Q1 ends midnight tomorrow 1/31/19
That was Jan 22, Max posted most recent. ZACKS changes mind daily.
June 13, 2016 video with Vijay Swarup. Won't open in the link I pasted. They knew then it was going to g to work, just tweaking it!!
They already knew it worked then. And continue advertising and tweaking it to perfection.
Customer chooses to remain unnamed right now that's interesting. I know a trigen FuelCell would fit that budget I believe.
That was budget period 1. The numbers match up exactly.

I fully agree. They have received a lot of feedback regarding missing time lines and not executing. I'm hoping (as I'm sure everyone else is that's invested) the January Conference Call, and now having funding in place, will result in more accurate projections and execution. We can only hope, but will certainly find out over the next 2-3 months!
Yes, the first Tulare project, the new Biomat project is "projected" to be completed by sometime in March 2019!
Bravo, humor, we need more of that!
Just like most people wrote off LIPA. I just followed it and knew it was coming. Other 2 projects will have PPA's soon. They have advanced to status 5 and FES feasibility studies are available. All were approved in the minutes of the Brookhaven IDA meeting. Very shortly after, the 1st of 3 PPA's were signed. The companies biggest flaws are inaccurately estimating time frames or not giving wide enough ranges of time frames, and not updating investors enough so we know what's going on. Personally if I have to choose between having a top quality successful product or have good PR (if I only had 1 choice mind you), I know what I would choose. I'm all in and not nervous at all!
Dead lines were not met, however, Either party has the option to cancel if the deadlines are not met does not = will cancel. Dominion wants to sell and FCEL is the best bidder and best buyer. I'm certain Dominion is fully aware of progress or lack of. If they aren't okay with waiting a bit, I'm sure we will hear about it this coming week. Or, we may hear about the closing this coming week. Hopefully by The 1st. We also have Triangle Street "in warm up" as of the conference call. Should be 2 news reports of execution this week. Fingers crossed! Then we have Tulare, financed by NRG, supposed to be paid back to NRG by end of March (at commissioning). 1st set of toxic convertibles also gone as of March 1. So let the negativity and back stabbing and derogatory comments fly at me after The first week of February if niether of the first 2 evolve. Then you can hit me again as of April 1 if Tulare isn't done. Q2 ends April 30. June Conference call $1 will be a thing of the distant past! Yes I know you all live my predictions so I'll leave it vague. $1 will be the distant past by June Conference Call!!!
Okay, even I haven't been that enthusiastic. But $20 is low once the CC tech is accepted as a viable commercial option. And that could be this year.
They already know. Been working on it since 2014, just tweeting it.
I concur, I filed today, anything under $1, I'm putting 50% in. I have bills to pay from sticking everything I have in there under $1. Doubled my holdings easily since going under $1. Buying a new motorcycle and taking a vacation as soon as it hits $5, then planning a party for all the longs that supported each other throughout.
Yes, momentum is building. Nice article. Open the flood gates with a couple reports of execiting PPA's and acquisitions, and projects. We need 2 to start the ball rolling!!
BarryBarry2 seconds ago
Let's see if I got this right! An officer of the company joins the Governor's transition team. They got 22.2 mw from 2 PPA's in CT, we have tax incentives kicking in and making us competitive with wind and solar. We are now finally getting PPA's from LIPA everyone had written off for dead. Carbon Capture has become an urgent growing need. We have the most energy efficient economical method of Capture and utilization available and are partnered with the largest wealthiest oil company on Earth doing a pilot for that. There are new in entices for Carbon Capture with DOE and NETL which we already have a good working relationship with. We have a new smaller sofc which is proving very efficient in Pittsburgh which gives us a much broader customer base. We have a couple new board members with vast experience and impressive resumes. We have a new storage technology in very high demand I just found out about in recent months. We have patents out the you g yang for our technologies. We now have a lender with a great reputation whom after doing due diligence decided we would be a great company to lend up to $300 million. Campbell's soup now has 3 separate projects with us because we have a great product. The largest automobile maker in the world is building a Tri-gen fuel cell in Long Beach with our company/product and has major plans to build infrastructure to mass produce fuel cell cars. We have a 7.4 mw project with the US Navy under construction expected to be completed by Q3 this year. Now there are awards going to be given to bidders for commercial scale Carbon Capture by companies we already work with/for (DOE and NETL). We need 60 mw generation or 45 mw sales in a year for profitability or a combination thereof. We are almost trippling our generation portfolio in less than a 2 month timeframe from the current 11.2 to 32.6 by end of March (if the acquire Bridgeport as stated and complete Triangle street and Tulare on time (supposed to be COD by March and NRG loan repaid by then). We have a great partner in S. KOREA in Kospo for the next 19.5 years. We have a new relationship with AEP, and a good standing ongoing relationship with NRG (regardless of what the Naysayers say). I know I'm missing a lot, but isn't that rediculous! Execution, execution, execution! Get er done
And I concur 100%, we have an in already with DOE and NETL
Great finds from kray and you Max
How Hydrogen Fuel Cells Can Power The World
I had a previous post stating they were scheduled to have 40 megawatts generation portfolio by the 4th quarter. But I forgot about the Bolthouse Farms 5 megawatt order. So it's supposed to be 45 megawatts generation by the end of August according to their company update. Get er done
11,524 watchers and growing!!
The absolute most important thing right now is executing and you are correct that is the first thing they have to execute, "the acquisition"! I think their philosophy all along has been let their actions do the talking obviously they don't talk as much as we'd like. The problem is they haven't done a lot of action. But I believe now that they have money and they're ramping up we will see a difference.
I guess Musk was the fool, or will not be using that terminology any more!
Unusual, norm after CC, watchers go down. Maintained then dropped off only 2, popped back up in past 12 hours to 11,519. Gain of 6 very suddenly! News?
