It sure would be nice to get some more information on what's going on. We're mostly in the dark now. Maybe they will enlighten us shortly. GLTY.
Could see some panic buying before the close. GLTA
They most definitely were, and probably still are. Two offers with the 2nd one being substantially higher than the first. Very interested. IMHO.
If Hans Bool is still interested in buying EESO then the contracts will be part of the purchase price. IMHO.
Contracts could have been withheld due to the buyout negotiations. IMHO.
I believe that's what the additional 3 billion AS will be used for. Nothing back on the potential offer from the chemical company or the details on the Hans Bool offer. Believe Jared will announce the company is sold after the ink is dry so shareholders won't pester the offeror's with questions. GLTY.
Looks like the run will start up again today. All aboard. Buyout coming shortly. GLTA.
My guess is there is another offer on the table and he won't PR it until the deal is done. He didn't want to PR the original offer from Hans Bool but had to when investors found out he had put 300 million shares in escrow as part of it. GLTA.
He said all deals that were on the table at that time were not being considered. However, there was one potential deal that hadn't hit the table yet and he said that previous offerors were welcome to re-submit additional offers. Buyout could still very well happen. IMHO.
I'm with ya money. This baby will be sold. The addl 3 billion will be part of the structure of the deal. GLTY.
Take this #$%^& somewhere else. None of what you are talking about is true.
The stock is trading at a market cap of $12 million. They have one contract alone worth that much not including Wowgreen. Way undervalued. IMHO.
Give it up with the SEC $%^&*. They could care less about EESO.
They still haven't given us the details on why the buyouts were rejected. Doesn't make any sense when you are trading sub-penny. I wonder if they are looking to re-structure a JV or buyout with the additional 3 billion shares in the A/S? More questions than answers with this company. GLTY.
Still only valued at a market cap of $10 million which is way too low. IMHO.
Had to be the comments from Jared on Investment Nation the previous day where he stated he wasn't selling shares, he is 100% healthy, the company is financially strong, etc.etc. IMHO.
I know they are gone but I don't know the reasons why.
Pooh: I really don't know the details on any of the defections but sure would like to know the straight poop on em.
Jared says we will have audited fins by the end of Q3. He better deliver on that. Would do wonders for the company's credibility. Until then who knows what they will tell us. What's the real story behind all the employee defections? Bill White, Owen Stern, Gene Sherill.
I'm tired of being in the dark. We are half way through the year and don't even know what our sales are. You don't need audited financials to communicate that information. Status updates on Wowgreen, BioMagic, GC2000, etc. etc. Basic information and we don't have it. GLTY.
They are already profitable. See last year's financial statements on Pinksheets.com. FYI.
Why don't they just get with a broker and formally put the company up for sale and take the highest bid?
Duke, is this a fact or just conjecture on your part? Please explain how you know this. Thanks.
And how do you know the company is getting sold? Is this a fact or just conjecture on your part? Thanks.
What's their definition of "long"?
Profit looks great!!
I could care less about the goodwill. Profit looks great!!
The financials looked great to me. $3.5 million profit on only $9 million in sales. Didn't include any Wowgreen business that's much more profitable. Those are the facts.
Do you ever post facts or is it all opinion?
You guys are really grasping now. What price is your re-entry point?
What phoney fins? They haven't issued audited fins yet. Last year's unaudited showed $9 million in sales. Nothing phoney about that.
Cut the $%^&*. The SEC could care less about EESO. They haven't done anything to warrant that much attention anyway. More FUD.
Snake, can you stop in and get the real scoop on what's happening and report back to shareholders sometime? Thanks.
Now a market cap of $7 million and there sales are much higher than that. Selling is way overdone. IMHO.
They would also not make more than a $.01 higher offer either. The company wants the highest offer it can get. IMHO.
I read the "no numbers" as referring to the 2nd offer price. FYI.
Still may be additional offers coming down the road. Why should they let other potential suitors know what the latest offer price was?
West: what do you think is going to transpire? Thanks.
If everything was such gloom and doom then why did he reject a buyout that is 40-50 times the current PPS? Doesn't make any sense. I think he still believes that the GC2000 will be a home run. One possible reason. GLTY.
Said she is still holding some shares. You have a way of only telling half the story.
