing come true CYGX will see the 5 dollar mark real quick then on the NASDAQ small cap then maybe a forward split . And the shares outstanding is not that important if we the shareholder have very strong hands which we do.
Arnold absolutely that's why I said .
Love this part, if indeed this works out we are looking at a massive increase in PPS ,Good luck.

Love this part, if indeed this works out we are looking at a massive increase in PPS ,Good luck.
Dr. Yin Chen, CytoGenix Chief Scientific Officer, commented, "We have seen strong evidence of protein expression activity from our cell-free DNA in recent in vitro and in vivo experiments. Now we are poised to test against animal disease models such as HIV and influenza. We expect to see equal or greater levels of host immune response produced by our synthetic DNA vaccines than from the first generation plasmid DNA constructs."
Now 10,000 more at .72 whats up?
Arnold the NIH HIV vaccine program is moving very rapidly Malcolm stated could they have something in the vaccine program in a few weeks? Oh and about 60,000 buys just went threw at .70 cent in 10 minutes
Holycow BOCX 2 month ago it was up to $2.20 now $1.10 on real low volume this company has a test to determine what type of cancer you have no cures and it on the pinks ,I think we are trading at a major discount now and with good news this low volume won't last.
percynitwhit one, it was not a paid interview you lying basher and two, the CEO Malcolm didn't ask for a listing on the NASDAQ but was asked what was his hopes one year from now and his answer was that he hoped that the stock price would be high enough to be listed on the NASDAQ small cap so institutions could buy CYGX stock. In fact the last 3 interviews were free interviews in hopes that they would pay for future interviews.
eight, why don't you, percy, schrodbox, woodrow, get together and use your monopoly money in a game. And the basher left wins all the monopoly money LOL.
Its funny how just stupidly mentioning the RS scenario brings out the scum bashers to give them something to try to work with to try to shake the tree .The RS scenario is all hype to a basher ,percy's plan ,and he said it, was to bash Cytogenix down so he can buy back at a lower level then talk it up .If the scum is starting their BS now, I should be glad because they are nervous that its not going to go down for them in time for the PPS increase . More and more stronger hands are buying and less day traders are left.
Thanks neo43 thats possible in a years time, if you have share holders with strong hands ,and that is what we have here.
Check out GNTA scam ,precy you still foaming at the mouth .You are your own worst enemy ,why don't you look for another turd like GNTA and lose your house.LOL
schrodbox Malcolm said that a year from now he would like to see CYGX stock elevated enough to be on the NASDAQ small cap stock . I just check and many small caps are in the 1 to 3 dollar range .
