Picked up another 20k today! I try to add at least 20k a week but it gets a little more difficult as the price goes up. A word of advice would be be to buy as much as you can before the stock goes over .10!
LVVV
700000 shares just traded. Last gasp, perhaps!
SMKY
Maybe I should of saved my buys from yesterday and bought more today instead. Markets are so fickle as are investors, lol. Interesting to note, as LVVV goes down in price, ADIA is going up.
Appears as though someone has been slowly accumulating ADIA shares over the last month.
I totally agree with you. From your past posts on other boards, I thought you were more of a stickler for details such as filings, solid fundamentals.....
ADIA
Mmmm, interesting!
ADIA
I didn't think I would ever be filled under .09 but added another 20k this morning. Sometimes it pays just to leave low ball bids for bottom fishing. Another 20k of LVVV in strong hands.
I too was thinking along those lines. It would be nice to know the distribution date for the spin off of Homeland and an update from Bill regarding the arrangement he made with ADIA. Why fractional shares of LVVV, Bill has acquired the investor base of ADIA shareholders, a recognized stock symbol and company. Jason is still sitting with 5 million shares of ADIA. Could be a very good play for the future potential or a bust. We wont really know untill all the cards are on the table. Another thought, ADIA could be a spin off of LVVV as it diversifies into other product lines. ADIA really does not seem to be a keeper for Bill once he has the probiotic line.

More great news and confirmation of increased revenues but little price or volume action on the news.
Seems somewhat strange. I had an order in for 30k at .085, only 12k filled. So I changed my bid to .08 and the rest filled. Someone short out there and they want the price to go down.
LVVV
Why would you consider an awareness program a fraudulent promotion..
This is a new company with a great operating platform. This stock has the potential to trade in multiple dollars. Give it time!
MEDA
Look like we may bust through .10 shortly! Buy the dips!!!
LVVV
LOL, college days words of description and a dose was a bad thing then!
LVVV
Any idea what a medical hit of LVVV THC could sell for on the retail market.. A million chews a day allows a lot of sufferers a better way to cope!
LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. Issues Clarification
ORANGE, CA, Feb 03, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (otcqb:LVVV) would like to clarify the background of the new advisors to LiveWire Herbaceuticals. Eric Krogius and Robert Drust were initial investors and advisors to GrowOp Technology Ltd., which was the predecessor to Terra Tech Corp.
"I apologize for any confusion this morning. The current team of Terra Tech is not involved with LiveWire. We wish them all the best. The point of our press release is that we have well respected industry veterans as part of our team," said Bill Hodson, CEO of LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc.

One thing that Bill said some time ago about LVVV Chews being a foundation or delivery agent to a myriad of add-ins certainly was proven true with todays announcement.
Good luck to all LVVV shareholders!
Are you a shareholder of LVVV. If not, why am I having to read through reams of SPAM....
Yes, SPAM, you have made your point and power to you. Continuous repetition is considered SPAM and will be deleted.
Fantastic news this morning, LVVV a powerhouse in the making!
How high can we go with this stock!
Picked up a few more this morning.
According to Jason....When a new corporation is spun out from an existing private corporation, the new corporation is a private company just like the parent is -- being quoted OTC does not make a company "public" in terms of the 1934 Exchange Act nor does it impose any public disclosure obligations pursuant thereto.
Describing the spin-out as a "private company" that will be incorporated in Washington, D.C. is the most accurate way to differentiate this from a public spin-out. It is important to understand that ADIA itself is not a public company today and that it has no disclosure obligations pursuant to the 1934 Exchange Act despite still having an OTC quotation for its Common stock.
It will very interesting as my investment in both companies is almost the same cost per share basis!!
LVVV
ADIA
The stock did tank during this period. However, it was due
more to rats jumping ship than the proposed alignment with LVVV.
Grouse Hunter, I totally agree. To date, Jason has operated
in a responsible and I think honourable manner. I believe this arrangement with LVVV will benefit both LVVV and ADIA shareholders.
As a large shareholder in both companies, I have my bets on a very financially profitable future.
How about your thoughts on posting facts on LVVV instead of items presented for purely psychological fulfillment
Thanks again, Jason. Can you also tell us if all unauthorized issued shares of ADIA have been returned to treasury
Its coming though I can taste it..... (and I did) LOL
hmmmm!
LVVV
Thanks Nathan
Thanks Jason, I am curious how the company will be structured share wise after the spin off of Homeland Forensics, Inc. and Public Startup Company, Inc. I believe you held 5 million shares of ADIA-PIVX. Will LVVV hold shares in the spin off. Will Bill Hodson initiate the process or has it already begun but just needs approval.
Hopefully, there is a PR issued to announce this new arrangement.
LVVV
ADIA
It appears that way!!!
The credit is yours. Just following your lead on LVVV board!
"On May 15, 2013, Adia Nutrition announced an exclusive Letter of Intent from
LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTCQB: LVVV) to license the assets used to operate
the Adia Nutrition probiotics business in return for an equity stake in LVVV
(LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc.) and a revenue-based royalty agreement.
Adia Nutrition, Inc. announced in a previous filing that it is adopting a new
corporate name, Homeland Forensics, Inc., and that it has formed and intends to
spin-out a subsidiary known as Public Startup Company, Inc. to enable secure
Internet-based crowd funding in a revised strategy to maximize the value of its
legacy business assets in the fields of security and forensics.
Today, in connection with these previous negotiations with LiveWire Ergogenics,
Inc. and as part of the Company's developing plan for the spin-out of Homeland
Forensics, Inc. the Company's current Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial
officer, President, Treasurer, Secretary, and sole director, Jason Coombs, has
resigned, effective January 27, 2014.
Bill Hodson, CEO of LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. has been appointed CEO of Adia
Nutrition, Inc. to replace the Company's outgoing CEO, Jason Coombs. Mr. Hodson
has also been named the sole director of the Company, replacing Mr. Coombs."
It appears Jason has resigned from ADIA and Bill Dodson from LiveWire Energy LVVV will be the new CEO!

You'll have to ask Jason that. Only God and Jason can tell you where ADIA is headed and neither one is willing to step out on a limb and make that commitment! We can all hope, surmise, wish, plead and pray for a bountiful yield. Here's hoping!!!
ADIA
$.046 Thanks for posting the entire report!!

LVVV
I am really excited to see the new website, almost as much as I am to see a sales update from management, lol.
LVVV
Shame those listings are from January 2013. I would love to see the new map locations. I like that fact that they are creating a strong home base before spreading out and becoming too thin to properly manage and support.
LVVV
We would all like to see a better valuation on the stock price. There is SO much activity behind the scenes that eventually LVVV will be a dream stock. Most investors will be patting themselves on the back, saying I am so glad I bought shares at today's prices.
That being said, I added another 30k. Just a matter of time.
LVVV
Hi Mick, yeah downright awful now. I had 100k at .018 but only managed to sell 50k between .05 and .06. Waiting to see what new management brings to the table.
DNDT
Have a good weekend!
