Jimmy667 - the float over there is ridiculous. Just like you mentioned, every slight pop, they further dilute. Potentially a good drug (minus the SUBQ > IV equation) but even if so, doesn't leave much room for a good profit.
GLTU/A.
That's confirmed. In fact, before you decide to sell shares 1 year + 1 after your first purchase, its good to call you brokerage and tell them you are selling so that they recognize it has a long term cap gain (within a Roth or not) and make sure that they see it's in fact 1 year + 1 day for those who will have problems with cap gains (better than capital loss).

Nice our favorite cheerleader. Thanks for sharing BBNCT.
I didn't realize people still used Indeed. Interesting, indeed.
Lets rock and roll 2021.
GLTU/A.
Serves them right! What goes around comes around!

Humblehoward - "I’m not saying it’s going there, but life only gives you a few opportunities like this and you need to be able to recognize them.
I’ve taken a six figure shot as I’m sure a lot have."
This is my exact sentiment.
Great to see like minds think alike.
GLTU/A.
Thanks Dr Jerry. But LL's whole motto (of course from Dr. BP): "anecdotes don't come off ecmo" then doesn't fit here then.
It's interesting that they excluded that. I believe our current CD12 trial does NOT exclude that.
Just strikes me odd..
GLTU/A.
Longs - this befuddles me. In the latest PR release:
"The agency specified certain subgroups of patients will be excluded from the eIND authorization process: mild/moderate COVID-19, mechanically ventilated with PEEP <15 cmH20 with Pa02/FiO2 >150 mmHg and on vasopressors >48 hours."
I understand the exclusion of mild/moderate. Fine.
Why though is the FDA excluding ventiliated with PEEP... ?
Didn't we JUST get an OK on a Agresti paper specifically showing EIND patients FULLY recovering from being ventilated??
Thoughts?
HTB - hard to borrow. Oh, that's a good thing.
Now a question for the other side. Why would a stock be on the HTB list?
Hmm.
GLTU/A.
Great find BBNCT. Thanks.
GLTU/A.
Awesome news. Marksch1. Keep your head up!
GLTU/A.
SUBQ > IV, period.
*all else being equal
GLTU/A.
Anyone see that Dr. Drew contracted Covid19? I wonder which drug he'll opt for?
GLTU/A.
Thanks rwwensch. I was sort of alluding to this in my initial S3 post but was sidetracked by a few posters. Perhaps that would be one of the reasons why we haven't handed back hard cash, is this very reason to uplist. Let's see if this is the case next week. CYDY needs to keep the SP at close over $5 and create some buffer.
GLTU/A.
As you may or may not know, I'm not a big fan of IV .
SUBQ > IV
Lets rock and roll.
GLTU/A.
100% agree with you. Actually 1 point I would slightly disagree on is this:
"IV treatment dont make much difference in hospitalized patients"
IMO - it DOES make a difference. I know it may seem trivial but I personally know people that don't have pronounce veins and/or have been stuck so many times that they need to use the veins in their hands.
A subq shot is always easier to administer in patient or not.
I actually think it makes a HUGE difference.. especially because the IV needs to be stored in correct temps or you start having to worry about degradation of the drug itself.
Again MO.
GLTU/A.
misiu143 - 'I cant have Leronlimab , I will ask for Aviptdadil' -- curious why you didn't add Lenz to this mix (although I know it's IV injected :) )
GLTU/A.
I'm in CRE. Now I'm not trying to be snarky but seriously would like some mentions of tier3 banks to raise funds without promising the roof over their heads and other IP.
Please don't say your local Citizens / Key bank. They won't touch this. Trust me.
Collateral and timing would be near impossible to place as well as the fact that we're not in the 'best' of economies asides 10yr being at record lows.
"There is a reason/story here and would love to know." Let me know if/when you find this out. I myself am extremely curious (though I've 'read' rumors, but don't trust nor can verify).
GLTU/A.
I 100% agree, he's not the best to deal with. I will give you that. I'm going to lean on the fact that we can't go to tier 3 bank without giving up all control of IP, inventory etc and get a 'favorable' rate, which is probably why we deal with characters like Fife.
Hope this is all cleaned up come a few weeks and we move to greener/better pastures. He makes bank until we can make bank.
Fife is the other 4 letter 'F' word I don't like to use.
GLTU/A.
Thanks for the detailed answer. So we don't pay him as we are 'broke' as mentioned ('The simple reason is they are broke.'). So now Fife owns shares at the ex price of $3 something. Seems like we can keep doing this until we can generate revenue, agree? Also agree this is a pre-rev biotech? Had it not been, fairly certain the SP and O/S wouldn't be where its at.
GLTU/A.
Thanks that_little_voice. Now my question to you and jdafacts is why would we not pay the guy hard cash and let him further dilute by giving him stock? I'm curious what your thought is here, in all seriousness.
GLTU/A.
SF Anony - good stuff. I have followed RLFTF, and I DO like their spray. Even enough to adjust my equation to:
Aersol > SUBQ > IV.
Only reason I haven't jumped on their bandwagon is that CYDY is a many trick pony. Thought RLFTF falls enough I may test the waters (though by trade I'm not a day/swing trader!).
GLTU/A.
My goodness I missed that. Thanks for pointing this out. I have a market sell order in..
Appreciate it justdafactss.
One thing to note, now WHY would Fife NOT be getting his 7.5M ?
GLT ME.
Thats probably the biggest difference between the 2 companies. One tries to be fully transparent (well translucent as NP stretches some timelines/details) and the other updates as they feel.
I can always appreciate transparency, which is one of the reasons I stuck with CYDY.

Amendment 1 to S3: https://ir.stockpr.com/cytodyn/sec-filings-email/content/0001193125-20-328977/d42639ds3a.htm
Anyone want to guess why we would need an amendment 1 on the S3:
S3:
The SEC form S-3 is sometimes filed after an initial public offering (IPO) and is generally filed concurrently with common stock or preferred stock offerings.

Lets rock and roll 2021
Here's what I see at play within a month's timeframe.
Obviously, IMO only:
1. CD12 unblind
2. Nasdaq uplist
3. UK/CA BLA submission
These are the major catalyst, I see / am waiting for news on before Jan 31 and or our next monthly meeting with CYDY board.
Hope this helps.
GLTU/A.
LOL. Try hard they do my friend.
GLTU/A.
JLA Ins - I like your posts, but thats just an insult to all middle school kids.. "That article looks like it was written by a middle school kid."
GLTU/A.
Anyway we can get the publishers to add some of the names of the longs to that report? Nice publicity, IMHO.

"XW013K6 Introduction of leronlimab monoclonal antibody into subcutaneous tissue, percutaneous approach, new

"WHO WE ARE

Did it say revenue in their bio section? Hmm.
OH SNAP
GLTU/A.
Looks like many warrant holders have converted in the past 6 months (duly so, especially if dividends to common stock is 'potentially' declared once CYDY is flush wish cash).
I remember this being 568mm back in April when I first found the stock:
SHARES OUT
593,892,322

SUBQ > IV
I'm liking the 2nd line support at $5.04. Volume is under average compared to the past 5 days of trading but I'll take it. Lets see if we can close to form a cross tonight.
Spidey sense telling me we get a PR today/tomorrow. Stay tuned.
GLTU/A, 2020 about to come to a close.
Honestly, if it wasn't on the 10b5-1, I would be VERY concerned. I am concerned with the fact that we live in a retail investors universe (98% owned) and dare I say 80% of them are fickle as a finicky feline and very jumpy. There's also a ton of short interest (last I checked it was 47% from the 24th). This 'looks' like a dump, though it's not. It'd be a shame, us getting past the 2 required $ amounts for the Nasdaq uplisting for us to go right back to where we started pre December and work our way up yet again. It perturbs me some but we only have a few weeks left til the finish line. Would have been nice to jump off from say $7-$9 then sub $5. More like a annoyance than anything.
End is near, hang tight and lets keep the SP above 5 or at least 4 and jump off from a solid base.
GLTU/A.
*edit -regarding HGEN. I can only give 1 equation:
SUBQ > IV
For you new joiners:
What Is Rule 10b5-1?
Rule 10b5-1, established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2000, allows insiders of publicly-traded corporations to set up a trading plan for selling stocks they own. It is a clarification of Rule 10b-5 (sometimes written as Rule 10b5), created under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, which is the primary vehicle for investigation of securities fraud.
Rule 10b5-1 permits major holders to sell a predetermined number of shares at a predetermined time. Many corporate executives use 10b5-1 plans to avoid accusations of insider trading.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/rule-10b5-1.asp
Nothing to do with company going under. I was just annoyed that had he waited a few more weeks in the past, he would've banked. Maybe double /triple..
GLTU/A.
We'll see in 2 weeks (give or take a day or so) if he's going to fire his broker and regret he pre-planned those sales on that plan.
This is going to get very interesting. I'm tuned in!
GLTU/A.
HFM2 - now if that's not positive thinking I don't know what is. Well played sir.
Lets rock and roll - unblinding in 2 weeks.
GLTU/A.
Well his plan did (broker).
Either way, good for him but not the best optics IMHO.
GLTU/A.
MM's broker ( against this plan: Rule 10b5-1 trading plan ) really wants to lighten his load: https://ir.stockpr.com/cytodyn/sec-filings-email/content/0001807094-20-000031/primary_doc.html
Perhaps as he'll be performance awareded more once Nasdaq is done?
Time is EXTREMELY awful, I'll have to admit (and emails sent !)
GLTU/A.
I must say, we have a ton of fickle retail investors aiming for a quick buck. I guess a precursor to the finale come mid January. Would like heavy handed institutions to start holding after we uplist.
GLTU/A.
