Mr Winnick was having a 'gimlet' and some chicken wings.
He said to tell 'Stockfire' there would be some big action tomorrow.
He also wanted to know who gave me his number.
I just got off the phone with Mr Winnick.
And Mr Winnick says it's time to double down and back up the money truck.
He said it would be ok if I told a few freinds.
I think the SEC will uplist SLJB soon.
Major arrests will also follow.

Fortunately they left LFWK (Loftworks/Loftwerks} alone and as we came to understand SLJB was simply a name change...an acquisition and not an actual merger.
Later we realized SLJB was never a 'fraud' but rather the usage of the British word 'fraud'... meaning any violation of statute.
And certainly SLJB was onerously penalized for violationing Ontarian laws about need for prospectus and prior registration in the province of Ontario.
Anticipation and excitement continue to grow daily. Making the stock possibly the most undervalued stock in the universe for now.
All in my own humble opinion

They acquired 24 million dollars in assets. At least that's what Dun and Bradstreet valued them at. Bernard Speigel confirmed this was accurate. Turner Stone did as well.
It was merely a name change and took over all of the existing assets and liabilities and the shell.

That Loftwerks/Loftworks never actually merged with Sulja Brothers but simply acquired their interests??
I know various officials and lawyers in Ontario have assured me this was so but I was always waiting for a trusted board member to tell me this to ever believe it.
Thanks.
Due diligence and facts sure are a wonderful thing.

Why would illegal naked shorts even be reported??
Zero shorts on this revoked scam ... ex CEO got a prison sentence for this Frauds.
And isn't it also illegal to even short any OTC stock by virtue of existing securities laws prohibiting same?
How can Mr. Petar Vucicevich be an 'ex CEO' when he was only CEO for a day with a cheesy pr designed only to pacify the 'masses' at the time.(I suspect that actual shareholders could even care who was CEO) and they never even changed the paperwork in Nevada??
Wouldn't they have to do that legally for Mr Vucicevich to be the CEO?
Sorry to challenge you in the accuracy of such statements but you've repeated them dozens of times through the years unchallenged.
And while we're on the subject of inaccuracies why is the word fraud capitalized? lol...I mean...seriously??

I think SLJB/LFWK should get a buy reccomendation when this stock gaps and trades freely again.
Established investors should hold tenaciously until it reaches full valuation with a generous price multiple. Then maybe...just maybe... take a little off the table.
I spose this would then be an opportune time to unleash 'search and destroy' to mop up what's left.
Otherwise... 'shorty' will never learn their lesson or should I say lessons.

I'm sorry but you would be wrong.
The 'price raid' occurred in November of 06. We're currently in January of the year 2015. Then you have to figure the stock is the interests of Loftwerks/Loftworks which started a couple of years earlier with just the name change to Sulja(SLJB). Think aquisition and not an actual merger. Big difference as we came to understand in the legal troubles that ensued for years. Gotta give credit (or not) to the OSC of Ontario in how you look at it.
So...according to my math (with some helpful assistance from 'Mrs scorpio') that would be slightly more than eight years. So we're actually into our ninth year now.
And of course the idea of calling this a scam is still a matter of conjecture. Also I spose it would have to be delisted to be dead. As far as I know it still trades on the OTC. Although technically they call it the 'grey tier'. Maybe you could track it's trading history through the years. All the information is still there.
So I guess we still can't agree on anything.
Maybe we could agree to disagree. That's how I sometimes have to end an argument with 'Mrs scorpio'. It usually quiets her down for a while and gives me a chance to change the subject.
I hope this was of help to you.

Welcome to the electronic OTC. Just because market maker(s) were able to take the price to a penny isn't your fault. They were hopeful that 'shorty' might be able to cover their massive short position. But as we learned just because the price crashed doesn't mean many ever sold.
Why would they? They're holding for financials and/or a reverse merger.

Our major difference can be summed up as I own 88 million shares and I'm not really sure if you own any. Hopefully I can hold till a buck but frankly this is only my hope. I'm sure I'll jettison a few shares along the way. As they say....'bulls make money...bears make money...and pigs get slughtered.
Which then takes me to my last point...but I suppose this has already been summed up by my second sentence without hopefully violating any TOS rules... so I'll end by saying...
This is all (IMO) in the belief this post will survive deletion.
I don't make the rules and in the words of 'Judge Judy'...'this is my playpen.'
I'd love for anybody who wishes to sell does it now and not when this trades actively again on the way up. Some continue to work to see you sell early...even for the past seven years.(IMO)
Some time in the near future shareholders will be thankful that price was taken subpenny. Ya gotta admit it sure prevented an early sale. (IMO)
Soon it will be fully understood why this was done both for you and the company. Now and then we fully understand why we seek legal counsel.(IMO)
Something about timelines and SEC compliancy for their foreign interests can help explain where we are today. (IMO)
Choose to believe or sell (LOL)... if you're able. I really don't care and at this point I'm sure the company feels likewise. My only desire is to see shareholders get to full valuation with a generous price multiple.(IMO)
While I'd like to say more on this subject I'm not sure my post would be TOS compliant. We must obey the TOS at all costs. (IMO)

How about LFWK (Loftworks/Loftwerks)?
As we all know the OSC never had anything negative to say on that subject. Come to think of it neither has the SEC.

So lemme see if I can understand. I'm sorry I'm not as versed as you in investing.
If SLJB was never shorted yet Loftworks/Loftwerks was...and SLJB violated selling shares due to registration and prospectus rules in Ontario...than it was never a scam but rather a fraud.
I don't believe the OSC ever called it a scam but rather a fraud. Since Canadian law refers to any violation of law to be a 'fraud' than we can understand why it was referred to as such.
In other words if I littered in Canada or jaywalked than that would also be a fraud since it constitute a violation of law.
They never merged with SLJB but rather acquired their interests. Big difference legally as we came to understand.
So now we're simply waiting for LWFK's financials to be compliant with the SEC's timelines because of the international nature of the stock..
No wonder they argued the point with a battery of attorneys for years with names that were legendary. It's all very confusing.
I agree logic is grand. Although to be honest with you... I only got a C in college in an introductory course on logic.
Thank you for clearing that up for me.
jmo

scorpio70
(The Elmira Oracle)
You sir(or madam) are correct. SLJB was never shorted be it legally or illegally.
However LFWK (Loftworks/Loftwerks was shorted.
As we all finally understood LFWK never merged with Sulja interests but simply acquired them and renamed the stock to SLJB. Big difference legally.
It would be entirely illogical to short the stock at its infancy since the stock was now essentially a subpenny play as LFWK at that point.
Would anyone short a stock at the bottom of its valuation versus the top of its valuation? lol...I think not. Unless of course they would like to get clobbered financially. Renamed as SLJB eventually came advice legal and professionally level to sell. Financials because of the timeline weren't going to be compliant. A great deal of time at this point was spent trying to stop the OSC's desire to make someone pay. A lot of time and money was invested in the legal wrangle over registration and prospectus compliancy that ensued.
Thus we understand LFWK was massively shorted around .40 cents. The problem was as the stock was 'worked' downwards in price 'shorty' was able to buy very few shares along the way.
A plan was formed which provided LFWK with substantial compensation but unfortunately became stalled with overzealous regulatory interference in Ontario.
Taking us to today.
...waiting shortly now for SEC compliant financials with the time required because of the international nature of the stock.
After 'Much Consternation' we're soon ready for financials that will raise the eyebows of even a 'Disinterested One'
Choose to try and buy today or for those lucky enough to own a sizable position.
Or...hold tenaciously for those lucky enough for full valuation with a generous price multiple. (IMO)

I agree. BKMP is incredible.
Don't you agree?
This is the Grey Markets the SLJB Fraud trades on ... if you can call it trading.
lol...well it's better than being delisted. I thought you said SLJB was gonna be delisted. What ever happened to that claim? Investors are always free to speak to an actual human being (called a full service broker) and find out how to at least make an offer.
On the Greys there are NO shorts allowed .... ever.
Why would anybody short a stock like this (legal or illegally)? That doesn't make any sense at all. Are you saying OTC stocks can be shorted?? Sorry but I think you need to review the rules.
Killed that conspiracy theory. LOLOL

I could careless what you disagree with I have proven over and over there is no short Interest in SLJB...Fact!
Originally I was going to answer this with some mildly pithy remark but after a brief bit of consideration I'm willing to concede you are probably semantically right. (IMO)
Let me make it simple you are just plain WRONG about shorts naked or otherwise.
Let me make it more complicated for you. As most of us already understand SLJB is the interests of LFWK (also known as Loftwerks/Loftworks. (Fact) I'd love to have genuine discourse with you but I'm afraid this post or any post I make on this would be subject to deletion. Or 'otherwise'...and god knows I wouldn't want to violate TOS rules. Like I explained before... I'm only allowed one post a day on the SLJB board. So while I'd like to write more my thinking is...
A. Few penny investors do more than briefly skim any posts. Fact....but technically I guess that would simply be my opinion so make that (IMO)
B. What interest do I have in trying to 'tout' any stock like this without financials. Do I wish to attract more penny investors with 'flipping' mentality. lol..I think not. (IMO)
C. Ultimately I have no interest in what other investors in this stock do. In the end shares move from weak hands to strong. What I would like to be remembered for is I enjoyed providing some comfort to those waiting in the interim. I really do respect that. This is done by occasional due diligence and occasional humor. Not an easy task. While my posts are never profane and always insightful... roughly two thirds of my posts are deleted. I've been able to appeal a fair number of them when I can be so bothered. Currently that appeal can't even take place as I'm informed my posts have already been reviewed. (IMO)
If you ever actually did any DD instead of fabricating nonsense you would been able to figure it out.
I'm sorry you should feel that way but I've learned to respect your right to at least say something that outlandish. I'd be glad to take the 'Pepsi' challenge by anyone who would like to read any of my historical record. I suppose I fabicrated one or two posts. That was probably done for due diligence to see the responses. Incredibly insightful...and while I'm being insightful...OFF TOPIC... try to load up on some of the first issues of 'Dr Strange) comics by Marvel. In about another year they are coming out with the theatrical release. One of my favorite reads when younger. These issues will skyrocket. (oh...IMO)
Hopefully this post isn't deleted. Even 'scorpio70' feels somewhat exhausted by the exercise... but... lol...I try for now to be of help to others.(IMO)
My advice...buy if you're able to pick up the phone and talk to a full service broker.(I'm thinking... Fact on this one.)
How difficult is that?(I guess that would be an IMO)
And as always hold tenaciously when/if the time comes.(IMO)
