There Has to be a paper Trial.
I'm sure that Canada has comparable enviromental regulations and construction permitting requirements. I'm in the idustrial waste disposal business and before ANY new company or existing Co. wanting to expand, commits to construction or expansion, they must be assured that they can dispose of their process waste. This usually includes permits and contracts for solid waste disposal and the same for process water treatment. An enviromental impact study may also be required to begin operations. All of these things shold be determined before Purchasing/Leasing the building for the plant. Verifyingany one of these by someone in the area should be fairly easy and should put some peoples mind at ease re that subject. Besides that, I am looking forward to this week! Should be very interesting.
