when r/s is announced. all holders of stocks (brokerages) are compelled to report. and the shares are issued in accordance with the split. its all electronic so it should not be too complex

so i have 3mil shares for less than 3 months 1.5m for over 9 months mine is like this 4.5m = 45k + 3x 1.5=45k + 10k total is 100k new math.

to them it conserves capital. to us it dilutes the pps. smetimes we all dont see the big picture. all i want to know is what they recieved for the 2mil shares.

my avg cost is 3.5 cents and i am happy. the person who whined aboyt them using 2mil shares to pay for advertising does not know anything about penny stocks. even a company i own who i have 40k committed uses this to pay sometimes. when you try to protect your cash to survive sometimes you wind up overpaying. would be interested to know what they paid for though for those 2mil shares. could not quite figure it out with the info available.
