I'm not debating that. Just evening the playing field.
And what about the 20 transactions between 2:39 and 2:52 EST that averaged $25 each, trying to bring it down to .0003? There's even a trade for 12 shares, one for 8 shares and another for 1 single share.
Can't believe I didn't dump my whole big pile of shares at .0003 when I had the chance
Must be the people with toxic shares who like losing money buying more at .0005 to dump at .0003
Thank you for confirming what I was told.
The company did in fact file an official change of control along with the November press release. Chad MacKay is the CEO on record with the legal transfer agent for SFLM stock. Nothing has happened since November to dispute that fact.
Well they clearly told me there was a change of control filed by the company, so I find it interesting they couldn't give you that same info and fumbled around to read you a press release.
So you called them yesterday, responded to my post with "Bravo!" and then waited until this morning to say the Transfer Agent just read you a press release?
When did you call and have this experience? Because that's certainly not what they said to me yesterday.
So you just call now and they told you that?
Guys - please see my post from about an hour ago regarding the CEO mystery
For anyone still wondering who the CEO of SFLM is...
1. Go to https://www.otcmarkets.com/
2. Search for and go to SFLM
3. Click on the Security Details tab
4. Scroll down to the Transfer Agent section and call the 800 number for Colonial Stock Transfer
5. Pick the option for individual investors
6. Tell them you are a concerned SFLM shareholder and you would like to confirm a recently announced change of control
7. Ask them who they have on record as the current CEO
8. Report back with your findings
I could tell you the answer, but I don't want to ruin the suspense.
Also glad to be an actual shareholder. We are the smart ones and everyone will realize it soon enough.
A $3 sell followed by a $1 sell? Guess I'd better sell my whole pile of shares now lol
Definitely not the only 2...
If I had any available funds left, I'd be like hungry hungry hippo on these 4s and 5s.
Today's trade log stinks of manipulation. Go ahead and bash me, I don't really care. The truth will come out soon enough.
One of these days, MacKay is going to release an update out of nowhere that will knock two zeros off this thing and put an end to the nonsense. I anxiously await that day.
That's fair. You did not say instead of. My bad.
I'm not debating that fact. I've been saying all along I fully believe the change of control happened and people started throwing escape clauses at me. I'm just trying to understand why you think he is going to continue with dilution and a reverse split instead of creating a new company that has value.
Regardless of whether Mackay did or did not take over?
Ok. I feel confident that Chad did not walk away from the deal or intentionally scam investors to bail out friends, so I'm just gonna keep sitting tight. People are going to believe what they want to believe until we hear from the source.
If someone were to somehow 100% confirm that Chad was in fact registered as the new CEO, what would that prove that we don't already know?
You're certainly not the only one curious, nor are you the only one who thinks there's a connection in all of this. I haven't read this board in several days because, to be quite honest, it's become a lot of ridiculous nonsense. But I just wanted to add to your post and say I think at least a few of us are on the right track.
It closed today with over 60mil on the .0004 bid. Anyone looking to get out has already had ample opportunity.
Just some random thoughts... I don't think it does "them" any harm to wait until they're good and ready to give us a meaningful update. All it does is make "us" wonder what the hell is going on. And if they put out a "hang tight guys we're working on it" type of statement to shut us up, some people would jump all over that and call it fluff. When news is announced, the share price will adjust accordingly to reflect a appropriate market cap, regardless of its current PPS. In the meantime, "they" can keep loading up on cheap shares from the people that give up.
I've also reached out via email a few times and did not get a response. But to be totally honest, I didn't really expect one. Why tell some random person information before making an official announcement? They will give the world an update when they are ready. I hoped it would have been by now, but I am also patient enough to wait this out.
It could possibly explain some of the recent activity. It could also possibly accelerate a rebound whenever we get any sort of news or update.
Thank you. Even higher than I anticipated.
Out of curiosity, does anybody know where one can find an accurate short interest % on SFLM?
Yes, 2 sells at open that totaled 69,000 shares (likely not a randomly chosen number) for a whopping $41. Catastrophic.
Right, so they held those shares through November when it was at .001 just to dump them now at .0005? Mmmm hmmm....
So you're calling out a small buy at the ask, but a $50 sell 10 seconds before Friday market close to bring it back to .0005 isn't fishy? Mmmm hmmm......
Haha, perfect answer
I can't help but wonder, why would someone who thinks a stock is trash and going to zero spend so much time posting about it on a random internet forum?
The price is currently at .0005 and there are bids above the current price of .0006 and nobody is selling? Hmm...
Looks like we have some interesting new opinions.
I couldn't agree more.
Anything is possible, but it seems so unlikely that a guy with 15 years of experience as the founder and partner of a private equity firm didn't research the company before announcing to the world he has been appointed the new CEO and quoting he is very excited to become a part of the company.
I would also rather follow my gut and be wrong than decide based on someone else's opinion. At least if I'm wrong, I'll have nobody to blame but myself. The information we DO have tells me to stick around and wait for the information we don't have.
Bare minimum, isn't the company still legally required to file a financial statement soon? I mean, let's hope we get some actual news before then. But if not, at least that should give us some sort of info.
