I am very confused.
Ameritrade showing Bid .21
Ask 1.02
100 shares sold for the day.
Anyone have anything different?
It also has authorized shares of 100,000,000, so I think information reported on any website cannot be taken verbatim.
In one of the early corporate filings the company mentioned not to expect dividends, I see their point, there will be a LOT of start expenses, debt, and expansion plans. I don't see dividends in the near future here.
Just my 2cents
Hmm, so thats about 1 1/3 years salary?
I'm only in for 2 years salary.
You got a ways to go :)

"new contracts are signed and transfer over before mid November we could be there earlier.Basically a wait and see how fast legals move.."
What contracts do you think they are?
How many Rudana assets were included in the 10Q? None!
How many shares did NoDummy refer to, over 60 million shares to complete the deal, 40 to Rudana (Juluis Baer) and 20 to Viewpoint.
I expect Mr Durrant to clear up the matter of the missing assets shortly, or perhaps No assets = No shares, works for me. :)
So, no jumping off bridges, I do not believe the Se.awind boys handed over 60 million shares of their company for nothing.
We shall see soon enough.
I believe there is a lot going on behind the scenes that will determine what direction PSPW goes.
NoDummys review leaves out many items,
Seawind and Rudana agreed upon terms to roll their assets into 3Power. Rudana has since dissolved, and their assets apparently with them.
The 10Q listed only Seawind assets, where were the Rudana assets in the 10Q? If Rudana did not contribute to this company, or if the agreed upon contribution is not met in full, they might not get the full amount of their shares.
Viewpoint was overpaid, I would consider it loansharking, and again, if promises madde in the original agreement are not fulfilled, the share amounts may be altered.
No concrete valuation can be made until the status and value of the Rudana assets are determined.
I for one, do not believe the British lads of Seawind would turn over 60% of their company for nothing!
This will be interesting, although interesting is not exactly what I signed on for here.
:)
Actually, looking at the big picture, if PSPW is between $2 AND $3 by year end, and holding that price, it will be a remarkable ROI for any long investor.
In early filings the company professed goal was NASDAQ, if by year end it seems that PSPW is actually making strides towards that goal, with corporate transparency and good investor communication, I would find it hard to sell some off at $2, even after the tumultous run up to $2.40 and the subsequent months drifting in the Dead Sea at $.40.
It all depends on how well management cleans up this little debacle, and hopefully it was a lesson well learned.
This report was used early on to drum up interest in PSPW from January 2011 on by
Choi, Gotusucka and Narnia, among others.
Our current circumstances are a little different, still interesting reading though, Thanks for bringing it back up.

added a couple more I left out.
I suppose so,
I haven't contacted Mr Durrant yet,
I will send him a e mail this weekend,
So, you mean he doesn't read this BOARD?
Ok now, yes the silent period is over, hopefully some of these questions will be addressed by PR’s in the near future.
Seawind Energy is the accounting survivor of the merger,
Seawind Energy Ltd is now 3Power energy Ltd,
Seawind Services Ltd is now 3Power Project Services
Have extensive wind energy projects in South America and China (Of which Tiso has kept us apprised of)
References to Solar energy projects in Europe…these were vague without any details.
Previous filings had referenced Bangkok Solar Power arrangements, DFD LTD business arrangements, hopefully future PR’s will address where these business agreements are now at.
$2 million is needed to conduct 2012 operations.
$20 million is needed for the European Solar Parks.
CRG Finance receives 20% of Companys right to profit in sale of PSP Italia to GPR.
CRG has called in the $660,000 promissory note, due in 30 days, yet to be paid by 3Power.
Viewpoint got their million for “consulting”!
And mention was made of the Shareholder Special Meeting, April 14th, with thanks to IHUB PSPW Board representative Windchime for overseeing the meeting.
And no mention of
The PR firm to be hired.
Albania projects
Seawind International
Hopefully Toby will address some of these questions with the imminent barrage of PR’s that will be forth coming!!
:)
Time to read through it, at first glance this is what I expected, but it appears to leave many of my questions unanswered.
I couldn't find anything directly connecting 3Power, Seawind or Rudana either, but it appears that the government is actively selling or leasing concessionbidding on s there.
I am hoping that even if the signed Rudana deal is in limbo that 3Power was still bidding on these projects.
Time to drop a note back to that reporter.
Thanks for checking.
Yup, can't agree with you more.
and, in the end, it will either be a brilliant or idiotic move. we'll see. : \
I believe some here on this Board think Julius Baer is holding Rudana's shares.
This is why several weeks ago I looked into Albania hydro projects, I found that business is booming there but could not find 3Power or Rudana mentioned. I never heard back from the Albanian government (didn't expect to either) and did elicit a response from a business reporter, he didn't have specific knowledge of individual projects in Albania, but he did say he would be going to Albania and seemed open to answer any additional e mails. Time to try him again.
We also have Crusader doing on site snooping in Europe regarding the Rudana issue, hopefully something will turn up there.
Just me getting antsy, all of this Seawind work can be found with some sleuthing online, but all of the promised Rudana projects have been impossible to find , for me at least.
Good luck searching, and Thanks.
Seawind International is a integal part of the merger, as far as determining value of 3Power, but it did say
and thereafter plan to acquire Seawind International (such transactions are referred to herein as the “Acquisitions” and the entities are collectively referred to as the “Seawind Companies”).
The Company and the Seawind Companies expect to complete mutually acceptable definitive Acquisition agreements containing customary representations, warranties, covenants and ancillary agreements ..,
We can all agree that Seawind is visible, operating and pursuing new ventures, now they will not throw Seawind Int'l into the pot unless Rudana throws equal value into the pot,
So far Rudana has thrown.... into the pot? And I mean anything that is active and viable and has 3Power's name on it?
Rudana had valuable contracts and assets pledged to this merger, but which pledged items have the 3Power stamp on them?
I expect all this will explained once the PR's start flowing, I hope :)
I am of the opinion that the only way Seawind International gets rolled into 3Power is when Rudana rolls something of equal value into 3Power. And I couldn't find any current information on any of the Rudana contracts or projects that were discussed pre merger.
Best of luck in your attempt to be America’s next millionaire. I have a small stake here but am beyond all in elsewhere. We’ll see who gets there first, :)
Sometimes I find it takes someone from abroad to appreciate all that we have here in this country, Thank you for expressing that.
Originally bought in on the run up, am still averaging down, picked up 10k @ .11,
If it stays at this level and I have more cash available, will grab some more. I can hold for 6 months to a year, no need to cash these in for a while.
That was Zoedog in Chile,
Crusader was going to Switzerland,
C'mon guys, get your team mates straight.
Be Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
What happened?
Hmm, Time to buy...
Wasn't Toby the CFO the whole time...Isn't the CFO responsible for quarterly financials?, or at least provides the data...?
I take the delay more as they are cleaning up a mess left after our prior short lived CEO departed, and the direction PSPW's European ventures are heading, but that is just my conspiracy theory.
As CFO I thought Toby would have had the financial data accessible to him all along.
Oh crappa, the glow of the British insurgency slowly dissipates,
And we find ourselves floating listlessly in the Dead Sea,
Once again!
That was a big selling point for this "shell stock" at the time. The projected valuation was based on revenues from both entities, so far, Tiso has only been able to dig up Seawind projects. I am sure the Seawind boys are actually more concerned about this that we are, :), and hopefully at some point there will be some value realized from the "other" half. I am anticipating some revelation regarding this with the upcoming information release.
Exactly! This was a merger, I have seen all that Seawind has contributed, now where are the contributions from the other half of the merger, other than Riccardo and the Italian financing?
You and everyone else, and I could average down, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen.
Shhh...............
Listen close.......
Hear that............???????
Yes, it's the calm before the STORM!
PSPW....Stormbringer!!!
Well, from the looks of the board yesterday, if thats why he sent those e mail replies, , he succeeded. Now comes the real job of righting this ship and getting back on track.
The problem today was I added more @ .09,
It seems every time I add more, the stock drops, any stock!
:)
But I am patient
Picked up 10k @ .09
The garage was not part of the Board agreement, as best as I can remember, that one you are on your own.
I thought the Board decided you were going to have a his and hers?
I called TD Ameritrade when this has happened to me on occasion, they claimed that there is not 1 central exchange for these trades, that there are multiple points to receive trades, so if I put a order @.37, and someone else got filled @.35, the MM filling the order @.35 might not have been aware of my order
speed of lightning, roar of thunder
fighting all who rob or plunder
Underdog. Underdog!
Rock on Underdog!!
Whoa! Where was that. Nice.
The worldwide financial picture, plus our latest changes, make this more challenging for company management to negotiate, hopefully they will put someone who is hands on and knows what their doing, as opposed to someone who is there to represent 1/2 the ownership interest.
I must say, owning PSPW stock has been an adventure,
from rollicking roller coaster rides necessitating daily doses of dramamine, to weeks set adrift in the Dead Sea, and now the British uprising trying to right the helm, ah,
What adventures lay ahead?
I must say, it has not been boring,
Onward Onward PSPW warriors!
:)
If this does what I expect it to, given a 2 to 3 year window, I may actually get to retire early,
And plan that peacock bass fishing trip on the Amazon,
while scouting up more work for PSPW in South America
Nobody said it would be easy to become a PSPW millionaire!! :)
This also explains why it has been so quiet, this was the biggest thing on their plate, and they kept it quiet.
Yup, Italy was a weak link, and I didn't particularly like the payment structure either, hopefully we will be getting a more solid investor with better terms.
Now Toby has to sell a detailed business plan with reasonable profit margins to entice investment.
Actually, I like this. From everything I understand US firms are sitting on a boatload of money to invest, 3Power likes to partner , especially when it comes to financing, ok Toby, the money is here, start selling your business plan. There is investment money out there, maybe just not in Europe. Or maybe Saleem might want to put his hand in his own pocket, I am sure he has some loose change there.
Yup, put the English chaps back in charge, hopefully this is not a temporary assignment.
