Are you saying Rick Heddle, the current CEO of PTOI, entered into this agreement, not intending to follow through on it?
That makes it a sham deal. Dialing 1-800-WELLSNOTICE
If they truly did 'send' it to Regional Recycling of Niagara, what could they do with it since they told the SEC they shut that facility down in
September 2013?
The weather is not a problem at all.
So, the problem where they didn't *heat* the cooling water enough and it froze, taking the processor down for over a *year*, has been fixed?
Did they add another NatGas boiler to heat the cooling water?
So, Mr. Ragus seems to be in charge of creating LLC shell companies, and learning how to create web sites.
Mr. Frisina has the company's ice cream social Fridays nailed down.
And James Tetrault...hmmm, 'fundraising' perhaps? I'll bet he's got a pyramid of associates that would gladly kick in some cash.
What's not to like about Econavigation LLC? They're way more legitimate than RockTenn, amirite?
They're going to spend the entire pilot period learning how to program web sites
And dumping their front loaded shares.
and brother business is a boomin!
Did the Flagship blow the F out again?
What's this I hear about JRE#1 being delinquent in paying taxes?
That don't sound too good...
it's pretty clear >> events in the Fall of 2013 were *responsible*
It's absolute fact that RH and JB LIED by omission on December 10, 2013, during the conference call/annual meeting, by neglecting to inform shareholders that the Flagship processor 'blew the F out', due to the introduction of water into the 400 degree Celsius rotating kiln, 8 days prior.
It's also clear that it wasn't the normal cold temperatures that subsequently took the Flagship processor offline from December 2013 until today.
When your whole business is based on lies, the scammy OTC is where you belong until you go no-bid.
So, what we've got is a total re-branding of products to the Hoover name
coupled with a near halt to sales in Q1 to Q2 of Capstone branded lights, and more 12% loans from management.
Weeeeeee!
Buy the rumor....
Pilot program underway with a great chance for success.
Some shareholders have established fairly large ad hoc network and as a consequence stand ready to support the share price. Those shareholders already hold many millions of shares and will add should the opportunity present itself.
All that nonsense is gone..past...over.
Eco navigation is a real company with real financial backing
attempt to prove the sustained runs the machines are capable in order to sell and place ptoi processors with multiple customers.
All the talk about $10 a barrel and production numbers are meaningless.
The pilot program is underway
JB should be credited with development of a processor which is distinguished by its refined output.
Kerfloosh!
Plenty of free shares to flush down the commode. People should just Keep Buying!
Yeah, Right!
The only thing anyone 'invests' in when they buy PTOI/JBII is keeping grifters in fine automobiles and run-down motel ownership.
Hope everyone enjoyed the ride! I imagine JB did.
It's funny that you linked pictures of some of the 'free' plastic they got from Madison County.
The same plastic that fouled the machines, taking them offline for a thorough clean-out. The same plastic that JBI paid to haul off to the landfill, after they found it unsuitable for their processors.
Al Sousa was 90 processors in Florida
The man that was going to build processors on ships for sailing the High Seas was Dick Heddle, the current CEO.
John is actually a very poor business man
I'm going to disagree with you. If you take the man at his word, he was a stock promoter. You need to go back to his emails that came out in a deposition years ago to see this.

The following list is highly confidential and is what I have been working on the past five weeks -- I have been doing the public market strategy which is working. I will continue to bring the market price up but we'll need earnings behind in the short term to keep the momentum with the market. I can keep us a 1000x multiple with perfect execution of PZO. I need other acquisitions to build a floor on the stock. Due to the material nature of these releases only my core group know of this list below(including Geoff).

As a stock promoter, he hit a home run. He put ~70 million worthless chits of paper into the retail float, based on magic catalysts and paid-under-the-table-through-his-kid's-trust-fund stock promoters.
Huge Success.
there are 2 very nice holding tanks over near the building housing #3, that are very capable of holding the fuel produced.
Neither of those two tanks are heated. Where does the inevitable #6 fuel go, now that they scrapped and unloaded off site their only heated #6 fuel tank?
It's been a month and a half since the last 10Q; maybe we'll get one of those famous Heddle mid-quarter Updates!
We can dream...
He also said something that looking back I can't believe I held my stock. He told me to hit the message boards. I forgot the exact wording but something like we have a battle on our hands.
Or are they just chillaxing
Remember Folks,
the end game here is Statute of Limitations. Once that runs out, it's 'Bye-Bye, thanks for all your money! Ta-ta.'
Did they get rid of one of the black tanks out front? Why did they get rid of the overflow containment around the tanks?
Hold up there a second, LR
I'm sure there are many stockholders that would like to see a P2O machine sold to Syria, and would love to see JB board the plane to go over there to train the Syrian operators.
AMIRITE?
In the past.. Many wish they'd never heard of J. Bordynuik, and his 'magic' catalyst..
..it magically made their investment disappear.
When does the PTOI quiet period end?
If I had to guess, it would be right after the next tranche of unrestricted shares gets funneled through one of JB's trust accounts into the hands of unnamed 'consultants'.
"We get paid when the process is highly successful. We get nothing otherwise."
The 'Process' is a dismal failure to date. Bordynuik still got rich, though (far from 'nothing').
It would seem to be just one in a series of lies told to investors/penny gamblers.
PTOI NEVER "MADE" FUEL AT $10/BARREL ;)
Bordynuik's claim was $10 per barrel, *ALL* costs in, and then production halved. He didn't say, well, if you don't count transport, feedstock purchase price, preprocessing costs, then it's $10 per barrel. ALL COSTS IN, and PRODUCTION HALVED.
JBI loses money on every barrel they make. That's why the machines are idled. They need more PIPE money to start them up again so they can lose more money (and line insiders pockets some more).
Waste plastic needs a new home other than a burial site
Why exactly is that? Actually burying the plastic (if you can't recycle it into new plastic objects) is better than JBI's alternative.
Burying it sequesters the carbon (by weight, plastic is almost all carbon). Pyrolysing it and burning the fuel releases the carbon as greenhouse gasses.
Burying waste plastic that can't be recycled is the greenest thing you can do.
Putting it into one of Bordynuik's machines is about the worst thing you can do with plastic.
Plus, you're just lining JB's pockets by keeping this farce alive.
one of the top 100 engineering company in the U.S. is now working with PTOI
Are they lined up to remediate the site when JBI/PTOI goes out of business? Smart move; don't want to have any lingering problems with the NYS DEC when shutdown happens.
Why do you think all the lawsuits that were supposed to bankrupt the company never did?
If Heddle ever decides to stop cutting checks for day to day expenses, they already *are* insolvent. How quickly do you think a bankruptcy filing would ensue?
Rather than build the organization to fabricate, install, operate and maintain processors, PTOI management made a decision to utilize an existing organizations capability.
Plastic2Oil, Inc.
SIC: 5064 - WHOLESALE-ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, TV & RADIO SETS
formerly: 310 HOLDINGS, INC. (filings through 2009-10-06)
JBI, INC. (filings through 2014-07-31)
Still can't get their SIC quite right, even with the name change.
Not that it matters much, I guess.

So fitting! ;)
