Pecfect example 170,000 trades all buys it moves up 2 cent 15,000 share sell just now and they lower the ask .54 ,they can do what ever they want with the price . And another sell of 7,500 and they lower the ask to .53 and another sell of 10,000 and they lower the ask to .52 But did they go up in increment of a 1 cent when it was being sold all morning ,no .

percinitwhit your like a broken record same old crap over and over again , still foaming at the mouth I see . You are your own worst enemy .WOW .LOL I hope you got out of GNTA before the big flush.
Arnold market makers often sell shares they don't have especially the OTCBB , they try to short the stock buy a quick run down in price ,to try to shake the tree or strategically placed bashers on message boards ,placing messages with a twist of fear in them . Arnold please don't act dumb in this area we all know that your smarter than that.
Very good prediction method ,the Wonder bread . LOL .But I was thinking if a vaccine could be the next wonder . Thanks holycow
I was thinking of the share holders meeting and if news is told at the meeting wouldn't a PR have to come out at the very time the meeting is started or maybe first thing tomorrow.
Arnold look at today ,170,000 shares all buys ,and it still sits at .56 cent .2 up . Yesterday they dropped it .5 cent on 70,000 shares sold . It's market maker manipulation all the way open you eyes and look, it's very easy.
Smart people are accumulating on the dips , and market makers can bring down the price any time they feel like it ,I even seen a few days that they dropped the price when there were over 75 % buys during that days .This is otcbb a market makers paradise , we have to get to a decent board to get some major move up . In the mean time we will have to look for news for movement.
I think it almost impossible to get no news in the next 10 days, and if you see all buys coming in like today, I would think that somebody is accumulating and we will see news soon .
Lots of buys at .56 cents next .60 cents I say we get news and it goes to .70 cents today .what do you think?
percynitwhit try to write like a human being instead of a rabid animal you have no friends and the only ones that like you here are as dirty as you ,the old saying dirty birds of a feather flock together . LOL you are a joke.
Wow percynitwhit ,if you read that post you replied to it was written by unforgetting, not me . Remember what I said about the old dog bashers showing up to bash just before the big news well they are posting fast and furious. LOL. The older the basher is the more dirty mouthed they are.
unforgetting I am not putting a spin on trades if you would just use a little reasoning its impossible to drag down a stock 25% with only 1 % of the shares traded on a higher exchange , only on OTCBB exchanges this happens and happens regularly . If you know how to play these ups and downs one could make a lot , I am the type that likes to buy and hold for the long payoff . People shouldn't be sad when they see these things it's the ups and downs of stocks and it will be up and up big time very soon , just to many things ready to happen . Don't worry be happy . Just remember when all the old dog bashers start to post again it usually means news is ready to hit the wire.
WOW noforgettinu
Remember this post.

The problem with most of you on this board is that you correct both the aggressor and the ones defending. Paulness and Scooby are just defending. The others i.e. LO..Percy.. are the instigators. Just like on the school yard if someone throws the first punch you have a right to defend yourself. Why not stop the ones that harasss first. That would make more sense. Some people handle adverse situations differently. I posted last year under a different alias(many that I have) and was imediately attacked. I fought back my way and then was corrected by the high and mighty on this board..you know who you are. It was okay to attack me but God forbid in defending.I have a direct line to CYGX mgt. but would never post here ever again about the info I have picked up
The price was dropped on very little volume over the past 3 week less than 1% of the shares traded and we lost 25 % of value this is just market makers trying to get cheap shares, and succeeding ,the way it is in OTCBB . When news hits its up 10 to 15 cents instantly . The bashers have been here like a pack of dogs for the last 3 weeks and the weak handed are selling to the market makers delight . This is health in the sense that stronger hands are holding . If and when we do get on a good exchange it will react to volume not to market makers control.
I think we have a connection!
Dr. Rossi stated: "The application of molecular therapeutics is the future of medicine. As we learn more and develop better tools to reach and safely alter the common denominator of cell activity, gene expression, there is real hope for the discovery of cures and effective treatments for the many diseases that do not respond to the present generation of chemical pharmaceutical agents. There are a few companies such as CytoGenix in the forefront of this movement, and we are very pleased to be associated both in corporate governance as well as scientific direction."
"We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Rossi," said Dr. Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix chairman and CEO. "I look forward to working with John. John Rossi is an internationally recognized pioneer in the gene-silencing field, a highly respected scientist and HIV investigator. His experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our scientific and commercial goals," adds Dr. Skolnick.
CytoGenix Obtains HIV Vaccine License from NIH
Wednesday May 25, 11:29 am ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2005--CytoGenix, Inc. (OTCBB:CYGX.OB - News) announced today that it has obtained a commercial evaluation license from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for a DNA plasmid developed by scientists from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Vaccine Research Center (VRC). This license gives CytoGenix the right to conduct experiments using this proprietary DNA vaccine.
CytoGenix scientists will conduct animal studies with a synthetic DNA vaccine derived from HIV gene sequences contained in the NIH plasmid.
Dr. Yin Chen, CytoGenix Chief Scientific Officer, commented, "We have seen strong evidence of protein expression activity from our cell-free DNA in recent in vitro and in vivo experiments. Now we are poised to test against animal disease models such as HIV and influenza. We expect to see equal or greater levels of host immune response produced by our synthetic DNA vaccines than from the first generation plasmid DNA constructs
arnold if it wasn't in existence I don't think they would be testing it.
CytoGenix Announces Testing of Synthetic DNA Vaccine Against Smallpox
Houston, TX, (June 21, 2005) Cytogenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB)
CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB) announced that it has entered into an agreement with the University of Pennsylvania for animal studies using the company's proprietary synDNA technology to test a DNA vaccine against small pox.
Dr. David B. Weiner, Associate Professor, University of Pennsylvania Medical School, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, a leading expert in DNA vaccines, will conduct these proof-of-concept studies to determine the immunological activity of the synthetic DNA vaccine compared to a plasmid DNA vaccine.
Smallpox has been eradicated by inoculation programs since 1949 in the U.S. and since 1977 worldwide when the last case was reported in Somalia. Recent threats to national security, however, have caused the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to include the smallpox-causing variola virus as a "Category A" agent (highly dangerous) in the U.S. government's list of bioterrorism biological agents
Not even in existence, really arnold.

CytoGenix Launches Innovative Vaccine Program Using Proprietary Cell-Free DNA Production Process
Houston, TX, (May 17, 2005) Cytogenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB)
CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB) announced today that it has begun an accelerated program to develop DNA vaccines against several diseases including influenza. CytoGenix scientists are constructing a new generation of DNA vaccines employing the Company's breakthrough cell-free synthetic DNA production process.
Unlike traditional vaccines that are made from dead or attenuated pathogens, DNA vaccines carry only the coding sequence for the antigen gene from the disease causing pathogen that is then expressed in human cells to elicit an immune response. Currently DNA vaccines are made by growing the plasmid DNA in recombinant bacteria. This process is lengthy, expensive and risky. The CytoGenix cell-free synthetic DNA production method is less expensive, faster and safer.
The world vaccine market, including pediatric and adult vaccines is estimated at $7-$9 billion in 2005 with an annual growth rate of over 20%. Pediatric vaccines hold the largest share of the overall market, but sales of adult vaccines for influenza and hepatitis have grown significantly over the past few years and will continue to increase in value.
Dr. Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix CEO, commented, "This vaccine program is the culmination of our efforts to integrate our experience in developing anti-viral therapeutics with our newly developed synthetic DNA production technology. We expect equal or greater levels of immune response from our synthetic DNA vaccines than from the current generation of plasmid DNA constructs."
CytoGenix, Inc. is a Houston-based biopharmaceutical company that develops and markets innovative products and services based on its proprietary ssDNA expression technology. The company has developed a breakthrough synthetic process for large-scale production of high purity DNA at fraction of the cost of traditional fermentation methods. CytoGenix currently has one issued US patent and over 48 international or US pending patent applications claiming methods and materials in connection with this platform technology.

Just found out that Vaxgen uses VaxGen's Attenuated Smallpox Vaccine , this is not good using attenuated smallpox ,this is not DNA based like Cytogenix it does have a shelf life and is nothing like ours that can stay on the shelf for years before use . I think when people really look at Cytogenix method and its safety on its DNA approach we will be the ones in the vaccine drivers seat . I would never take a vaccine using attenuated smallpox.

Arnold thanks for posting about Vaxgen ,I went to their website couldn't find much on how the vaccine works or if its a DNA type or what . Its going to be bought for around 10 dollars a shot for this vaccine. If it's a DNA type of vaccine and they are using old method of making the DNA it looks to me it will be a lot more than 10 dollars a shot . If cytogenix synthetic DNA could be sold to them maybe we could get a piece of the money pie.
CD-98 OK maybe your correct the doctor must have very good connections he has 250 thousand shares of Cytogenix also.
Heard you the first time arnold ,thanks for posting my answers again , your opinion , my opinion time will tell.
CD-98 you think if cyto would file chapter 11 like ctpc we could triple in price also. LOL. It traded 1.5 % of its shares and went up 30% in price today, watch for the big sell over the next few weeks . It was a good short term play if you could have bought in the $1.50 range, nice.
I believe that the discovery of the new synthetic DNA did a few very important things to Cytogenix some good and some bad but ultimately will result for the greatest good for the company and its share holders .Just remember that the new synthetic DNA threw a good wrench in the workings of cytogenix ,it put us on a path that may for all intent and purposes be a very profitable one to attain first . The herpes cream will be pushed forward, not that this will not happen the cure for herpes, but the means to get to that goal will I believe be the sale of pure DNA, and the vaccines made with such DNA . I will answer arnold and happys questions
1. why has CYGX not been able to close a deal on the DNA lab??
This could be the news coming in the next few week ,we need the DNA lab to make money for the company and I think this is a
very high priority and will be done.
2. why has CYGX been sued by Phanuel Pursuits?? and more importantly, what is really at stake in this litigation??
I always thought that Phanuel wanted a lot more information on how the SSDNA process worked and no way our company would give them this information for China and India to steal . I think that CYGX was getting bad vibes from Phanuel and phanuel made some big mistakes enough for Cytogenix to cute them loose.
3. why can't CYGX close a traditional, or even venture capital, financing deal when it supposedly has the keys to a revolution in modern medicine??
Banks want proof things work ,proof of concept is long and hard work, papers have to be written and bank have to be convinced , it will be a lot easier to get financing with the synthetic DNA lad, because DNA labs already exist and the profits are well known . I believe this will happen with Cytogenix real soon, plus we have Alfa Laval batting for us on this .
4. why has not CYGX even submitted a single IND application?
When this new synthetic DNA was discovered all old experiments went out the window and they had to start new in order to meet the new IND requirements using the new synthetic DNA it will happen but the good wrench [synthetic DNA] will be the best thing that ever happened to Cytogenix.
5. why did CYGX breach its contract with Bill Waldroff??
Even the judge said there were many mistakes in the contract and major clauses left out , I would not want to proceed with any contract with that many holes, and I think you would agree. This contract was something Malcolm inherited ,he didn't write it.
6. why did CYGX lose the lawsuit with Bill Waldroff??
Jury trial ,even O.J. Simpson won and Michael Jackson won . Jurors are Idiots.
7. why will CYGX settle at great expense, or lose outright, the Phanuel lawsuit that it claims has no merit??
I don't think they will have a jury trial this time and I think that the mistakes made by Phanuel will be obvious when the time shows them

Cytogenix goal
It is our goal to make nucleic acid-based drug substance produced using this cell-free method suitable for use in humans for the purpose of testing under the auspices of the Food and Drug Administration. We intend to implement standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) to allow the production of clinical grade material. Benefits provided by the cell-free synthesis from a regulatory agency review and compliance perspective are significant. By beginning with a well-characterized master construct, there is minimal need for cell bank systems (master or working cell banks), thus reducing the risk and amount of documentation, space and cost. Furthermore, methods for cell collection, processing and culture conditions would no longer be necessary and would substantially reduce QA/QC and compliance overhead costs associated with these activities.
Gdepc the type of people that put innuendo and suspicion in their posts that leads to fear is a sign that the bashers are fearful , they can't cause an effect to lower the PPS ,they want to load up on the shares of the weak minded , they are using this low tactic in hopes, next week will be very interesting , let's hope that the weak minded and the day traders have sold out by now , and all that is left are the long and stong shareholders . Next week will show if their tricks worked . I think big news is imminent .
HANUMAN CPTCQ is in chapter 11 ,bankruptcy , did you tell your doctor friend about this ? Is he a mad Doctor? LOL

TWST: What is CytoGenix?
Dr. Skolnick: CytoGenix is a biopharmaceutical company, originally established in 1995. It was begun as a public company actually under the old rules of Reg D, with the sale of the stock to qualified investors. The company's stock is sold on the NASDAQ over the counter Bulletin Board. The company made a transition in its technological emphasis in 1999 and began investigating the production of various kinds of therapeutic compounds involving DNA or nucleic acids to silence disease causing genes. Our development of gene silencing technology has led to an ability to make synthetic DNA and a capability to make DNA vaccines. These elements form the core of our business. Our techniques for gene silencing can operate on three levels. By way of background, the process of making proteins in a cell begins with a gene. This gene may be part of the genome of a disease causing organism such as a virus or bacterium or from the human genome. The gene makes a ribonucleic acid copy of one of its strands (the sense strand), as a messenger (mRNA) that carries the code sequence of the gene into the cell cytoplasm. The mRNA finds and binds to a protein factory known as a ribosome. The ribosome reads the mRNA code and assembles amino acids from the cell's environment to construct the protein. In one of the elements of our technology, we use the information of the gene's code or the code of its mRNA nucleotide sequence to construct, inside a target cell, highly specific molecules, single strands of DNA (ssDNA) comprised of the same naturally occurring biological material (nucleic acid) already found in the cells. The ability to make multiple copies of ssDNA in a cell enables gene silencing using any one of four different methods in the cell. We have developed products that focus on infectious disease and inflammation. We also have several research programs using our technology to combat several kinds of cancer. Our product pipeline includes a topically applied anti-herpes compound, several compounds that are antimicrobial, particularly against resistant bacterial strains such as streptococcus and staphylococcus aureus and topically applied anti-inflammatory compounds. We are also developing DNA vaccines using the synthetic DNA process that we have invented.
arnold I just got a second call for me to vote , If there was a quorum, why call me to vote ? HMMMMMMMMMMM.
Holycow, I think you have something ,but instead of a different design the DNA plasmid will be coded differently using a different backbone as you will ,this may be the thing that is going to be negotiated to licence or buy . Its like a one two punch some will die using our backbone or code and other harder strands of the same bacteria or virus needs the other backbone or code that will do the trick . Just like with the NIH ,that Cytogenix licenced the HIV vaccine from .
Dr. Jeffrey Actor would have to change his name to Brock Samson if he was to become an actor. LOL
gdepc lets figure this out ourselves.
Anti-microbials: We have tested two anti-microbial compounds against gene targets; one in Escherichia Coli and the other in Staphylococcus Aureus. These compounds were made using different chemical backbones than the usual sugar molecules in standard DNA. The backbone is the structure used to support the oligonucleotide sequence designed to down-regulate a particular gene target.
Thirteen (13) additional gene targets in Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus (MRSA) have been identified using the Company’s screening technology. The oligos against these targets are being tested in our laboratory. Sequences showing anti-microbial activity will be tested in animals at Texas Children’s.
Negotiations are being conducted to obtain the rights to use a further identified alternative backbone in combination with the sequences we have discovered and found successful
He must love cytogenix technology ,he will save a lot of money on experimental mice they will live and live again .LOL.

CytoGenix Announces a Research Agreement with University of Texas Health Science Center Houston for Pre-Clinical Testing of a Gene Silencing Anti-Bacterial Agent Against Sepsis
Houston, TX, (December 15, 2003) Cytogenix, Inc. (OTCBB: CYGX)
CytoGenix, Inc. (OTCBB: CYGX) announced Monday that it has entered into an agreement with the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston Medical School, for animal studies using the company's proprietary ssDNA technology against a gene that when silenced, inhibits bacterial reproduction.
Dr. Jeffrey K. Actor, associate professor, department of pathology and laboratory medicine, will conduct these proof-of-concept studies to determine the effect of this technology on bacterial sepsis induced in mice.
Sepsis is a life-threatening syndrome resulting from bacterial or fungal infection of the blood that can occur after trauma or surgery. Cases of sepsis have risen dramatically in the last twenty years from 164,000 in 1979 to more than 750,000 in 2002; about 215,000 Americans die annually from severe sepsis. Traditional antibiotic therapy has become ineffective because the sepsis causing pathogens have mutated and developed defenses against all but the most powerful and expensive treatments. Care of people with sepsis costs about $50,000 per case resulting in an economic burden of nearly $17 billion a year.
"This can be a very significant development in the fight against infectious diseases." stated Dr. Actor. "Sepsis is a very complex condition that acts very quickly especially against immune-compromised or otherwise weakened individuals. Any improvement in treatment options will be a very important medical development." adds Dr. Actor.
"We have chosen sepsis as the first application of our anti-bacterial because it is a life-threatening condition and a significant economic burden to society; the results of these early trials can lead to the development of a very important therapeutic product." states, Dr. Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix, Chairman and CEO.
CytoGenix, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and markets innovative products and services based on its proprietary DNA expression technology. CytoGenix has products in pre-clinical development including, anti-herpes, anti-psoriasis and anti-inflammatory topical creams. The company owns a US patent for its core DNA expression technology and has 40 international or US pending patent applications.

1. Tan, X., Actor, J.K., & CHEN. Y., PNA Antisense Oligomer as a Therapeutic Strategy against Bacterial Infection: Proof of Principle Using Mouse Intraperitoneal Infection Antimicrobial Agent and Chemotherapy, (accepted for publication), 2005.
Dr. Jeffrey Actor (University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston). has completed a study investigating peptide nucleic acid (PNA) antisense oligomers as therapeutic agents against bacterial infection in a mouse peritonitis model. The PNA treatment was sufficient to rescue up to 100% of the bacterial infected animals. This work will be published in the journal of Antimicrobial Agent and Chemotherapy in October of 2005.
I love it ,all the mice lived!!!!
Everyone this is very very good !!!
