Nice to see here Mr. Bigz. Thanks for the chart, all indicators are pointing up on nice volume!!! GLTA!
I agree with your conclusion based on all publicly available information and what we have seen so far in PR's (i.e. the eventual build up towards NI043 compliance). It would make sense for Scott and SRSR to opt. for a Chinese off-take agreement given the Chinese connections that Hawke has.
However, I have the following thoughts/questions if this scenario plays out:
1. Term of the off-take agreement: I presume that it will be long-term in order to guarantee some type of income and commitment for a long while as the mining will take a while. This will also help the market appropriately price the PPS as valuation models will always look for recurring income from operations for a nice stable long period of time.
2. Compensation for Risk: The potential Chinese customer will want to be compensated for the opportunity cost/ return on the money they will put up to fund the mining and get the metals to China. Will this mean that SRSR will have to sell the metals to them at a price lower than the market? It wouldn't be too much for SRSR to sacrifice in order to get operations going.
3. Transportation of Metals: Will the risk transfer be FOB shipping point or destination? If SRSR would be responsible for the shipping the metals to China (i.e. FOB destination) it would be wise for Scott to start developing a good relationship with the ocean liner companies. Alternatively, the Chinese customer might opt to distribute the metal in North America if they don't need all or some of the extracted metals?
4. Timing: With the Chinese government embarking on a stimulus package to revive their economy and the time it will take to mine the metals I think the Chinese customer will not hesitate to sign up at this point to capitalize on future economic growth by having ready a nice supply of Niobium ready for sale to the Chinese market.
5. Other Customers: Presuming that a Chinese off-take agreement is the first customer, this will give SRSR some income to fund its own mining costs to sell the metals to other customers. Instead of or in addition to a Chinese customer, could we possibly have a North American (less transportation risk), European or other customer who would be interested in an off-take agreement also? Determining which would be in SRSR's best interest will depend on Scott and his team being able to negotiate favourable terms.
6. Relationship: Any Chinese customer who will put up that kind of money will want some type of guarantee or stake to ensure that they will get the metals they need given the value they are bringing to the table. If Scott does not want to give them any ownership, maybe a performance bond will satisfy them. I think the history of Scott's family will also give some sense of trust to a potential Chinese customer.
7. Restricted Shares/Private Placement: Given the restricted shares out there and Scott's (and his father's) connections in the industry, I wouldn't be surprised to see private financiers line up to fund SRSR's operations in order to get operations going and see the PPS reflect this; all on favourable and non-dilutive terms of course. Are the restricted shares held by Chinese investors (i.e. Hawke's friends)?
Conclusion: Any way you look at it, we are in one great stock. Friday's PPS and volume action was amazing and I am very excited about SRSR's future.
GLTA!
J.P.
Today's PPS reflects the fact that insider buying is taking a breather and some people want cheap shares. If you look at the 8th last day of the volume and work your way to the present you will see pretty consistent green volume for the first 4 days as someone may have been trying to accumulate shares. Then it looks like they couldn't wait anymore and bam we had the price increase last week due to demand.
The last 2 red days of volume are most likely profit takers combined with the lack of inside buying pressure. Something is coming and we all know what it is.
All of this is IMO of course.
GLTA!
J.P.
I agree, I think we're seeing the typical MM attempt to shakeout the week holders after the first run-up and before the next run so we have as less sellers as possible. It's healthy to have this.
The tell tale signals, I love that chart. Yess!!!! It's coming!! Woohooo!!!
OBV secondary indicator is taking off which means management and insiders are buying big time and the Accum Dist is following suit which means there is a lot of retail buying.
J.P.
NITE was by far the leader among the SRSR MM's in volume for the past 2 months (you might have to copy and past the link below)
http://otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?Issue=srsr&searchby=issue&sortby=volume&Month=4-1-2009&downloadname=mv200904.exe&view.x=42&view.y=7
Very important close in my opinion. The fact that we closed at .03 with less volume than yesteray says a lot. PPS step ladder is forming, up we go!
J.P.
I have been keeping my eye on the volume for a very long time and I always thought that anything above 4 million means take note and anything above 6 million means something is going on. Yesterday we hit 7 million, something is going on!!! Take a look at the one year chart to compare.
Go SRSR go!!!
J.P.
Agreed, SRSR is one of the safer pinksheets out there.
Agreed jjgarcia and thanks for posting doughthehead. Here are my thoughts on why the chart that doughthehead posted is strong. I am not a chartist but I love the way SRSR is building steam in the charts:
1. Not to state the obvious but we have more green volume days than red with a consolidating PPS=steam is building
2. CMF is strong and high and the highest I have seen in any stock
3. The MFI and all of its averages are on an upward trend
4. TRIX is consolidating and is now staying in positive territory
5. PPO recently turned positive and is maintaining a nice steady positive momentum since then
6. Williams' lows are on an upward trend, draw a line connecting each of the lows and you'll see what I mean; we just completed the third peak over the power zone for both R(21) and R(8)
7. The Up Aroon recently shot up above the Down Aroon and it has maintained a strong position above 70 since then
8. Force - we just completed the third peak over zero
9. Accum/Dist - retail buying is increasing and on an upward trend
Again I am not a chartist and they can probably say that all of my observations indicate that we are not able to break out of the consolidation.
To each his own but I know fundamentally SRSR is rock solid and the charts are now catching up. I am excited about the future PPS.
GLTA!!
Hi Soapy,
The AROON Up recently jumped up and crossed the AROON Down and it has stayed above it along with a nice continuous increase in the CMF. Does this mean we should continue to go higher?
Thanks!
J.P.
Today they became available as I finally got filled at .005. Which is by coincidence the ask now! Demand vs supply works. Thanks Stingray2!
Have a buy order in at .005 and not getting filled for a few hours now. GLTA!
That's not fair. I guess someone must be short SRSR??
Hi go, nice article find. J.P.
Not too shabby for a MM, look at their management team. This is what we need for SRSR, new eyes and interest.
GLTA!
Recap of the BOSS-U contract from the 3/30 PR. I like how Johnathan quotes the contract as one of the most significant biometrics initiative in the history of the U.S; right up EVRM's alley.
GLTA!
J.P.
BOSS-U is a multiple award contract run by the Army’s Biometrics Task Force. The contract has a maximum ceiling dollar value of $497 million and a base period of three years with two, one-year options. The contract objectives are to obtain a broad range of services, solutions and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental biometric services needs. The Performance Work Statement is comprised of six comprehensive functional service categories: Management Support Services; Infrastructure Procurement Design, Development, & Integration; Operations and Maintenance; Advanced Technology Demonstration; Studies and Analysis; and Test and Evaluation.
“We are very excited about the opportunity to participate in one of the most significant biometrics initiatives in the history of the United States.” said Jonathan Sym, CEO of Evermedia Biometrics
From the company's website, these patents can only be worth some good future revenues for the company and hence why EDS wants EVRM's support for the BOSS-U contract.
PATENTS
EMBC holds exclusive worldwide rights to its iris recognition technology. Specifically, EMBC holds two U.S. Patents (U.S. Patent No. 7,302,087 and U.S. Patent No. 7,298,874), two Korean patents and two Chinese patents. EMBC also has two additional patent applications pending in the U.S. and two pending applications in the United Kingdom.
The acceptance of iris-based biometrics as an ID management solution is rapidly expanding. Below are a few applications currently implemented or under development by the industry:
* Military: Security Access, Enemy Combatant Identification
* Airport Security: Quick Check-in, Passport Validation, Access Control
* Banking: Payment Validation and Authorization
* E-commerce: Online Transaction Validation
I agree Sterling, the placement of restricted shares is almost always a good sign that someone wants a piece of the action and is willing to accept restricted shares because of their view on the future pps.
Thanks for sharing your diligence!
J.P.
Yeah, my buy order just got filled at .006.
We're getting noticed! GLTA!

Same here, right behind you...GLTA!
I was only able to get .019's today.
Wow, nice article find!!! This will bode very well for SRSR and others in the industry, I liked these two lines:
China last month announced $22 billion of investments in mining companies as frozen credit markets and the worst commodity rout in at least five decades slashed asset values.
The country may spend a total of $1 trillion buying up assets overseas...
How about selling 29 million shares below .002???
Enough to make you go insance at the age of 32.
Possibly but that is crazy to do with so much potential for this stock in the future. I missed another buying opportunity!
GLTA!
The dip in the intraday price today was abnormal. When you look at the volume charts by hour it seems as if it was orchestrated for someone to load up. Regardless, I am bullish on SRSR and wanting to buy more as I am getting more excited about my holdings.
GLTA!
You did in good faith and thanks for continuing to share whatever information you choose to with us.
My story worse and it makes me go insane sometimes. I accumulate 31 million shares of EESO last year and I sold 29 million at below .002 and it hit .05 recently. It could have been my first big break and I could have used the money to get married this year.
It hurts! Looking for the next play now.
Good for you, congrats. I did the mistake of putting in an order for .0003 that never got filled. Regretting it now!! GLTA!
I missed another buying opportunity…Darnit!! Although this is healthy for the stock to test supports now and churn a bit than do now rather than later, always take your profits on a “bit” or 10% of your holding for “just in case” and put the proceeds in another stock or something safer. Even though I have a small position now compared to all of you, I still took some off the table earlier because the huge red volume today is pretty hefty and volume is the key indicator of demand, albet sometimes manipulated.
Congrats to all the longs here, you guys are still way ahead than we were three weeks ago. I wish I wouldn’t have sold my 29 million so early, oh well. Live an learn and regret!!!
Waaaaaaaayyyy less than I had I liked, I sold too early and I am kicking myself for it these days. But I am glad all of the longs here are making money. GLTA!!!
Sent you a PM
No problem and anytime. Just because I am not making as much money as all the rest of you it does not mean I don't give my best to help out the group and anyone else. We are all humans who live on this one planet together. Seeing you all make money is good satisfaction for me too.
I am not ready to jump back in yet. We'll see...
Thanks for the supporting words Lou but I don't need no sorry's (i.e. salt to the regretful wound), I am the one who pulled the sell trigger. Live and learn hard during the sleepless nights.
Nice EESO PPS action today, take your profits!!
Not much powder left, do you care to donate some shares? I will be the one standing at the corner with a sign 'Will Organize CC for EESO shares' LOL!!!
GLTA!!
Thanks for the update on the gaps, but I am not sure if EESO needs to fill these gaps before it can move higher.
You were right on the money for SRSR needing to fill the gap at .024 which it recently has and then some. But with EESO it seems to have a consistent momentum and the secondary indicators are pretty solid in their northward movement. Do you agree?
Let's hope that these 4 gaps don't need to be filled and EESO keeps it climb steady.
GLTA!
It's nice to see that you're doing ALL of this for free!!!?!!!
If this is true, you are a good citizen.
GLTY!!!!!!!!!
Don't feel bad, I did the worst/stupidest mistake among anyone on this board. Just to make you feel better I sold 29 million shares below .002. Talk about staying sane and not going crazy. It hurts more than you can imagine after holding them for so long.
EESO is seeing buying and demand like no other stock and all of the secondary indicators are pointing up to support this and not taking a breather. Someone or some group is behind this buying and I don't think they will let it go back down below a penny. I am impressed at how far this stock has come in a short while.
This stock has taken on a new life and I wish all the longs the best because you all deserve it. I will try to post more as time permits and I hope this stock goes to the moon so you can all be rich.
GLTA!!! Let's all make some money!
Since last summer and .0075 is the lowest I managed to get. Still accumulating!
